ProfessIonal Service by the entire team with excellent leadership. My engine light was on and they provided a computer check which indicated the gas cap was letting air in. I purchased a cap and the engine light went out. This service as well as an oil change , was done in a timely manner. This is a team of professionals whom I will take other vehicles to, as well as return with vehicle, good service may be hard to find, however, at this jiffy lube you will find.

If you want excellent service jiffy lube is the best place to go in my opinion they need more than 5 stars.we went for and oil change and thanks to there excellent experience and keen checking everything we were able to take care of a future problem that would cost more than i would care to pay.These guys are the best at what they do and they don't miss a thing.They even vacuum and cleaned the windows.I have dealt with a lot of oil hange businesses in my 50 years and I have to say I will never go any where else. My hats to the guys at jiffy lube.Good job guys.Thanks maria and Anthony .

It is a nice little car shop they get the job done fast little lobby with a water dispenser very fresh in there and workers are really cool nice a respectful I m coming back a lot more often!

Terrible! They installed my brakes wrong! Did not bleed them and charged me over $1000 they put two spacers on my back driver tire causing it wobble with two of the five lug nuts barely catching. If it wasn't for Martin Tire I would have faced extreme rotor damage and possibly a loss of my tire! Stay far far away from this place I called thier corporate office and plan legal action if they do not help right this wrong

Everyone was awesome, extremely friendly and professional. Not only was I able to drop off my company vehicle ( without an appointment) they were able to pull up our fleet membership information immediately, and perform all of the preventative maintenance,not only an oil change. While I got to sit down in a nice air conditioned room enjoying popcorn and a cold beverage with out having to do a thing except sign for it and congratulat all the employees for an AWESOME JOB!!! GREAT WORK GUYS!!!oh PS it only took'em less than 15 minutes.

Jiffy Lube has excellent customer service. They provide you with detail information about your vehicle and service. Lastly they work on diesel vehicles. Worth every dollar

Went to go get an oil change couple weeks ago since then, I ve lost so much oil. Had my son come check My vehicle turns out that they didn t tighten it tight enough. I was losing oil because guys can t do their job, right. Will not be going to this location again. Something you all specialize in and can t get it right!

Incredibly helpful! I had issues going to Pep Boys for my oil change the previous day and this location made me feel much more comfortable and confident in the work they did. They explained to me in detail what the issues were and what they would do. They were also much faster and cheaper than Pep Boys. Couldn't be happier coming here.

Great Great Great customer service..I usually go to the one on main but tried this one on el paseo..I was in and out in no time. The guy at the counter...sorry I forgot to get him name..was very very helpful as I had a few questions he answered for me..I'll be stopping by again..

I ve used this company before and I ve been satisfied. However today s experience was not a good one. I specifically told the mechanic that I wanted the same oil as my last service. I had a coupon and I wanted the exact oil. Another mechanic asked me which oil and I told him also he told me my coolant was low if I wanted to top it off . I said sure.. time to pay and it was way more than my last service. They gave me the wrong oil and wanted to charge me over 100.00! The mechanic argued with me over it and talked over me when I was talking. That was very disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager . Manger came and same guy. They gave me the price for the oil I initially asked for but DID NOT take the coupon. Which is the same price I would ve paid anyway! I went ahead and paid but mechanic should ve done the right oil. Manager should ve taken the coupon as well.

I m not sure why the owner and the employees say there is no reason to carry 10w30 oil. Why only 5w30 - skip this place and go elsewhere

I love getting my oil changed at Jiffy lube. The last time I went they had told me that my belt looked questionable and I asked them what that meant but couldn't give me a good answer. Took my car to Break Masters and they told me my belt was fine. Don't recommend getting stuff replaced here until they can either tell you a straight answer or get a second opinion.

They are fast, show you everything they inspected, and give military discounts! They let you make a decision for a service when they find something that needs to be fixed. I made a quick pit stop here during a road trip.

We stopped here for an oil change on our cross country trip. They made it very easy and knocked it out in 20 minutes. Very professional and thorough. They even cleaned the windows and did a quick vacuum of the front. All good .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
