My sales associate, Jay Garcia, made the purchase experience just above and beyond! He remembered my musical preferences and had my Sirius radio set up before delivery. Jay also offered to deliver my new car to my house and also pick up my trade and deliver it to the dealership. Simply superb service without even being asked! Seriously my best auto purchase experience ever.

We have bought several Explorers from Frank Marquez and always had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from him. He goes the extra mile to take care of his customers. We ordered a 2023 Explorer Platinum Hybrid. Frank kept us up to date through the whole process. We will definitely go back to him for our next Explorer.

Just bought my second new vehicle from this dealership. Omar Gamon was the salesman last night. Service was excellent, well informed salesman, easy to work with, knowledgeable and NOT pushy. Our experience working with Braden couldn t have been any better! It was my first time buying a new car and he made the process fun and easygoing! He was patient and encouraging as we made our decision and really took the time to get to know us. Being relatively new to town, he even gave us tons of restaurant recommendations and advice. We re hopefully not buying a new car for a long time now, but next time we do, I d be thrilled to work with Braden again!

My husband and I purchased a Ford Edge in October 2023 and have been extremely satisfied customers with the overall experience. FRANK MARQUEZ was most helpful in guiding us through the process to satisfy both our needs and wants. We have chosen to continue our relationship with him because he is extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, a good listener capable of establishing a comfortable rapport early on. He knows his product and is comfortable explaining both the features and capabilities of the newer technology. A real plus for us!! No pressure! An honest sales rep who wants a satisfied customer. Also, our ongoing relationship with a dealership was as important a consideration as the actual purchase. We both left with big smiles on our faces...but not until Frank had introduced us to both the business office personnel and shown us the service area. Two more strong votes of confidence.

Horrible customer service, no one is ever available to speak to a customer, supposedly every manager including the general manager are out of their office . The finance department is a joke. Valerie and Soraya are always looking into it and never call back. Bought a vehicle in January and still waiting on my license plate. They always use the I can leave them a message at the front desk and no one ever calls you back. Please save your time and money and go elsewhere. Do not recommend this dealership.

I had an amazing experience at Borman car dealership. As soon as we arrived, Braden warmly greeted us and asked about the kind of car we wanted. He was incredibly helpful and focused on finding us the perfect match. It was great because we didn't have to spend a lot of time searching through all the cars in the lot. Braden wasn't pushy at all; you can tell he sincerely wanted to help us out. He showed us a few options and we got to test drive four cars. It was a hot day in New Mexico but he didn't mind running around getting keys and showing us options. Thanks to him, we found a Mazda that we really liked. The whole transaction was smooth, and everyone at the dealership, including Braden, Bruce, and Martin, was friendly and professional. They were honest and polite, and we didn't feel like we were pressured in any way. And on top of it all, we ended up getting a better deal than we expected. We're very happy with our purchase and feel we've made a smart choice. I want to say a big thank you to Braden for his excellent work. I highly recommend Borman dealership - go check them out and ask for Braden, although I'm sure anyone who works there is just as amazing. Keep up the good work!

Outstanding customer service experience purchasing a new 2024 Hyundai Kona AWD with Braden Tidwell. I drove from North New Mexico to Las Cruces because Braden took the time to make sure they had the vehicle I wanted and took a deposit to hold it for me. All the details, price, etc ironed out BEFORE I made the trip, so NO hassles, haggling or surprises. Smooth and professional start to finish. Very happy with my car buying experience at Casa Autoplex/Casa Hyundai Mazda Honda.

For years you hear about a "typical car salesman". We have just had a "typical car salesman" experience! Just sitting in an office waiting to see a Doctor and gentleman overhearing our conversation about looking for a used van. He gave us a card and said..."maybe I can help". A few hours later we met "Daniel". In less than 3 hours we had the vehicle that was just what we needed. Daniel is a new young salesman, bent on being someone looking out for his customer.....not himself! We were treated like a friend of the family...not a quick sales. Absolutely enjoyed the experience! From every person we meet at Casa Autoplex , including the people excited about our new puppy. This place is the "new car salesman" place to be. Thank you Freddie and many thanks to a new wave of Cars Salesmen....like Daniel.

I had the honor of having Richard as my salesperson. He was super genuine and understanding of the things I wanted. I have gone to dealer ships where they were pressuring and very consistent in a vehicle that didn t work for me; But that wasn t the case here at casa autoplex. Richard was very helpful and not pressuring at all. We looked at many vehicles before the vehicle we ended up purchasing and when we were running numbers on all those other vehicles Richard was always helpful and looking out for the best price that fits our interest. I highly recommend working with Richard. Such a great guy! Would totally go back again.

The experience of buying a car, especially a used car, is time-consuming, frustrating, and often feels like you re speaking a different language than the individuals you re interacting with. That had been my experience for two months. I told every sales person that I was interested in buying a car in the $20,000 range. Yet, I was consistently walked around lots with sticker prices of cars in the $30,000 and $40,000 range.I had studied and researched for hours and knew very well the questions to ask and not to ask. On most lots usually within 5 to 10 minutes it was apparent the salesman knew he was not going to make large profits off of me, and accordingly, his demeanor changed. He was less friendly, less polite, had little or no patience with me, in short he dramatically changed how he interacted with me after his sales pitch was crushed. It was an act; it was all about the money.However there was hope. I had seen a 2019 green Subaru online and traced it back to Casa Auto Group here in town. I connected with Oriental, the salesman. {NOTE: sounds like Orenthal, Th sound.} From the start, he sounded like a reasonable and logical guy, just as other salesman do, But I was optimistic.He met me with a warm smile and a handshake when I arrived at the dealership, nice guy very pleasant. I didn t have time to test drive the car but we gave it a look-over and he was thorough and complete. We talked about some generalities and left it at that. I moved on with my objective as I had a handful of other cars I was looking at in town and in El Paso.A few days later I had the opportunity, so I surprised him early in the morning at the dealership and took a little spin around town in the Subaru. Again, Oriental was super pleasant, did all that I asked of him, did not say anything stupid, meaning that he did not tip his hand that he might be more salesman than human being.I had a few more requests which he followed up on. In addition, he didn t bother me at all, and he didn t try to sell me any extras. He was very straight with me and worked hard to get a deal. We ended up negotiating a good price, at least from my perspective. So we shook hands and started the paperwork.In conclusion, I highly recommend Casa Auto Group as my experience was an exception to 90% of the general rules about buying a car. My background research, my goal of knowing exactly what I wanted, and ensuring competition between dealerships regarding price were all critical. But without a straightforward and hardworking guide like Oriental, I wouldn t be in my 2019 Subaru. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience. My car salesman Jay Garcia was very patient with me and helped me to get the best deal. What I like about him the most was that he didn t pressure me he showed me my options and let me take my time choosing what will be the right car for my family. I would definitely recommend going with him if you want a salesman that cares.

I have bought 3 cars and I am very happy with my sales person Brenda Cruz she gives the customer an excellent service she goes above an beyond to give the customer that service that wants to make you want to come back again or recommend the service Brenda Cruz offers to every customer she has,her being bilingual is a great asset to your company I would never go anywhere else to buy a car as long as she is there.
