Had an appointment for an alignment on my vehicle scheduled for 10am. I went to the shop at my appointment time and they had vehicle sitting there untouched for an hour. When I asked what was the problem they told me they were running behind and haven t gotten around it. However they assured me they would look at it soon. About 10 mins from that conversation they told me their shop didn t have the capabilities to do an alignment. I have a Honda Accord Not only did they lack the courtesy to tell me they were running behind but they also couldn t have checked to see if there was able to do the alignment while I was waiting an hour. Poor customer service.

I was able to make my appointment online, they could see my warranty and apply it to my leaking tire. Only criticism I have is that the CC machine was down, and I had to pay cash. It was shrugged off as not a big deal, but... it's kinda a big deal. Hope they fix that soon.

Wow my sister s vehicle ran great and just needed an oil change and some basic work.Chris was super nice and even told my sister she had a good car. Then some other dude calls back later and came up with all these bogus problems.Her car is all jacked up now. The steering wheel is loose, The tires are bouncing around. The alignment is now totally off and just last week another mechanic shop said no alignment was needed. The vehicle ran great before they jacked it up today. They totally messed with her car. I was considering going there for my car but not now.

Mechanic and manager were knowledgeable, professional and kind. I had hit debris on the highway and car was shuddering. They found the problem quickly, showed me everything. Gave me great advice and got me back on the road safely. Definitely recommend.

It's rare that an auto care company is honest about the true condition of your car so they can make a profit. They showed me my brakes still had life on them and also went above and beyond and rotated my tires for free. I will only be using them in the future. Also, they are friendly and professional.

Been a Firestone customer since 1975. Compared to other non-dealer automotive repair and tire shops Firestone has historically offered the best service and competitive price. Thats a lotta yearsin saving a lot of money in terms of care car.

Upon very short notice, Richard got us in for diagnostics on a warning light that appeared on our 2019 vw atlas. Was very courteous, and gave excellent customer service.

Avoid this place, they lack the competence and hardware to service vehicles. Wasted my time going to this place just to be told they could not align my car due to the camera. Drove over to Martin tire and they did a great job.Also their customer service is very poor.

Limited parking , but with a appointment service is fast. Small lobby only 4 seats due to covid spaced according to social distance. May want to drop off vehicle and pick up later if more than 2 people are going to wait

Well, they seemed very thorough, although I can't say too upfront about charges and things. They prepared me for a new master cylinder, then said it didn't need it after they got some new detector, so I left feeling like things were fixed, but not sure if need to worry about anything. I didn't think to look at my receipt when I paid, but they should have gone over all the details and charges without me having to ask. When I looked at home, there were charges I would have questioned.

If I could leave less than one I would. They try and upsell you and argue with you when you say no. They have appointments available online for times that they are not open. I booked an appointment for 5 and they moved it to 4 without calling to ask if that appointment was a good time. Very frustrating. Not to mention prices are high and not worth everything you have to put up with. So happy I found a different place.

Helpful and Honest. I spoke with Richard to get a specific, specialty tire after getting a flat. He said he could get it in 2 days, but I had to continue my trip and was on a deadline. Rather than try to get me to wait around, he was good enough to find the tire for me at another Firestone/Bridgestone shop along my route. It says a lot that he was willing to help me stay moving, despite likely losing the sale.

I've used Firestone numerous times across the country and had a good experience. This location is absolute garbage. I had my truck towed there for a clutch master/slave cylinder issue and they lied to me about inspecting it and grossly inflated the issue. When I went to pick up my truck, it had never moved from the spot it was dropped. They never produced evidence of the "complete inspection" and no attempt at service recovery. Will never take my truck here again and have told everyone I know to avoid this location.

Customer service was 5 stars.But the prices were high compared to the local shops around. I know that s because they can offer a better warranty. But they wouldn t even complete my alignment because they said my truck needed repairs. And they wouldn t replace my shocks that I had already purchased.Not a bad place but if you want to deal with the corporate red tape and then to tell you they can t do things because it is against policy.

