My Mazda 3 needed some minor body work, and we just happened to pass by Bravo. They were able to fix my tire deflector shield in minutes, without an appointment! Not only that but they washed my car and charged me a very reasonable fee. Everyone was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend!

Thank you Mr. Acosta for pairing with the collision to get my tailgate fixed, a huge thank you to Scott for getting it done right. He mentioned he didn t like the way it came out the first time so he had his team re-do it all over again. Overall I m satisfied with the outcome!

Customer service doesn't get better than this! Very professional and excellent work! Highly recommend!!!! Had my car looking brand new! From the repairs to the detailing of the vehicle inside and out I felt like I was driving off the lot with a new car!

They worked on my brand new Tacoma 3 different times last summer for a bumper cover issues. After 2 weeks of their last "repair" this started happening to the bumper cover pushes in on both sides. I no longer am in New Mexico and Toyota refuses to work on it since they already paid to get taken to this "body shop". If I can atleast help anyone stay away from this place with this review I would because their work is shoddy.Edit- was told to call and try to get this rectified in the response below. Have called 3 times and Luis Acosta seems to be busy every time and no call back.

Took in my 2001 z06 for a paint job to the front bumper. It had a yellow scrape and It came back looking like new. They even fixed my window that a different body shop left loose. Great service from Scott and the rest of the employeesService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

It has been 5 weeks and it was supposed to be max max max 3. It may be excellent work but I wouldn't know yet now would I? It is just 1 bloody door. It has completely inconvenienced my entire household and family. Communication was non existent on their part, I had to call or go in person to see what was happening each week. I wish I had just left it dented at this point and I'm not even responsible for paying for the repair or terrible rental car.

Needed speakers replaced and some paint touch up on my '99 Camaro SS. Scott and his crew did excellent work, going above and beyond expectations. As original owners, this Camaro SS is a source of great joy for my wife and me. Scott took care of the vehicle as I would have myself, only much more skillfully. Thank you, Bravo Collision, for treating us like family.

Worst place ever!!!! Caution do not take your vehicles here! They didn't put lug nuts on my rim right nothing was installed right and my a/c doesn't work after taking my truck here and it worked before I took it in. I had to take it somewhere else to get my truck fixed properly. What was supposed to be fixed in a week or so ended up being a month! They never return your phone calls nor they call you to get updates.

As much as I love the work they provide, their communication and customer service is horrible at times! We dropped off our car Feb 13. It has been in their possession for over a month and we are still yet to get our car back! When I ve called Ivan has always been kind and respectful but the girl who answers is so rude and likes to cut people off when their talking. We go days without a response because we have to specifically speak with someone in order to get an update the calls don t get answered which is very frustrating! We finally spoke to a manager Scott last Tuesday and he told us we would have our car by Tuesday or Wednesday it is now end of day Thursday and we got told today thru TEXT our car won t be ready till end of week NEXT week! I m beyond frustrated with this company. As much as I LOVE the work they do I will not be returning due to the lack of communication and awful customer service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My wife brought our car in at our insurers recommendation to get some minor glass damage fixed. Manny was friendly, kind and delivered incredible customer service. While I hope I never have to take my car back to a body shop, Bravo would be my absolute first choice if I did.

Came for a whole rear end collision repair & paint job on 6/7/2012.Not only did the Chevy Bravo Collision Center repair my car to MY standards, they also exceeded my expectations. Not just good quality, But GREAT quality. A big shout out to Christina for providing me w. A ride home because the shuttles weren t ready yet.They also provided me w. Bravo explained to me sometimes claims take longer than anticipated due to hidden damage, suspension, part delays etc..yes they had my car longer than expected, yes I had to call them a few times before I got a call back. But the work was well worth the wait! Any issue was addressed, they ended up having to pay some of my rental, which was arranged and not an issue for me.the office building was clean and my car was cleaned for me as well!I would recommend Bravo.

We were traveling through Las Cruces from out-of state and had a slight incident with our vehicle causing body damage. The vehicle was unsafe to drive on the highway but we needed to get it back on the road asap. We called Bravo and spoke to Adriana who said to come right over. Knowing they would not be hired to do the full repair work (about 3-4K worth), she and Scott took the time to make some adjustments that made the vehicle safe to drive, and did not charge us a dime though we were ready, willing, and able to pay. If we lived in the area, we would definitely hire Bravo to do the full repair job. Thank you Adriana and Scott!Service: Body & Trim

My experience was the best one. Scott the manager and his staff were friendly and to the point. Scott helped me figure out what to do and my car was ready in just a few days. When I received my car back, it was so clean, I am sure it did not looked that good when I purchased it.Thank you very much for been so good at what you do.

Everyone always says negative things in reviews and hardly any good ones. I took my new car to the collision center and was treated great. Concerned staff, helped me with the rental car, getting my claim together and informed me of the additional damage. I was so happy how clean my car was when I got it back! I will recommend againP.s. The front office area was clean and smelled like it had just been cleaned when I took it in :)

I wrote that I don't know yet, cause I haven't received my vehicle yet (door dent). It's been 3 weeks now. I'm disappointed, and I still haven't received my vehicle. I should get a discount or compensated for the delay.

it's been 7 months and they still have my vehicle....I understand parts are hard to find....but for 7 months....UPDATE....so per the wait....so far no issues with the car....it looks great and everything underneath looks good....the one star is for the length of time it took but we do understand due to parts taking forever....thank you Manny for the help and keeping us updated....much appreciated....Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

The service advisors are nice. BUT.. I have left 4 or messages, I don't get calls back. I have to keep calling until I get a response. My fiancee's truck has been there almost 2 months. Yes there was extensive damage due to the accident. But when the customer is left out of the loop. That is not ok. Super disappointed.
