As 1st time RV buyers we were understandably cautious and full of questions. Our sales rep Jerry, took a LOT of time with us on 3 separate occasions. No pressure. Just good, patient info. A solid deal got worked out with Chris and Steve in finance and we never felt pressured to buy or add anything that we didn t need or could do ourselves. Pickup day came and Andrew did a solid job with our walk thru, explaining the features and the dos and DONTS of operations.There were a couple of minor alterations that needed to be done and the mechanics crew was accurate and swift.They also set up my hitch and ran me thru hook/unhook procedures.We left a happy couple with a new ride for future adventures.Cheers!!

I first visited Holiday world about 2 months ago when Jeremy first took care of us. He was very professional and took a lot of time with us, even though we were not ready to purchase at that time. As promised we returned to him when we were ready and we got the best and fastest service which was great! Steve in financing was quick and thorough. Then Omar did our walkthrough and he was really patient and very professional as well. He took as much time as we needed to make sure we understood everything and answered all our questions. Finally, Orlando kindly showed us how to hitch it all up and we were on our way. This is our 2nd RV purchase and it was a much better experience than our 1st. I highly recommend them.

Come to Holiday World in Las Cruces, New Mexico for all of your camper needs! Everyone was nice and super helpful! Omar Sepulveda in the parts department is very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave a very thorough walkthrough for our new Keystone Sprinter RV trailer! Visit these guys for any of your camper questions or needs

Service advisor reviewIn February, we found a major issue with our rv a week before a long trip. We contacted our service advisor, LeAnn, and she got us in the next day.LeAnn knew we were scheduled to leave for a trip. She did everything she could to get us in and out as soon as possible. She even had her technician look at the rv the same day we brought it in. The technician disgnosed the issue. She got approval for repair the next day.The work had to be sublet out, and LeAnn was on it and kept in close touch with the repair shop, even checking up on the repair status on her days off. This was definitely going above and beyond and was so appreciated.Because things were moving along quickly, we chose to not cancel our reservations. Canceling meant losing money we had already paid.LeAnn did an excellent job in keeping us informed.A huge shout out to LeAnn for a job well done! Thank you!Saul and Brenda Solis

We were passing thru with a broken slide on our travel trailer. The service manager got us in to take a look. Both the gents in the service office were very friendly and helpful.Even the place we bought our camper doesn't treat us this nice.

This review is long overdue, but we wanted to to live in our RV a few months first to ensure it was the most accurate review. We wanted take the time to highlight our incredible salesman Terry Burrows.I typically am not a fan of dealerships of any kind, but not once did we feel pressured or like just another number. Terry took the the time to take us through every single RV they had available that met our criteria we were looking for. When I made it clear that first day that we were only looking, he still showed the same care, so much so that I told him when we come back, we're going to Holiday World and giving him our business specifically.He went the extra effort to fully walk us through the RV we chose, gave tips and pointers, and his honesty was evident throughout the process.I also want to highlight Alan in the service department who conducted a thorough and detailed lesson in all the technical aspects of the RV. He answered every question we had and gave us countless tips for our new home.If you don't like dealerships, but need a new RV, check out Holiday World. Ask for Terry and Alan.

Chance and Jon made our shopping and buying experience great for our first travel trailer. Omar was great and walked us through our travel trailer. Showed us how to operate our travel trailer and answered all our questions. Very helpful especially since this is our first time owning a travel trailer.

Jeremy, Jon, Omar, Russell, Steve and all the staff at Holiday World were fantastic.We were in Las Cruces for some other appointments and hadn t planned on purchasing an RV and we just stopped by to take a look.Jeremy s low key no pressure, professional attitude was refreshing, and he was very patient and polite, everyone was very thorough with their information and knowledge of the capabilities of the trailer.We are extremely pleased with our NuCamp T@B 400 with the Boondock package.We had concerns about our tow vehicle but it turns out that it s a good paring with the trailer.When we re ready to upgrade we will definitely look to Holiday world for our next RV.Thank YouAdditional Information ReviewWe had to take our trailer in for warranty work a couple of weeks after the purchase, we were a little bit apprehensive having had some less than stellar service from many places in the past.At Holiday World this was not the case, the whole service department was patient, understanding, efficient and were able to take care of our warranty items quickly. Thanks again to the service department for their professionalism.

Wish I could give zero stars! Do NOT waste your time with this place! My dad picked out a trailer, was pursued by the sales guy, Albert, was told he was approved, gave his down payment and signed the paperwork. They start working on getting the trailer ready for him to pick up on Wednesday, after multiple days of confirmation discussions, he gets a call Saturday saying he no longer has a deal. How can they go back on an already signed contract? These people don t have any ethics. Don t give them your business.

We were driving thru NM (to CA) and the refrigerator in our RV wasn t working properly. They fit us in right away. Russell the mechanic was helpful and knowledgeable. While we waited we chatted with Erica at the reception desk who we so friendly and made the time go by faster. We were very pleased with the service.

