Our daughter lives on campus at state and came out one morning to her entire rear bumper ripped off by another car overnight. Caliber did a PHENOMENAL job on her car! Wow!!! It looks brand new and she could not be happier. Javier communicated with us almost daily and we are so thankful for the beautiful repair on her car and for the extra mile with cleaning the inside for her! Thank you Caliber! Highly recommend!!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I got my parked vehicle smashed by a lady at 1 a.m. waited 2 months for her insurance to finally get my car in and this was the closest guaranteed place, which is an hour and a half away from where I live. I get to Las cruces and "Robert" greeted me very angrily at 8 a.m. stated they couldn't take my car and I couldn't get a rental, even though I spent 2 hours on the phone setting up the appt. I stayed for nearly an hour until other employees showed up to work and questioned what was happening and why Robert was being rude. They proceeded to help me and I left in the rental I drove here for after all. They towed my car to a location in El Paso. After 2 weeks they call saying my car is ready so I took time off of work to come to Las Cruces today- to my car still visibly smashed. It looks like they bought a Walmart suction magnet and sucked the dents out. I could've done that myself! Now I'm in limbo waiting for insurance to call me back as I need the whole door panel replaced, not just """"blended """" !!!!! Very unhappy with customer service and body work and after reading reviews from others, I'm not the only one they've cut corners with. Good thing their work is guaranteed because they will re-do it until my car looks the way it did before ! Save your time and energy and go somewhere else.

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision. They were prompt, did an excellent job fixing my vehicle, and I loved the app they used to stay in constant communication with me throughout the process. Overall, a fantastic experience!"

I give them a zero. It was absolute Nightmare right from the beginning. The stress I endured throughout this experience was off the charts. Do not go there!! Go to another city to have repairs if you need too. I waited 11 weeks for my vehicle to be done. Front end and tire damage. Staff do not have integrity. Lied to me about the delay on numerous occasions. Staff did not take accountability for the errors made. And I still have a dent in my vehicle that went unnoticed after 11 weeks. Never again.

Other than taking a week longer than estimated, and for using one minor aftermarket replacement part (I specifically stated I wanted all original manufacturer parts), the repair job has my vehicle looking brand new. Five stars.

Took my Ridgeline in for a minor repair on my tailgate. Melody was easy to work with and she fixed my truck a day early. I would definitely recommend!

Where do I even begin. On the surface level, they are friendly and attentive. Passed that, liars and deceivers.This started with a hit and run that resulted in front bumper damage. Needed body work and mechanical work done. After several weeks and a couple of phone calls for a status check, the car was done.Within two weeks I was driving on the Interstate when a portion of the front bumper dislodged and was dragging on the floor and rubbing against the tire at 75mph. Had to pull over and zip-tie the bumper to the grill to hold it up. Took the car in for the "lifetime warranty" (what a joke). They lifted the car up and the person that handles insurance claims for Caliber told us that based on the scraping of the bumper we hit something that dislodged the bumper and that the warranty will not cover it. We did not hit anything and he was full of lies. We had to file another claim with our insurance company and pay the deposit to get the bumper fixed again.Fast forward a couple of weeks. We got the car back and then there is clunking sounds coming from the front corner axle that needed replacing during the first go around.We went to our regular tire shop to get new tires on it and asked them to look at the clunking sounds. They don't do cv axle repairs but they said the boot covering is torn.We ended up going to the Toyota dealership and they replaced the axle parts because they said the components weren't installed correctly and there was too much vertical play and that was the clunking sounds we kept hearing.At this point, we are done with Caliber Collision and I tell everyone I know to go someplace else if they need repairs.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

took my car her to get a minor tail light fixed, and the car has had elecrrical issues ever since, caused by caliber collision. since then, it has been incredibly difficult to get them to fix their mistake.

