Been taking my vehicles to this garage for several years..no problems..until today. Beware that when using a debit card to pay they will run it as credit and then charge you a percent to add to the bill plus tax. No sign posted, no disclosure nothing. Apparently this was implemented within the last few months. Just another money grab on top of paying high prices. Cheaper at the dealer actually for the work performed. Being penalized to give them my money is not my thing. It is against the law for a merchant to use your debit card as credit and then charge you a fee and then charge sales tax with that. When I inquired about this the response was, oh well. This is fraud and petty theft. My bank is in agreement and requesting the refund. My money was refunded by the bank.

I will never take my vehicle anywhere else but CSR Garage as long as I live in Las Cruces. From Alexis with the Amazing ride too and from the shop. To Katie and Kathy in the front office. To how organized the shop is and all the other reputable other business use this shop. And the pricing WOW more than 60% less than we were quoted at another shop!!! Hope I never have any more car issues but if I do I will be going here.

Phenomenal service, I highly recommend this business. This is a family owned business that has great customer service. This business gets the work done on time and does an amazing job with repairs.

EDIT- within a week I was back in the shop and long story short...these guys just rock. This is now the third time I have used CSR, and every time the service and timeliness were above and beyond. I highly recommend them. It is VERY comforting to "have a mechanic" that you can trust in your contacts.

I was driving from Arizona to North Carolina and I thought that I had damaged the suspension on my car. The guys at CSR garage took my car in immediately and put it on a lift for an inspection. They confirmed that nothing was wrong with the car and that I was safe to get back on the highway. I was so thankful for the quick, courteous, and professional service and for the peace of mind! And they waived the diagnostic fee! Made it to NC safely with no issues. Many thanks!!!

I brought my 2009 Silverado to get the transmission worked on because it kept overheating, mike and his mechanics and wife as well were really helpful and very friendly I look forward to future visits with them. Very good environment and reliable and truthful and I know that I m getting my money s worth with these guys highly recommend coming with them !Service: Transmission

I will always bring my vehicles here. They are up front and honest. They dont pressure you and they do the job right the first time. I would recommend this place to everyone they are the best of the best and you know they will do a great job and charge a fair price.

I just got my Grand Cherokee back today waited 4 months for my S.UV and had to wait another 3 weeks for my intake had the motor replaced but it was worth the wait thank you all the mechanics who did the job God bless you all runs like a champ....

After a week of searching for mechanics and RV specialists I found this family owned company.They made time for me due to a very complicated situation, and they really helped me.I have couple of people taking advantage of me after seeing that I stuck on the side of the road , but CSR fixed the problem and they did not found excuses for not doing the job right.Thank you CSR Garage, my family and I are very grateful for what you did for us , God bless you

Came in get an estimate on my transmission, left with a response that cost $230.00 of "your transmission is not happy". Had to immediately reset the clock in my car. Then the next day had to reset it again, and again the next day. By the 4th day car went completely dead, call CSR, they said they never touched my battery to work on my car, yeah right. Replaced battery, took a closer look at my car, it was low on water, it has a steady leak that wasn't there before, all for an $230.00 estimate of "transmission not happy". To clarify, I was never told, informed, hinted to, it would cost anywhere near that much to get an estimate. These problems my vechical are having did not exist before I brought my car in. On top of all that, these people kept my car overnight, I have no idea what else could possibly be rigged on my car now. Especially since I can't drive it anymore.... since I have received it back from them....

Honest folks, great service, excellent work. Highly recommend. We were passing through town in our motorhome and needed to have some work done. They squeezed us in, and provided excellent service. Thank you!!

I have been taking my vehicles here for many years. I find that they are very trustworthy and do great work. If you are looking for a mechanic shop that will give it to you straight and take good care of you then this is the place.

This is a family owned garage the brothers and their wives are very friendly people they helped me out when several places turned me away they have the knowledge and the patience will bring any car I own here as long as they run the garage handicapped accessible entrances and restrooms if your waiting, they treat you like family if your repair will take a day or more they will let use their phone to call for a ride if you don't have a phone or they will get you a ride to a hotel if you're from out of town

I won't trust my vehicles to anyone else! They can get busy, so its best to call ahead and schedule an appointment. Honest! How rare is that these days.