These guys define service. I rolled in on a Saturday morning, needing a toilet rebuilt. They were able to get me right in and had it fixed in two hours. The service manager updated me every step of the way.If these guys were located anywhere near my home, I d give them my business forever. I ve never had such good customer service from an rv place.

Serviced my GD as it has a leak. Took a little time but alot of it was for getting warranty approved and paid. Good communication and great staff. Location easy to get to with rv in tow.

Our experience with Holiday World of Las Cruces has been wonderful from beginning to end. We are very impressed as the Sales and Service personnel were all excellent. A huge thank you to Omar Sepulveda our salesman; knowledgeable, professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. He is a relaxed, easy going salesman that answered our questions with no pressure. Jason in Financing and Martin from Service Dept were also phenomenal. Collectively these gentlemen made you feel like you've become part of a family. The process of purchasing our motorhome was a breeze! Thank you so much Holiday World for being a part of our new adventure! Can't say enough about the professionals at Holiday World in Las Cruces, NM. Omar who sold us our equipment so we could pull our New Jeep Cherokee as a flat tow behind our Bus. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. You did a super job getting us the proper equipment for this endeavor. Really appreciate and Thank you. Lee Ann in service who orchestrated the installation and the appointment to having everything installed. Who also stayed late making sure everything was completed as timely and efficiently as possible and made sure I was comfortable during this waiting process. You were invaluable and reassuring during the installation process. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy. Russell the installation technician. A real professional Craftsman .What can I say about your expertise in installing the base plate the electrical system and the braking system on our Jeep. A job that's very well done and looks so good on our new Jeep. We were very lucky that you were the one to do this fine job. Your expertise shows. Thank you for doing such a good job. All in all we are so happy that we chose Holiday World for this project. We will enjoy the fine craftsmanship for years to come. Thank you very much. We ordered a new 2021 Grand Design Solitude 380 FL-R with full body paint and all the upgrades from HWLC in January of 2021. It was delivered to our home in El Paso in July of 2021. The entire process, from meeting our salesperson Bob to the walk-through and delivery, was fantastic. We really appreciate the time and effort that every single person we dealt with put in with us. We love our RV and we have had continued EXCELLENT experiences with our dealership!After 6 months on the road, we came back to the area for a few months. We had a few minor issues that needed attention, so we coordinated for a service appointment with the dealership for some warranty work and wheel bearing lube. Leann from the service department was FANTASTIC! We were a little worried, because RV forums are filled with horror stories of service after the sale. That was definitely not our experience. We did a lot of homework before we went to make our purchase. However, we will forever be thankful for the team at Holiday World of Las Cruces, especially Bob and Leann. They are amazing!#MapYourJourney

My husband and I came in just to look around at the RVs & we felt welcomed right away. We were treated with respect & we didn t feel forced to purchase. Our salesman (Josh) was very helpful and courteous. He showed us all the RVs & explained the difference of each model & he drove us around the lot despite the hot weather. He was very patient & knowledgeable. Although we didn t make a purchase at this time, I m sure we will return soon. Go check them out! You won t be disappointed!

The purchase of our travel trailer went very well. Frank was helpful and managed to make the process go smoothly (even during the covid pandemic!). Our troubles began when we began having interactions with the service department. Our water pump was not working properly. We had that replaced under warranty without much hassle. The very next time we used the trailer, the water pump continued to malfunction and both side panels began to bubble and bulge. We returned the trailer to the dealer for these problems to be addressed, again under warranty. Our trailer remained at the dealership for over two months. We called frequently to check the status. Each call seemed to get worse and worse. The service manager spoke down to us and belittled us as if we do not have any knowledge regarding the issues with our trailer. When we were finally able to pick up our trailer, the work was of VERY poor quality. We asked the service manager to inspect our trailer and address our concerns. He told us everything was fine and that we just bought a poor quality trailer. He then told us that we should buy a new, more expensive trailer. I have attached a picture of the window in the condition that we received it in. The service manager did not see any issue with the quality of work!!!

Ray did not make us feel like "honored guests in his home", as the huge sign on their wall says. We were there on a slow weekday morning and just wanted to look at a few and get an idea of what s for sale in NM. But he told us he s a commissioned salesman and too busy for us and to come back on "looky-loo" day. Not impressed.

Had some major repairs done here. Communication was real rough with them at first but seemed to smooth itself out to get the work done. Have had the rig on an 8 hr run. So far so good.With all the bad stories you here about dealership repair shops, I can say you will feel safe and good about doing business here

I want to share our experience with Holiday World of Las Cruces. We purchased our first travel trailer 6 years ago from this dealer and had a great experience. We returned to upgrade our unit and had the pleasure of dealing with Omar. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and spent a great deal of time showing us multiple units until we determined what worked for us. Tammi spent a great deal of time going over the unit to make sure she answered all questions we had in the walk through and introduced us to the slide out topper. Steve in Finance did a great job as well. I don't know all the names of those who helped but you can't go wrong working with these folks. Thanks to all of you who helped us make the purchase.
