That was our salesperson he was great. We've been going there about 6 months slowly looking at 50 in wide then at bigger ones trying to decide finally we decided on the bigger one. And we came back to the very first big one I looked at which was not to buy at the time but just because it really appealed to me. And Matt said you know this is the first one you looked at. I said yeah we'll take it so we enjoyed it very much Vince in parts was the best the girls and sales we're super and everyone is just really good very friendly I appreciate doing business with them

Bought a Yamaha Bolt from Motorsports and was met with great customer service! Matt the salesman kept me in the loop through the whole buying process and made sure to get me a great deal. Highly recommend this place for your next bike! I will be coming back in the future for my next bikes. If you stop by, ask for Matt and you will have a great buying experience!

Amazing amazing amazing The whole experience from Matt the sellsman to Debbi and the finance women awesome team! Matt is the best sells person iv ever met friendly cool made us feel welcomed and took his time we bought 3 motorcycles and he was cool calm and collected with everything I 10000000% recommend him and that team thank you all !!!

I have had multiple units in for service at this dealership and they have not only never disappointed but they have gone out of their way to get me taken care of. Last week I had a motorcycle in there to get the ignition replaced and come to find out the ignition was an absolute pain to remove. The service department kept me updated throughout the whole thing and explained to me what was going on. Specifically Austin has been a pleasure to work with. He is a super nice guy and never disappoints. I appreciate having an honest dealership in town that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you to the whole service team who works hard to keep their customers happy they will always be my number 1 go-to dealership.

Drove down from Albuquerque on 3/9 to purchase a 2024 Honda Rancher ES. Ray, the salesperson was really friendly and helpful, getting me over to parts to get ramps and making sure I was being taken care of by the finance department. Very straightforward and nice to deal with. I was in and out in about an hour and fifteen minutes.

Matt was very helpful, and patient. He helped me get the best insurance for my bike when others tried to over charge me. Highly recommend asking for Matt and I I ll b telling friends , family, and anyway lookin for a bike to come to him.

On March 16th my wife and I purchased a side by side. Brandon our salesman was awesome. He, Jaime and Wendy made our purchase flawless! This is the second unit we have purchased from Santa Teresa Motorsports and will definitely continue to support them.

I am new to riding motorcycles and didn t know where to start. Im really glad I made the drive to Las Cruces Motorsports because Erin was extremely kind and helpful in helping me find the right bike for me. He explained everything really well and took the time to give me a crash course on the basics. The folks in the gear department were super kind as well. Definitely Recommend coming here, especially if you re a beginner:)

This place has been good to my girlfriend and I. She went there first and was taken care of quite nicely, so I went back with her to get some things. Vincent was helping us this day. I tried on a bunch of gear, and he helped us for over a half hour. I ended up ordering some of the gear to get the right size (riding boots, and exoskeleton like protective wear.) Also got a motocross jersey, chain lube, and lower leg and knee protection pads. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Thank you very much!

As much as I hate dealing with powersports dealerships...every time Ive dealt with 2 of the 4 locations of this motorsports group (Las Cruces & Santa Teresa), theyve treated me very well. I would buy again and recommend them. Frank and Divana did a great job. Parts counter guy worked very hard helping me too. Thank you.

Walked inside, out, and around the lot looking at the only can am defender max they have available no one said a word to us inside or outside so we just left. There s other dealers in the state, so why go to the only one in your hometown who s not interested in your business.

I love to stop here for a break when I travel through Las Cruces. They have a nice selection of bikes and gear. I bought some riding jeans and bike cleaner this last trip. There is a selection of classic bikes on display too.

This dealership really shines! Great staff in all areas! Very surprised on inventory of bikes, watercraft, parts and riding apparel. Definitely will satisfy your riding needs. I drove over 200 miles to purchase my new Honda July 13th, absolutely would do it again.

Gabe was awesome getting me 2 Jetskis + trailer within a week! I was riding that following Monday. Amazing work by the team at Las Cruses Motorsports. I had also ordered some parts and Josh handled that like a pro, even adding in some additional items at no frieght fee due to just making 1 package deal. We got to experience amazing customer service today buying our new Jet Ski from Las Cruces Motorsports. Our salesmen Aaron and Matt were very personable and professional. They made our purchase easy! Place has gotten even more suspicious over the years. They don't put price tags on any of the accessories anymore, expecting you to find a sales representative so you can haggle over a price or have the rep try to convince you that they are offering you a good price. Just put it out there guys and don't play games with the customers. They're developing a really bad reputation and there's no way I would take any of my rides to them for service. I've known too many people who have worked there and they have told me some real horror stories. No thanks. I might buy a new machine from them, but then we would go our separate ways. I really want to like the only cycle shop in town, but they are too shady for my taste.

I had the pleasure of having Josiah at the Las Cruces Branch of Powersports be my salesperson in helping me purchase a side by side. I'm new to the off-road/trail vehicle experience and Josiah took the time to discuss all the in and outs of the sport as well as make sure I got into the right type of vehicle to get the most bang for my buck. I ended up buying a used 2015 Polaris Rzr 900 and couldn't be more happy with it. I've already taken it out with the family and they all loved it as well. Josiah took the time to make sure I understood the operation of the vehicle as this was my first time operating one and gave me some good tips as well. Since my purchase a week ago he has taken the time to check in with me to make sure everything went ok and that I was happen with my purchase. If you get a chance ask for Josiah when you stop into Powersports in Las Cruces and see what a decent young man he is and how he can help you with all your questions!!

Was searching for a new dual sport bike. I knew what I wanted and called. Talked to sales(Frankie). He sent me pics of a bike they had. I stopped by later that afternoon. I bought it the next day. Frankie is a young man that is polite and professional. He even arranged to give me a ride to the dealership to pick up the bike. Great service and a fair price.

love walking into the store.. always great stuff to look at.makes me feel like a kid in a candy storestaff is friendly, sales and parts department has given me deals everytime i go in. sales manager is friendly will treat you like they want the business.definetely recommend this place!
