These guys saved our spring break. We are from California on a road trip when our car broke down. Alex and his crew were able to take us in and repair our vehicle. We were able to continue this leg of the trip in a rental while Alex and the crew repaired our vehicle. Outstanding customer service and overall great friendly guys. Pricing was fair and labor was great, no complaints about my repairs. Thank you Alex and crew for making our Spring Break trip a memorable one!

Few weeks back our 2018 VW Atlas went into limp mode. After a diagnostic scan at the dealership we were told that fuel injector number one was malfunctioning and was going to cost about $1500 to replace the one fuel injector . Unfortunately we couldn t get the repair done at that time so we had to do what we had to do. Fast forward to now I was calling shops around town to get quotes on repairing this issue. Iron wrench repair had the best quote given the average cost of this repair. Alex and his guys got me scheduled in quickly and were prompt with their repair. It was difficult finding someone who is so willing to work on a VW in this town and has experience working on Iron. Glad Iron Wrench is around and will likely use their services again should we have something else major happen. Thank you.

Many thanks to Darian at AutoZone on So Main in las Cruces and his recommendation to take my distressed vehicle to Alex at IRON WRENCH REPAIR, I am back on the road. What a great bunch of guys here in las Cruces. I was told by the Hyundai dealership that they were unable to do anything for more than 4 days....not even look at it as Darian did with the mini computer. I am a solo female traveler with an engine light and a sputtering - cutting out shutting off car situation on a road trip and cannot wait 4 days....Alex at IRON WRENCH REPAIR recommended by Darian, located the issue, ordered the parts and installed them all while explaining some of the maintenance requirements.I had just had full service on the vehicle prior to the road trip and was assured that it was in perfect shape.. Now I know better. Thanks to these caring and knowledgeable men, I'm on the road again. They are my angels.

Very nice owners and splendid service! My car had a flat tire and I didn't have a reservation and they helped me to fix the tires in 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

I m from out of town and had a malfunction with my first gen Dodge truck. Adrian and Alex took me in right away without an appointment. I delivered the truck to them and when I picked it up, it was running like before. Real nice people around this shop. I am very pleased with their service .second to none! Recommend them highly! I was on a road trip from San Diego to Texas and my low oil light came on late saturday night. I called and they made me an apt for 10 am the next day. Adrian met me there and totally took care of me, the person who changed my oil last didn't tighten a bolt all the way, could have been bad. He even ran a check on my engine for other issues. They were really easy to communicate with and priced competitively, especially for meeting me on a Sunday morning. Would definitely recommend.Service: Oil change

I went to the shop after finding out I needed to get a part replaced; canister purge valve. When discussing further regarding my car issue the workers were very knowledgeable about what was needed to get done to have it replaced and the process they would most likely due once the car would be worked on. The staff was overall very knowledgeable, kind, and from the looks of how busy the location was it ensured me they must have great service. Also as a community we should support local small businesses rather than big businesses.

The guys were fast and very friendly. I was visiting NM and stalled on in the intersection. Alexis came and jumped my car and got me to his shop. I had a bad alternator. They charged my battery and replaced my alternator in a couple hours and I was able to be back on the road home to California with no issues. They were so quick to help me and I recommend you check them out if you want speedy efficient service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

The headlights went out in my car so a friend recommended her friend Alex. Alex was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I am always afraid to take my car anywhere because sometimes the mechanics are not very honest and take advantage of the fact I am a female but Alex put my mind at ease about that immediately! I am very happy to have found a mechanic I can trust for making recommendations for vehicle maintenance and repairs!

These guys are honest & knowledgeable. They fixed my car for $1000 less than the dealership quoted me. I will take my car here from now on. They will not charge you more for being a girl which is hard to find.

Those guys are awesome at what they do. Numerous times they have got me out of jams with my vehicles! Alejandro I appreciate you fixing my window regulator!! And Adrian I appreciate you re-doing my whole motor to get me going again! Before you go anywhere else in town, check these guys out first! You won't regret it!

100 percent satisfied . Wife has a 2021 Honda crv special edition. Have had a hard time looking for a good mechanic until iron wrench : great service great price and beyond amazing consistency. No matter what car is always running great and paying the best price . Don't use them!Late posting this, but my daughter, grandson and I were in Las Cruces over New Year's weekend on a work/ vacation trip when our car broke down and we were stuck at a hotel 12 hours from home. We knew from an auto zone scan that it might be a sensor. My daughter found this shop on the internet and they were one of the only ones open on that Sunday. The guy my daughter talked to was very nice on the phone and said they would run a diagnostic test and let us know. We weren't able to ride with the tow truck driver to the shop and since we were 2 females with a small child, we didn't feel comfortable with only one of us going to the shop via a taxi or with all of us going and taking my grandchild. So he called us with the info and said the oil looked bad and the sensor was also bad and it would be $600 to change the oil and the sensor. We didn't know what else to do because we were so far from home, so we told him to go ahead. Then he called to tell us that although they did those things, the car was still not running right and would need to have an engine rebuild. So we had it towed back to the hotel. However, when my husband was finally able to get out to Las Cruces several weeks later and get the car home, he checked it out and there were no fingerprints on the casing over the area where the sensor is and the sensor was the original Kia sensor, so it hadn't been changed. There was also white sand on the oil filter from White Sands National Park where we had gone the evening that the car broke down, so they obviously had never changed the oil either. It makes me sick and sad to think that a mother and daughter with a small child in a town far from home on a holiday weekend were totally taken advantage of and obviously scammed out of $600. They took advantage of what was a desperate situation for us.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Oil change
