Absolutely atrocious customer service. We bought a brand new vehicle from them back in January. We still do not have the license plate or registration taken care of. They play the typical dealership games where the promised you the world while you re there and then completely forget about you after you leave. They finally admitted yesterday they messed up all the registration paperwork. We continually get promised that a manager will follow up with you as soon as they get in and then that doesn t happen. We just got put on hold for over an hour and a half waiting for someone from their title department to speak with us.As a military member, I highly highly recommend going elsewhere with your business because this dealership has zero integrity or competence.

Never received any paperwork for the sale of our vehicle. It s been two months and we still don t have a license plate because the incompetent people at the dealership can t figure it out even though I ve been calling for the past four weeks. I constantly get bounced on the phone from one person to another all of whom have no idea what they re doing including all the managers. I would never purchase from the dealership

Ondrea at Casa Hyundai was beyond amazing. She is exactly what a professional sales rep is;Humble, kind, personable, funny and knows her car information. She s not just there to cram the car down your throat and force the sale on you. She listens, is patient, and makes the experience just as enjoyable as the great new ride! The new Casa Auto group served us well. Sent us someone over when they thought we hadn t been greeted, had great coffee, offered a streamlined and fair process. We were treated great at every stage.Thank you Ondrea for helping my pops in his new AWESOME Santa Cruz!

My 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz Night Edition with 1,700 MILES needs a new engine already before my first payment. What solutions was I offered: Sell the car back to them for less, or trade it in for less because it's used. Did they do a buyback out of good faith and keep a customer? NO! Did they help me get into contact with someone that could help? NO! Did the sales manager Miguel Ortiz promise to find me a solution that would make me happy, and then did nothing about it? YES! I do not recommend Casa Auto Group or Casa Hyundai of Las Cruces for any type of car purchase.

Benny helped me buy my first car, I ve owned my 2022 Veloster N for almost a year with 5K miles on it so far. I m truly thankful how I ve been treated here as a customer, they truly do care & treat people honest & respectful.I ve had nothing but horrible & terrible experience s at Hyundai of El Paso & do not recommend them!It s why I decided to buy my vehicle at Hyundai of Borman at Las Cruces, thank you Borman!Unfortunately I ll be seeing them soon for some body work & repair s to my car because someone t-boned me the other day so I ll post another review when my car is fixed. I m super depressed & upset as I ve worked hard for my vehicle & just nervous with the overall situation, hopefully everything goes well, wish me luck.

I cant thank Braden Tidwell enough for all the help he gave me and my wife with buying a brand new car. He was very easy to talk to and had a lot of knowledge throughout the process. I also appreciate the time he set aside to help us find the right vehicle. Highly recommend him as a salesperson. Thank you again Braden Tidwell.

Braden and Taylor were a great deal of help getting me into my first ever car! I already love this car so much! They were very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of getting into a new vehicle, and they were able to help me understand parts of the process which I may have had little to no knowledge of prior. With that said, it was a great time and experience working with both of them, and I am very very thankful for the entire Borman team, you guys are great!

Warning warning big warning you should be aware purchasing a Hyundai Elantra means you must buy your battery directly from the dealer and mine is costing 261.75 before tax! I needed to add battery is only guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, might be a cheap sticker price however the extras are your maintenance. No one else carries their batteries you would think they would make you aware especially when you live an hour away. Never ever again will I buy a Hyundai never!

Went to the lot to check out some of the lease incentives. They didn't have any of the models that were advertised. Couldn't get the AWD which is only 2k more than the advertised lease model. The model they had was $10k over advertised lease model (had some typical "extras"). Numbers came out to double the payment and 48 month term (instead of 36 months). Numbers were atrocious. I offered to pay the cash difference on msrp for the original lease deal but they couldn't do it.For people not math inclined, they essentially tried to charge $70-75k for a $50k car and hide it in the lease deal. I ended up paying cash for an AWD Cadillac and came out way ahead. Used to like Bohrman but won't go back to Casa sadly.

I've bought numerous vehicles from Borman, Ford and Hyundai, always great pricing, always willing to make a deal, and plenty of financing options. Before you go to El Paso, stop here first.

Braden was able to hook up my family with a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid. He was very informative and made me feel comfortable in my purchase. Best experience in buying a Hyundai and I only had to look local!

On Wednesday, 6/29/2022, my wife and I spent the better part of a most enjoyable day with Braden Tidwell, sales professional at Borman Autoplex. We hadn't planned on buying a car that day, but Braden's patience, salesmanship and good nature helped us in finding and purchasing a wonderful, certified used 2022 Hyundai Kona (see attached picture), a great choice at a great price, with less than 1,000 miles. He worked very hard to get us a price that we felt comfortable paying and after all was said and done we drove it off the lot that same day. We highly recommend Braden if you are in the market for a new/used vehicle at Borman Autoplex.

As I was waiting for my sister to drop off her car for service. I saw these strange to me thing's. The bosses there were very kind & patient with me & took time to explain what those are for & how they work.

Terrible. Was given an appointment time for when the service department closes. For someone who lives over an hour away, that's a wasted trip. That's poor communication with customers. I would not deal with this service department on a regular basis or I'd just sell the Huyndai and buy something else entirely. I have to return for a recall notice and software update but I wouldn't if I didn't have to. If I can go to a different Huyndai dealership, I will.

Best car buying experience of my life. Highly recommended. Braden Tidwell was professional, friendly and a great communicator. From the first minute I call the dealership, he worked to get me the car I wanted, at the price I wanted. Martin Espinoza did a great job with financing. Can't recommend Borman Hyundai enough. Will be buying my next Hyundai from Borman. Thanks again for making the car buying experience enjoyable again.