So just make sure you give them 3 months or more with your vehicle! They will come up with every excuse possible to NOT get your vehicle when promised! They even messed up the key fob and I had to wait another week to get my vehicle!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision...twice! Unfortunately, I have been hit twice, but both times took my vehicle to Caliber and was very happy with the process and outcome. They have incredible communication. You always know what's going on with your vehicle. My second trip was pretty lengthy due to back ordered parts, which is the unfortunate norm these days. However, I never worried about it because every other day, I received an update. When the final parts were in, they had it finished earlier than promised. Even though I arrived when they closed, they opened up the gates and got my car for me. Thank you, Caliber, for your excellent service!

Had a very bad experience still to this day my car has not been repaired fully .My vehicle was in the shop for more than a month . I picked it up two weeks ago and the first day I picked it up this is what happened to me it left me in the middle of the highway stranded. diagnoses were not done 100% airbags are still showing up on my dashboard. The reason Im so upset is because I trusted this company with my vehicle s repair s . I m unable to drive my vehicle, even though the manager mentioned that it was safe to drive?? I personally don t feel safe driving a vehicle that s not fully repaired, and been 8 months pregnant.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Very unprofessional! The estimate that was provided had the wrong parts quoted such as panels for a 119" wheel base Ford Expedition when the actual wheel base was 131" meaning the parts quote would not have worked. Then knowing I had a fractured vertebra they would not help me to remove a lift for a power chair so I had to do it myself. Their attitude was that if I didn't get it now to flipping bad and to bad that you are injured, do it yourself.

Rachael kept us informed and we never had any worries while waiting. They delivered ahead of time promised and gave special attention to our needs as I was on a time line due to PCS. If your thinking of where these guys fit compared to other competitors, DON,T. They are hands down the best and I works for auto services before. I would recommend Caliber to anyone needing body repair on their vehicles, they do an awesome job and keep you informed along the way, they gave me a date and it was done way earlier than expected. Paint job was very well done and matched the rest of the car. Worst business transaction ever. The length of service didn t take too long, two weeks. But the work they performed, and I say that very loosely, was shoddy. This is suppose to be a professional place of business and it looked like the work they performed was done by teenage boys with no knowledge of vehicles. The plastic parts were not put on correctly at all! I had my suspicions about the work but it was confirmed when the grill was replaced by my dealership. And I myself noticed that NONE of the rivets/grommets were put back on. They were literally hanging by zip ties. Zip ties!!! How professional is that?? Of course by the time I noticed, the time for claims to be submitted on the work had passed. I had to keep popping on the bottom of the splash guard because these mechanics did not do it. The wind was blowing it off, not crazy driving. Wind! Now I am starting to question the overall work that was done. Never again will I go back. I would have better luck going on YouTube and putting everything back together myself. I m assuming because I am a female they wanted to take advantage of that. They probably wanted me to have to come back so more work can be performed. I am so sick and tired of supposed professional companies that take advantage of hard working people. We are paying money for the services so the fact that the production value is completely unsafe is ridiculous. I am a pregnant women who doesn t even feel safe driving her car anymore because nothing was out on correctly. Now I have to pay thrice so the dealership can go back and put everything together correctly. I am so disgusted with these services. If something should happen to me, I know where I am going and who is getting sued. Caliber collision, you are a sad pathetic excuse for auto shop work. I am going to tell everyone never to go there. Thanks, for nothing. If I could have posted this review without giving one star, I would have. One star is too good a review for Calliber Collision.Service: Body & Trim

Took vehicle there after accident, received prompt and friendly service. It is a body shop and a large one at that so adjust your expectations if you think they'll be done within two days but I overall found that their work was performed quickly and to my expectations. Would definitely use again but hopefully won't have to! Also, props to Robert who kept me informed and was a genuinely nice guy.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best body shop in Las Cruces! Work was done fast and efficiently. I was kept up to date on my repairs and they were finished before the estimateddate I was given. Loved the paint job! Shout out to the painter! Would definitely use them again!
