To start with, Matt and Jonathan are the two most professional business individuals I have ever encountered in my 40 years as a Las Cruces resident. I can be a difficult person to work with as the result of my failed trait of being a perfectionist. Matt, Jonathan, and others at Caliber Collision on Amador "exceeded" my expectations. A shout out of sincere thanks to them all. The before and after pictures really don't do the repair(s) justice. I had a 12 point white tail deer jump into the path of our Sportage on the Kansas Turnpike late last fall where the critter caused extensive vehicle damage requiring multiple new panels, parts, prep, paint, & finishing. Matt, Jonathan, and others hit it out of the ol' ballpark for us! Thanks!

If you live in the las cruces area and are debating on using caliber. I HIGHLY recommend you go some where else.They did a horrible job on my car when first asked to pick up my car damages were still visible and parts were missing on my car that were there when dropped off.They charged my insurance for parts on my car that were never replaced or fixed.The customer service was great until i called them out on there mistakes then they tried to blame it on me. I choose this company because it s a big name in multiple states and they guarantee their work. Wellllllll I ll never ever do that again.Just be cautious if you use them.If you do i recommend when you get to the shop you video record your car full 360 in front of the shop so that way you have proof of how your car is being dropped off an how it gets back to you. Go through your parts they said they removed and replaced and verify they are new parts. That s why insurance rates are going up.Got a quote for $4500 walked out paying almost $8000 they are charging your insurances so much for things that aren t even getting done then it s your rate that goes up unfair .

This business is extremely well organized and efficient. They know what they are doing and do it well. Kept me informed throughout the repair process. Repair was outstanding and the car looks like new and everything is working as it should. Distance sensor had to be replaced and recalibrated. Highly recommend this company.

Received The best costumer service from Caliber on Amador ave. Walter and Matt kept me informed throughout the whole repair process My questions where answered on a timely manner. Very happy with everything they did!

Super impressed. work was done faster than promised, i was well communicated with, Johnathan is great. they detailed my car. my car has never been that clean. didn't expect that at all. I expected to hate getting insurance work done, but these pros made it easy

I want to thank Tony specifically for constantly keeping me updated on my vehicle repairs and always answering all my concerns in regards to my vehicle. I really appreciated it. Over all everyone there were super helpful and attentive. Great customer service and they did a great job in reparing my vehicle. LOOKS BRAND NEW!!! Highly recommend this place for vehicle repairs!!! Can't say enough good things of this place super satisfied with the work that was done on my Jeep.

We were the victims of a hit and run. Caliber did an outstanding job fixing and making our Acura look new again. There multiple areas that needed addressing and painted. They kept in constant communication about the status the entire way. We are grateful. Thank you!

Went in for an estimate. The fellow who gave me my estimate was honest, patient, and informative.The receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The environment was comfortable and not intimidating what s so everI will definitely schedule my appointment with caliber collision

I got into a car accident about a month ago. Caliber fit my car into their busy schedule and gave me a two week timeline for my car to be finished. They contacted with weekly updates and also letting me know about shipping delays due to the pandemic, but they were able to get the parts in time. My car was finished ahead of schedule, I went to pick up my car and did a walk around and my car looked brand new.Thank you so much to Walter for great work on my car.Service: Body & Trim

This was a follow-up visit to install two pieces of trim unavailable when I had a repair previously at another Caliber location; they sent the parts to this location for my convenience. Having heard nothing about my appointment, I tried calling most of the day with no answer. Annoyed, I drove the 2 hours with no assurance they would be able to help me. When I arrived, they were struggling to recover from a most-of-day-long power outage--which explained no answer to my calls. Turns out the parts had only arrived the previous day--which, with the power outage, explained the lack of a call from them confirming my appointment. They immediately jumped on installing the parts and were done within 20 minutes, and I was in my way. Thoroughly impressed with their grace and professionalism in a trying situation!
