I started working with Braden Tidwell about 4 days before I was actually able to ever go into the dealership. He was able to help me with every question I had and even provided solutions to problems I didnt even realize I could do. I ended up going through a long process but mostly of my own doing, however I left with the car I had been wanting all along and without any complaints about Braden or the Financial Manager Martin Espinoza. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my visit and would recommend for anyone looking for a new Hyundai or Honda to go sit down with Borman.

They really need to replace the person who answers/redirects calls the service department or teach her about customer service. I could not make an appointment online because the service I needed was not listed on the website. So I had to call to reach the service department to make an appointment. I had to call several times because once my call got cut off and I had to call back several times to convey info about my car problem and to request a follow-up service. The lady who picks up the phone (they probably have caller-id and knew it was me who was calling) expressed her annoyance that I kept calling, she breathed long and heavily into the phone and I could tell she was rolling her eyes. It's not like I was calling for no reason or I was rude to her. If you don't like your job, quit and find another one. Give it to someone who enjoys what they do.

Been taking my vehicle here for years now. They are very busy so you need to call ahead for an appointment. I usually just get my oil changed here. The crew is friendly and professional. Your invoice is throughly explained and they will call you BEFORE they do anything unplanned to your vehicle. I love that. They also do this new thing where they video record the service being performed on your car and you can view it. There s no mystery here. The service at this location is excellent. I was able to easily set up a service appointment online. I was contacted immediately via text and connected to a service representative that I could contact directly. I dropped the vehicle off and was in and out in 5 minutes. I was notified that my service was completed and offered the option to pay for my service online. From start to end the process for to get a service for my car was easy and fast.

My service was above and beyond today. I went in to get my tint repaired. I was a bit late, but they were super nice about it. They kept me informed on how long it would take, since I had an appointment afterwards. Extremely nice and professional staff. Lisa from customer service, thankyou much for helping me out. Russ, excellent job on the tint repair. One more thing, I had my original tint done there, but I lost the warranty card. They still honored it, even though they had no obligation to. These guys made my day.

My husband and I just purchased a car through Borman and it was a great experience. Jacob helped us and the process went really smoothly. We bought a car several years ago and it was a pretty bad experience, so we were hesitant to go through the process again. We honestly just planned on test driving cars today, but they had a car we really liked and they worked with us on the price so we decided to buy it. Would definitely come back and work with Jacob again!

2nd time getting service done there. If you need anything done, get there early. Also, they have online appointment booking, a plus, when they choose to honor it. I gave mixed feelings about the place. Have heard horror stories about ppl getting held for ransom. Not literally but have heard they will not give customers keys back when trying to sell a vehicle that includes a trade in. Just hear say minds you, but more than once person has told me that. Anyway, I had a good experience getting maintenance done to my vehicle. Hope you have the same.

They came out to my house, picked up my car and took it to their service department this morning. They took care of a vehicle recall and performed an oil change and then brought it back to me. Easy, no one tried to push more work needed and when they handed me my keys she was wearing gloves and the keys were in a plastic bag. Awesome job & customer service!

Awesome service. They did what I wanted, in a somewhat timely manner (better thorough than not). Their waiting area is nice, typical Honda amenities and starkness. Can't say enough about them, and my service advisor Chris.

Had an engine warning light come on flashing while traveling from alamogordo to Las cruses. Loss of power etc. Called on way in, wasn't sure if open 3 July 2020 observed holiday. They were, and was able to get us in. While waiting was a pain... they were able to confirm the issue, test and resolve it same day. We were back on road in about 5 hours. Luckily for us they do great service, and found it under warranty repair.

The service team here are terrible. I wouldn't take my kids radio flyer here. I have had them forget to reinstall hardware, misdiagnose issues and blame others for their shortcomings. Paul the service manager is a scam artist, he will deny any and everything he can to not cover a warranty. Your Honda has NO warranty as far as he is concerned. He will even lie to corporate Honda about his findings, and attempt to scam them for extra reimbursement on covered work. STAY AWAY, Hondas are not the quality they once were, and it will need much service that YOU will be shelling out for.

Went 2 x both times rude rude unhelpful people in body estimate bldg. Told me guy out on property & don't know when he'd show back up! 1st time wouldn't help w/o all my info & insurance info for just a simple estimate on bumper. Too expensive anyway. Never go there again!

I am not impressed with their personnel. I took my car in and they said they would call me back. Never heard from Joel. I finally called him 3 days later and he said "oh I have no excuse" Another words he could not be bothered. This is my second negative experience with their service.

I go out of my way to drive 50 miles over to Borman, passing two El Paso Honda service centers on the way. Why? Because Borman never gives me attitude, are always honest, and they fix it right the first time.

We brought our Elantra to have the air conditioner fixed. We were charged almost $700.00 (with coupons!). It was not fixed and they wanted to charge us an extra $240.00 to complete the work !!!!!!! We ve been clients since 2007 and the customer service has declined tremendously!!! We felt cheated!

Love our 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. Have always serviced at Borman. Too expensive on replacing shocks. Found a MUCH BETTER price in Anthony NM.

Needed to know what type transmission oil my M6 Mazda took when I called the service department I was transfered 6 times before anyone could answer my question,,all the associates seem as if your bothering them, they need a class on Customer Service very disappointed in their employees
