I can't say enough positive things about this business. I was in a car accident that resulted in extensive damage to the whole left side of my vehicle. Getting my car in for an estimate was extremely fast and easy, I didn't have to hassle with an automated appointment system that seems to be the norm nowadays. I just pulled up and Mike and his associates we able to turn an estimate around quickly and work with my insurance. While repairs were being made to my vehicle I was provided with regular updates and this business was always available to answer my questions. The body work completed on my vehicle was remarkable. My Yukon came back to me looking brand new and above all this shop made sure to address my concerns and make sure this vehicle was safe for me and my two kids. They went above and beyond detailing it and making sure I received it better then what it was when I turned it over to them. The shop continued to follow up after I received my vehicle to ensure I was completely satisfied with the repairs and no issues had came up. The owner and his associates were always professional, the work is quality and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and will be going back for any of my body shop needs.

Mike was great! Honest about what he thought he could do and over,-delivered! My car looked like it did when I bought it and it was done the day before Thanksgiving! Highly recommend.

Long story short - damaged door on a smooth sided vehicle and lots of potential for a bad job on such a large area. They were not the cheapest we quoted but there was an atmosphere of professionalism that showed. We spoke with Michael and decided to go with them even though it was a 'little' higher in price. WE ARE GLAD we made that decision. We are impressed with the attitudes and most impressed with the excellent and timely work. Ideally we won't need this type of thing again in the future, BUT there is no doubt we will come back here.This was not an insurance job and we paid for the work and feel we received our money's worth. I would have no problem recommending them based on our experience... Great people and a job professionally performed.NOTE: in the past we had similar damage on the other side of the same car and took it to Caliber, (again out of our pocket) who was not only expensive but did a substandard job (we'd never go back there)... Happy to recommend without caveat.

Mike and his guys are always taking care of me and my family. Truck needed a whole lot but Mike and his guys took care of business. Always honest and down to earth. Mike, the owner was so helpful and polite. I ran over a rock on the freeway that I could not avoid and caused damage to my bumper and under carriage. I called Mike and he sent a tow truck right over and picked up my car. I was so pleased with the work on my car. Everything was done right. I also had a problem with a water leak that was not related and he said to come over and they would check it out. They replaced some hoses and had me on my way in no time! Another important thing is all the guys who work there were so polite and helpful. Great experience! Highly recommend them! I will be back!

My truck was rear ended on the rear right tail light and I took my truck to NAPA Auto Care Collision Center for an estimate. Mike was there and he was willing to give me an estimate at that moment without an appointment like other places. He showed the upmost interest in repairing my truck right away so I left my truck with him. He did excellent and seamless repairs on my tail light and I highly recommend him for auto body repairs. I had a very simple but complex dent (on the seam and curve of the door panel). I walked in and Mike quickly gave me a quote (unlike other places where I had to make an appointment). I submitted a quote to my insurance company, once I got the claim money he quickly got my car in to be repaired. He provided updates on when my car would be ready. Mike is extremely friendly and professional. You don't often come across a person so honest and helpful. Not only did they do an amazing job on our vehicle, but we didn't have to do anything but drop it off. Mike took care of all the communication with the insurance company and made sure it was all taken care of. We didn't have to worry about any of it. We now have a vehicle that looks brand new. Mike and his crew run a great shop. They wasn't satisfied with the coloring and so they redid the panel on my car (it's nearly indistinguishable from the rest of the car coloring now). Also, they reseated that part as it was slightly off kilter; it was done in a matter of minutes. You just can't tell any damage was there now. You can't go wrong with these guys!

I knew when I was taking my car to Mike Archuleta that the work done would be top notch! The insurance wanted to total my car but Mike was diligent about working with the representative to fix my car. He ensured me that my car could be fixed and advocated for having it repaired. It turns out it wasn t a total loss and they began their work on making it like new again. Their office called with updates as needed and they were professional throughout the whole process. So the only reason why I picked the buisness to do the work on my vehicle is because I would always see LCPD vehicles being worked on there. So I assumed if the LCPD took their vehicles to that shop it couldn't be that bad. Well needless to say Classic 4X4 did not disappoint me. The owner Mike was always so polite and I always heard him say that he wanted to make sure that I was happy with the work o. And when he said it it seemed genuine. Classic 4x4 did such a great job. A few months later from my first accident I ended up hitting a deer. And for the second time I trust Classic 4x4 to do the work on my car can't wait to see the end results. But I would definitely recommend Classic 4x4 to anyone looking to get some work on their car from someone who doesn't treat u like a number but makes sure that your happy when you drive away after everything is all said and done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This is the worst place ever to take your vehicle. To start off my truck was dropped off at mikes shop August 23rd and it was already October 6th when I had it removed from there that whole month it was there all they did was take it apart . Sadly I came to this shop as a recommendation but never again. Endless trails of lies about when it was going to be ready and what has been done . Don t take your vehicle here unless you wanna go over a month with out seeing anything done and lied to almost the whole way through the process. Mike the owner got very aggressive once we told him we were moving the truck made comments saying. Come get the truck I ll put it outside right now Not caring to let it go that easy just explains how he doesn t care about his work.

I needed a tailgate replaced and painted so I gave Napa Auto Collision a call. Mike (owner) was amazing throughout the entire process and was very upfront and honest. I am extremely satisfied with the job they did, in fact the tailgate looks like a factory paint job! Looks perfect and will definitely be recommending them to anyone searching for quality work! Mike Archuleta and his crew, especially Mike has been a angel to me and my son. He is not only a very professional man but a caring, patient, understanding man and I am blessed to say he has been also a friend to us. We met Mike for a body job on vehicle the first time we met him and ever since we go nowhere else and never will while Mike is opened. Our vehicles always come back looking brand new, clean, never missing anything and he goes above and beyond. Mike is the best in Las Cruces and all Southern NM. You will not be disappointed. First time using a body shop after someone hit my week old brand new Sportage. Mike was great about walking me through everything and getting the job done in a little over a day. It was as smooth as having to deal with insurance and car repairs could be. They even washed my car for me before pick up. No problems and would recommend them to anyone that needs body work done. Fast and friendly service!! Two things you just don't see anymore. Thanks Mike!!

Nissan recommended Mike @ Classic 4x4 for a minor fender bender...glad they did!Mike is very professional and fair. My car was fixed in no time and done right. Mike even washed and vacuumed my car!! Would highly recommend!

What a SCAM artist this owner is! Lied about time for repair, Lied about the costs, Lied about parts not being available after he was paid in full by my insurance. An endless trail of lies and excuses. Scammed our insurance for work he didn't do and parts he didn't provide. After waiting for 3 months I had to recover my vehicle half finished. Then discovered the owner stole all our tools, electronics, and personal belongings out of our vehicle. It cost me over $2000 to complete repairs after this shop was paid $10,500 by my insurance. Don't take your vehicle to this shop, go to Mexico or Anywhere but there.Service: Body & Trim

Visited to inquire about fixing our vehicle. Spoke with the owner. He let us know generally what would be required and told us to go ahead and file our insurance claim. Place was extremely busy with lots of activity. Will see if insurance says repairs are worth it and then will set appointment. Very professional.

Sad to say the least. My vehicle left the shop in worst condition than it went in. Considering that they had already worked on it. The people working in the shop have no respect for the owner - it is only expected that vehicles are not priority to the shop at all.
