This place is awesome. The customer service is unreal they are so understanding, knowledgeable and kind. The entire staff seems to appreciate their job. Steven in the front is a great person and I would definitely recommend this tire shop for any problem you re having. I came in with a flat tire 30 minutes before close they checked and fixed all my tires and I was on my way. If you need help they will help you!

Brought in 2 camper tires that needed to be replaced, mounted & balanced. Our tech Daniel noticed we never used our 3 year warranty. He was so helpful & even tho expired on paper, he applied that warranty to one of the tires, allowing us to only have to pay for one. Of course, we purchased a new warranty.Everyone was very friendly & ready to help. The best Discount Tire we have dealt with.This is why we have purchased tires from Discount Tire for years.Thank you Daniel - we appreciate you

TL;DR this should be your only place to go for all of your tire needs.I cannot say enough good things about Discount Tire. Having been to several locations in New Mexico and Texas, it feels like a competition between locations who can have better customer service. Everyone is so kind, and easy to work with. There are never any surprises on prices, and they will always do their best to win your business by price matching.

Had a bad experience here my last time.Wife likes the place, so was forced to go again. Showed up grumpy and agitated. Allan D. Made it right. Even managed to upsell me. Left happy. Here s hoping service continues this way.

Came from out of town. Had found myself with a screw in my tire. Stopped to see if it could be repaired. At the point it needed to be replaced, they removed the concern and made sure I was the safest I could be leaving the shop. If ever you get a chance please show them love.

Allen was such a big help. It has been a terrible week, then got a flat. I drove in and he made sure I was back on the road safe to travel to see my son. I would definitely recommend Discount Tire 10 out of 10.

I had a flat tire and they repaired it for free. I was in and out in 30 minutes, impeccable services. While I was there I also browsed their tire options. There were plenty to pick from from high to low prices. For someone who has a AWD vehicle, this place is awesome!

Great and friendly service in Las Cruces. Gregory fixed an issue I ve had for almost a year! And only took a couple of minutes. Very pleased and will definitely return.

I came in today for a rotation and balance Andrew was the one that helped me amazing customer service he also gave me a quote for tires on both of my vehicles I will be back to get the tires installed great customer service

I can t really say, I m totally satisfied. Sent in my wife and she said everyone seemed very professional and knew what they were doing. When I looked at my $1300 tires the next day I noticed they couldn t even wipe the goo from the installation off of the wheels and tires, yuck.

The customer service at the LC Discount Tire is awesome!! The Staff is friendly, helpful and understanding. I would recommend this shop for tire needs all day long. Thank You to all of you that helped me today with my flat.

4 or 5 cars in line for free air pressure check and fill, but the line moved fairly swiftly. Follow up text and email was nice touch, although I think they may underestimate remaining depth of tire tread. Or else tires that cam new on the car are terrible quality.

They are very busy..long wait..but friendly staff. That was about a month ago I was there again today with a friend and man those guys were singing and having a good time and doing their job and it was just great everybody was on the move everybody work together LOL and sang together. It was an awesome time just sitting there watching them

Went in, they plugged my tire and was ready to go in a little over an hour. This place was very busy when I arrived on Friday. Tells you, they are a good at what they do.

We love Discount Tires! They consistently do a great job and always have great customer service.We've been loyal customers for years, and it's hard not to buy tires from them when they are reasonably priced, and when you get free tire balance, air, and rotations anytime!

Things have changed a year ago had nothing but good things to say about them but now I called got a price quote that was lower than the one they gave me in store was told that quote would be save and I could just come in and they would be able see it when they looked up my account not the case. Still got the tires and they loaded them for me but not what I was expecting overall a fail.One year ago: They were fast courteous reasonably priced and you could tell they were customer service driven. They provide a clean and comfortable waiting area. The representive I talk to was awesome and a pleasure doing business with thank you Juan.

Wonderful Staff, Discount fixes tires for free as long you purchase your tires with them. Super fast, friendly. I've been with them past year, they treat there workers great & customers very well.

I bought a full set of Michelin tires there about a year ago. I recently picked up a screw in one of the tires . I went in with no appointment on a busy Saturday AM. The repaired it free and I was out in about an hour. I say that's pretty good. I'm a customer for life, thanks Discount Tire. Pro Tip: Make an appointment online for faster service.

Going to get any type of service on your vehicle alone as a young female it is inevitable that they will think you have no idea what s going on and it happened for me today. I had a nail in my tire (pictured) so I went for a tire repair, I wasted 2 hours waiting for Andrew to come tell me it was not safe to repair and it needs to be replaced because the nail is too close to the sidewall, the same tire will be $221. Right away I knew they were trying to sell me a new tire because the nail was no where NEAR the sidewall, plus my vehicle being a truck, it would cost more. So I waited, I wish I had gotten the gentleman s name that brought my truck around, he spoke to me like I knew nothing about my truck and I asked him again why it can t be repaired and he replies Andrew didn t go over it with you? Did you see the poster inside? We go inside and he shows me the poster and points that it s too close to the sidewall, this is the part that s funny, I point out where the nail is (he probably didn t think I knew where it was) and insists it s in the sidewall so I ask the nail is here (pointing on the tire poster) so is there two nails? he replies there s probably two then, yeah. I said thank you and took my business elsewhere and got it repaired within 30 minutes, crazy thing is I gave my spiel of what just happened to the guy who helped me and he said he gets it all the time. Nice try to the two gentleman who helped me today though :)