I was visiting my mom, who lives in Las Cruces, New Mexico, from my home in Austin, Texas.On the way from Austin to Las Cruces, the air conditioner in my midsize truck started working intermittently. It was over 105�, at this time, in southwestern Texas.My mom recommended the local (off of Lohman) Firestone repair shop.They were able to give me a Saturday afternoon appointment. And, mind you, this was on Labor Day weekend.They had my truck starting at 1:00 on Saturday, for about two and a half hours.When they called and said it was ready, I was overjoyed. When I went to pick it up, to my astonishment, they told me that they had tested the air conditioning, topped it off with coolant, sprayed something to lube the flaps in my ventilation system, and tightened a bolt on the compressor bracket.My total was $10.88 !!!This place was so competent, and so honest, that it almost made me want to move to Las Cruces, so that I could deal with them all of the time with all of my vehicles.(I own a pool construction company and have 7 vehicles).If y'all are lucky enough to live closer then me, then ya oughta go there!

We were in Las Cruces back in March for an attempt to set a Guinness World Record for the fastest vehicle driven blind-folded. In our case the driver is Dan Parker and he is 100% blind (from an accident 10 years ago). The day before the record attempt at The Spaceport, we discovered a leaking bead on one of the race wheels. Richard (Firestone store Manager) was very helpful with our request to break down the race wheels and inspect the beads. His re-assembly was successful in properly sealing the tires and his balance job was spot-on. The next day Dan Parker succeeded in setting a new world record for a blind driver at 211 mph. Very much appreciate the help from Richard & Firestone in Las Cruces. ps - please don't mention to Holiday Inn about storing the wheels in our room....

Great people! Ok, I'm a cynical person. This shop went along way towards restoring my faith in mankind especially in today's world. Traveling across I-10 with family from Alabama to California. When we rolled into Las Cruces on Friday evening we noticed we had a plastic door that houses oil filter under the car hanging down. I took it to the shop the next morning and explained the situation as well as asked them to do a basic safety and fluid check of the vehicle to make sure everything was functioning and normal. Turns out we were missing a bolt in the housing compartment which they promptly replaced and performed the safety check requested in a timely manner. We were finished within an hour. The amazing part...no charge! Wow!!! The manager on duty and staff were all top notch. I highly recommend. For a family traveling across the country during the heat of summer, this was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you again! Keep up the great work, it makes a difference and will come back to you in so many ways

While far away from home, one of my tires picked up a foreign object and was losing air rather quickly. It was a long way back to my state and Firestone was open so I took my car to them for the tire repair. They were so kind and understanding, timely with the repairs, and did not charge me for repairing the tire. I highly recommend them to anyone needing tire repair help.Service: Tires

The employees here are very nice. They got my vehicle in earlier than they said they could, and they explained the diagnosis and showed me what was wrong. This staff rocks! And the women in the waiting room are caliente.

I showed up for a scheduled 9:00 a.m. appointment and was told I was not in their system. I showed him the email confirmation number and their representative could have cared less and showed it. He was down to one mechanic and could not get me in until next Tuesday take it or leave it. Amazingly I got an email confirming my new appointment from Firestone for next Tuesday after I had gone up the road to Jiffy Lube Services who are already installing new brakes as I write this review.I would highly recommend you look elsewhere for services on your vehicle. Firestone also needs to train their representatives in customer satisfaction. This representative needs an attitude adjustment.My one star rating is probably too high.

Just so you know, we have a dealer warranty on both our new vehicles..... we come here because it's fast and reliable. Alignment and oil change at our dealer, 7 dang hours!!!!! Alignment and oil here, 1 hour give or take. Great job fellas!!! I'll spend my money and time here, I don't lose my vehicles (for work) or my paychecks here.

I highly recommend this location for anything you need for your vehicle. I've lived in Las Cruces for 3 1/2 years, and this was the only place I would let touch my car! Richard is awesome! We are relocating to another state but to anyone here in Cruces, this is the shop to go to! Traveling from El Paso and stopped by Firestone today since my tire kept running out of air. From the moment I walked in, Richard was very helpful and polite. Was attended to right away and only waited about 45 minutes. Traveling from ABQ on a Sunday ran over a piece of metal blowup one of my tires, with almost no tire shops opened I found this place searching google and I m glad I did. I called Firestone to see if they could take a look at my left rear tire since I had a warning that it was low on air. The person I spoke to said they had no appointment slots available. I asked if they could just air it up. The answer was Yes. I brought it in, and Charlie took care of me immediately. Well done Firestone.

Very busy, took over a week from diagnostic to repair. Warranty company had difficulties with them, but staff were very pleasant. Didn t seem bothered by my repeated calls.