Multiple years of reliable service by trained professionals. Every visit for my Hyundai Kona has been a positive experience and that's 3 years of dependability. Hard to find that type of service for any product maintenance these days. It's a people place first and the products reputation stands behind it.

My wife and I just purchased a new 2023 Hyundai Tucson from Borman. Braden Tidwell was our sales rep and he was extremely professional and polite. He answered all our questions and made sure we got a vehicle that met our needs. Also Sale's Manager Bruce Weinreich and Martin Espinoza from Finance worked hard to get us the financing we needed. You can tell the staff at Borman Hyundai really care about their customers.

Experience with Borman Hyundai in Las CrucesOn March 14, 2023, my brand new Hyundai Sonata began having severe engine problems at the intersection of I-25 and U.S. 70. I was able to limp the car home, and it broke down in my driveway where it sat for 4 days. On March 15, I called Borman to let them know that the car engine was barely functioning and that it was acting as if it had a piston not working. They could not get my car into the shop until March 30. That day or soon thereafter I got a call from their tech telling me that there was likely a bad fuel mixture -- the prime suspect being diesel fuel in my gas. I expressed my skepticism since I had driven the car all the way from Belen without any problems, and diesel fuel nozzles will not fit in an unleaded gas receptacle. The tech said they would go ahead and run further diagnostics. If the problem was bad fuel or fouled gas, it would not be a warranty repair. I understood that.A short time later I received a call from Borman telling me that it was not fuel problems after all, and that an injection fuel pump had failed. It would be covered under warranty. They ordered the high pressure injection pump and installed it within a reasonable time. However, the high pressure fuel line also had to be repaired, and they would have to order the parts. There wasn't much I could do at that point.I personally went into the Borman service counter about 3 or 4 times to check on progress. The fuel line was on back order from some place in Dallas. A month passes, and I still do not have my car back. The service department called Hyundai to see what was going on. I got an email stating that the part had left the Dallas distribution center and then it was shipped to some place in Wisconsin. Thus, 6 weeks later and I still did not have my car back. OK. Things happen. I was assured that the warranty repair would be completed soon, and that the part would be in the shop around May 3. They scheduled the car for installing the high pressure fuel line for 10:00 a.m. on May 5, 2023. I did not hear from them for the rest of that day.Forward to today, May 8, and I decided to go to Borman to see what was going on. While I was out I received an email telling me the repair was finished. Great! When I arrived, I was handed the keys to my car and was asked to step over to the service desk. They presented me a bill for $324! I protested and reminded them (in pretty unfriendly terms) that it was a warranty repair and I owed them nothing. They insisted that I had asked for the fuel line inspection, which is patently false and absurd. The fuel line inspection was done as part of the diagnostic for what turned out to be a catastrophic engine failure. I wish I hadn't overreacted, but I refused to pay the bill. I slid it back across the desk and emphatically stated that it would not be paid under any circumstances. By this time I am irate and have become a complete jerk about it.The service manager, Paul Garay, came out to talk to me. By that point I was inconsolable. He started in with the customer rep verbal judo techniques, and didn't have the temerity to ask what he could do to make the situation better. I told him that an apology would be in order for the way I had been treated. To say the least, it barely registered on the sincerity meter when one was offered. He did offer to "pay for the repair out of his own pocket." I guess that's what they call an adjustment to invoicing these days. The $324 invoice was grudingly reversed. At the end, all I asked was that Borman try to understand how this could make a customer irate. They didn't, so they probably have lost a loyal Hyundai owner (this was my third). Too bad. That beig said, the sales rep team was great and patient with my wife and me.I hope my experience was a one-off.Mark S. Davisp.s. -- It is a nice car. I hope there are no more problems with it.

The Accord itself has been wonderful. The experience in purchasing the Accord was very pleasant. Braden Tidwell and Kevin Rodriguez are very professional. Both young men are very knowledgeable and made our purchase of our vehicle very pleasant.

They broke the rear view mirror and the original part (cosmetic damage) that was swapped out for our car. Breaking the original part had to be put back in by another mechanic when we determined that part was not the issue. They also charged 3 hours for a 30 minute job.

The worst service I have ever experienced. Borman would not honor their service contract with my car and refuse oil changes and service. When they did service my car in the past I would have my car returned with oil all over the steering wheel and dashboard. They even sold me incorrect parts for my car and refused to let me return the parts. Stay away from this place.

I actually purchased a Honda Accord from Borman. Extremely happy with my new Accord. Am also looking to purchase a Hyundai too. Extremely nice sales people to deal with. Try Borman Auto out..... you won't be disappointed.

Horrible place. Couldn t find my oil leak in my car. Took it to Borman 3 times. Called Hyundai Corporation and they gave me a $125 gift card and told me to take it to El Paso Hyundai. They are awesome Hyundai El Paso. Borman will rip you off. Be careful!

Came from AZ here for Thanksgiving, leaving NM with a new car. The staff at Borman Hyundai were very helpful when it came to purchasing my new Santa Cruz. David Barela was very helpful and caring when it came to giving us all the information on the vehicle and the whole process. Also finance manager Martin was really good when it came to getting a low interest rate with our purchase.

An excellent sales experience. I worked out the deal completely online and they delivered the vehicle to me. Much better than that other dealership 45 minutes away....

Mainly has to do with overall poor customer service. Several times I have had oil residue on my steering wheel when leaving. I also have a service agreement from purchasing the vehicle, which involved free oil changes. Every time I go in, they give me a hard time about it, then they use incorrect equipment (mostly had issues with incorrect filters), and lastly they finally have started to refuse to change it at all.
