It was comforting because they take the time to explain. I was satisfied with the answers to all my questions very smart and happy staff their all an asset to the business plus even with the street construction I went because am always happy with their wonderful service hope they continue to have lots of business with the construction and all God Bless Jiffy Lube Staff

1st time customer. I was asked to upgrade some services but my "no" was graciously accepted. I had barely sat down when they said they were through. I went to their Main St location. I'll go again. I recommend it.Funny thing, I said "Jiffy Lube has taken up all the services a gas station used to do." He was shocked to hear gas stations used to be full service. Either I'm too old or he's too young

A long time customer, I've never once had a bad experience at this venue. They are youthful, friendly and kind and answers a plethora of questions. This particular JL is especially wonderful and I'm so glad they are close by. Keep up your good work.

Disappointed with their service. Had to quickly return to their shop after oil change, as oil was leaking from my car. There was a large oil puddle on my garage floor. It turned out that they had not cleaned the skid plate adequately .carelessness.9/14/23 Unfortunately, there is more to this story of carelessness the day after I had my car serviced at this Jiffy Lube location, we traveled to Santa Fe. The next morning when we got in the car to go to breakfast, it would not start..dead battery. Attached is a copy of the invoice that states the battery was checked and everything was found to be good. Also attached is a picture of what we found when we opened the hood in Santa Fe. Very dissatisfied with the service we received.Service: Oil change

Too dumb to even remove my air cleaner. Came in with no errors. After the idiots finished. I left with an engine light. Never using Jiffy Lube again anywhere. And telling anyone who will listen

The service was great. I enjoyed a drink and others enjoyed popcorn while we waited. The wait was not long at all. I even got to use a discount code and it worked! It was a pleasure being there. Thank you!!!

This manager runs a great store. The store always seems to get my oil change done quickly. I ve been there over 10 times always great customer service extremely fast and friendly customer care.

We were traveling from Washington and needed an oil change. This Jiffy Lube is the best one we have ever had a service completed. They CLEANED our windows not just smeared the dirt around. Very friendly staff. Wish we had one this amazing near us!

We have been going to this location since I got my new car. I don't think the lot I got the car from did any of the maintenance or services before we bought it. Well they did an oil change and said we needed new spark plugs and my husband usually has no issues doing them. So this time he went to do them on his own and he ran into some issues, we called jiffy lube and they offered to do the diagnostic for us pretty low cost and then go from there. We'll the plug ended up not being plugged in all the way and they fixed it quickly and worked with us on the price since it was such an easy fix. These are going to be our new go to for maintenance and such. We love the people there and their care for their customers.

They are quick and easy to work with. I almost checked out without my coupons properly applied and one of the employees stopped us and made sure the coupons were applied! Thank you!

Pulled up was greeted and asked what they could do for me, told them oil change. They quickly got my information pulled vehicle into shop and started to change the oil was asked about a tire rotation agreed to that also. As they changed my oil they checked all my fluids, filled my windshield wash fluid up, checked my brakes and air filters. VERY PROFESSIONAL and friendly did a great job and had me on my way very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful experience!Services: Tires, Oil change

I don t do Jiffy Lube often so I forget the process , the young gentlemen working there were kind and patient with my questions. It was very quick. They even offered to put on the wiper blades I had purchased and had sitting on my front seat.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Pretty great experience! Got in and out fairly fast considering multiple things were taken care of besides an oil change, got a windshield chip repaired, manual transmission oil, and air filters amongst other things.I had to get my Jeep ready for a long trip to Salt Lake City so it was important that everything was top notch.So far, everything is running pretty good. Car is running much smoother. This was a one stop take care of all experience. Im pretty happy with the work performed here, so they got everything I wanted done end endsome. 5 stars for a job well done, thanks guys!

I ve had the unfortunate luck of getting a rock to my windshield in two cars. Both times I went to Jiffy Lube and they sealed the pits. They re very quick, affordable and I m happy.

First words when I arrived were that I wanted a high mileage oil change. I just noticed on the receipt they performed and charged me for a standard oil change. If that's the service I wanted I would have used a coupon. I specifically asked for and wanted the $75 high mileage service, and this was not performed.

Always professional and honestWas going to give them a 5 star today after my brake and oil changeHowever the older gentleman parked my audi near a dirt hill and deep scratched my front bumper which I find unfortunatehe offered to paint and coat it but I was already hour late for an appointment and don t have time be leaving the car over night since it s my only transportation but all in all good service and popcorn and drinks are always a plus

I take my 2018 Ram truck there and have it serviced. Last date was July 29. Today I was stuck at A business because there was a mountain of corrision on one of my battery terminals. After I got a jump I went to Jiffy Lube and the manager specifically told me they will not do anything unless paid for. So they saw it happening but chose to not even tell me. How was I to know this was even happening? The manager was very belligerent and rude. Never again will I do business there.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
