I decided to use FX Audio for my newly acquired 2002 T-Bird (actually it s my wife s). This car is immaculate so I was being very picky about everything. I looked at the reviews for FX Audio and the were very good and more importantly the reviews were recent. Well I spoke with them and drove nearly 100 miles to check them out. I m am very glad I did. The did an absolutely first class job I am so pleased with their quality of work, their personal service, and their willingness to make sure the customer receives what the customer wants. They don t push stuff at you. They show you the product or get you the product and make sure you re 100% happy. Well I left today with a huge smile on my face and happiness in my heart because this was all for my wife and she is very happy and will be for a long time to come. Happy wife, happy life? Yeah, I m good for a while. Thanks!!!!All I have right now is before pictures. I ll get the after soon and update my review.

Melony, Luis and crew have an awesome customer service. Over the last 6 months I ve taken both my vehicles for window tinting and one for full speaker and sub installation. Very pleased with the work they did. I have a 2023 Chevy Silverado crew cab, and I had two 12 inch subs placed under the back seat. I'm so happy I finally got some bumps in the new truck. Thank you all for the great work. I will be back to get some windows tinted.

Melanie was so easy to work. She gave me a great price and the quality of the stereo was more than I had anticipated. Will definitely be going back for other car needs. And her Yorkie is precious, so getting to pet him was icing on the cake!!

Melanie and Luis are good people, gave us great service for a great price!! They installed a subwoofer speaker and it sounds amazing. Definitely recommend them.

Had them install a pioneer in my 02 taures. Modernized my old car with android auto and a kickass sound system with ds18 door speakers. Melonie did a great job recommending budget friendly equipment. I'm very picky about the way it looks I like things to be done with oem standerds. They did fantastic. If I didn't know any better I would have thought the car had it installed from the factory. Thank you guys!!

Went and talked to these guys told them what I wanted to do and they looked into it made a few suggestions I decided on one and they came and did a quote which in my opinion was more than fair the staff was very professional they came the day and time agreed on and installed the product my wife and I are very pleased with the quality and service and the results they even did a follow up the next day and even said thank you for your business great company to do business with thank you guys for your friendly service and expertise

Mel and her crew are totally awesome. I purchased a new stereo from her and was not happy with it and she happily agreed to exchange it without any problems. I ended up not having to replace it because there was some functions on the stereo that I was not aware of which made me unhappy with it. She showed me how to use it and I am happy go lucky now. Thank Mel. Your the bomb! I highly recommend this place for a car stereo or other services they offer!Junior

Went in for window tinting. The wait was a little longer then excepted so the owner dropped us off at home so we wouldn t have to wait in the shop. Amazing prices, got me seen when I wanted, the installer Angel showed me how to use the equipment. As soon as I'm ready for door speakers they have my business FOR SURE. THE TRIP FROM ALAMOGORDO WAS VERY MUCH SO WORTH IT.

Worst customer service very rude, after the product they sold me was faulty. Spent a lot of money to get ripped off when they said they would warranty and when it came down to a simple subwoofer exchange, she could have just got the 1 year warranty and it would not have hurt her business and I would have spent more money there but no she wanted to call me names and not honor a warranty I do not recommend doing business with this company.
