Traveling out of GA and engine light came on. Found this dealer, service person was fantastic, got me moved up and took my truck in. Had to replace 4 sensors and flush the exhaust system. Got me out the same day, while servicing they found my brake well cap was missing, this would have been a major problem down the road. Super people great service. They also gave me a fantastic restaurant recommendation on request.

Maria Espinoza was amazing! She was very informative with everything going on with our vehicle. What we thought was a one day fix turned into a few day fix and she made sure we were well taken care of with a rental. Very professional, informative, respectful and just all around a great person. An excellent dealership with a wide variety of Silverados. This was our fourth Chevrolet dealership we visited while shopping for a new truck; Ricardo G. was a great help and a big factor in our family purchasing a vehicle. We already knew the vehicle we were trying to buy, their team was very respectful and there was no runaround with prices. We just had our 2018 Tahoe repaired here and it was a non-stressful and pleasant experience. Maria Espinoza provided some of the best customer service I have received at a dealer repair service. She was honest and thorough and explained options, in a no-pressure way. I usually dread going to repair shops and being pressured into expensive service I may not need especially being a home mechanic and can do some of those things at home anyway. She was also very helpful with ensuring the items that were covered under the certified pre-owned warranty were repaired under the warranty as well as very helpful explaining the process while also getting a rental for us while the vehicle was repaired. Thanks again to Maria for doing such a great job!

Bought my first car here and the process was smooth. I had Melvin helping me out and he was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was also very knowledgeable on the American muscle cars which I am an enthusiast of. If you re looking for a car here I would recommend asking for Melvin.

We were traveling when we saw we might have a coolant leak in our Silverado. I called Bravo Chevrolet (who we had used for an oil change and tire rotation on a previous trip to the area) and they got us in right away. Our service advisor Maria was great, efficient and knowledgeable, she listened to the problem we were having and put a very qualified technician on it (I don t get his name, sorry) right away. He worked the problem and got us out of there with peace of mind. I appreciate the human connection that Maria and the technician made - rare in today s world.Thanks guys!

I called and negotiated a price on a brand new care today. They were very attentive until I sent the General Motors Family First Authorization number for the GM employee discount. After that I have never been treated so rudely in all my 40 years of buying GM cars. The sales person was okay, but will not respond. Spoke to a manager named Sal (I think), when I was speaking with him, he told me that they do not give GM employee discounts. Then, he said wait, our General Manager is calling on another line, he asked to call me back. Well, he never did and I've left at least 5 messages with him and the Sales Person. I spent 44 years in the Detroit area and have bought several cars using GMS employee discounts, never in my life has this happened. This dealership is very unprofessional and in no way shape or form knows how to treat customers. Please do not give any business to Bravo Chevy/Cadillac, they are not worth your time and money!!!! STAY AWAY!

We had a truck breakdown with our Chevrolet Silverado while traveling from Tucson to Illinois.We had it towed to their business. Chris was so helpful in handling the warranty paperwork and getting parts etc. they even let us park our 32 ft travel trailer on their side lot. They made this inconvenience bearable and in a timely manner.We highly recommend them and THANK them.The Schultz's.

I think that the diesel oil change pricing is unrealistic. It s up to service management to decide whether or not they want more traffic in the door. I was happy that Marie got me right in for my tire rotation. They did give me a car wash - Thank You. The technician did not check the tire pressures and correct the settings but I do this each time anyway before I hook up my trailer. I have my own 12V air compressor.

Timely and Helpful. We were visiting Las Cruces with a small window of time where we could dedicate to the purchase of a vehicle, our daughters were there for a softball tournament and we only had times between games. Gaby was great and quick to get us answers. She immediately showed us what we wanted to see and got the ball rolling. While we went to cheer on our girls, Gaby and the team prepared all of the paperwork and had it ready for us the next break. We all know buying a car can be tedious. My husband and I worked with Christopher Runyon and it was a smooth process. He was upfront and really worked with us. The staff were courteous. The only downside was the music is loud in the lobby and I enjoy loud music but it was harder to hear each other. Thank you Mr. Runyon!

Can t say enough great things! This is my 6th new car purchase and this dealer was by far the best I have ever went to!Specifically Eric, Jack, and Elihu! They treated me like family! Can t say enough about these men! Highly highly recommend! Traded my old car in gave me more then I was expecting! Was in and out in a few hours! Great friendly service!!HOWEVERafter purchasing my truck I found out on my way back to El Paso that my ac didn t work. It s been two weeks now and my truck still has AC problems so you could say my patients is gone. I ve had to live with a brand new truck going on two weeks now in the desert I understand things happen and they take time to fix. However as a customer that s not my problem and the fact it s still not been fixed is why I am rating you 1star. I will continue to be the squeaky wheel until someone is held responsibleUpdate may 9 2022So yet another annoying circumstance I find myself in with the Bravo organization.A little back story is needed however. So I refinanced my vehicle to a much lower interest rate. Doing so my new loan holder provides gap coverage (that I paid for up front). So as a customer you are entitled to a reimbursement of the difference (subtracting mileage and time from it of course). So I went through the process of submitting all the documents needed. And now the reimbursement check is ready, almost 2.5 months later. And is currently sitting on a desk waiting to be routed . After calling to check up on the situation the first time about a month and a half after submitting the documents I talked to a lady and I can t specifically remember her name but she was extremely polite and nice. Then I called the second time and as I could remember the specific name of the lady I spoke to was sent to Maria. First time talking to her was extremely nice and polite same as the first person I spoke to. And was told that in a couple days I should be hearing from someone to come pick it up was specifically told Monday at the latest. We spoke that evening on a Thursday. So I call Monday just asking about it as any customer would and Maria must have feeling the Monday or something. While she wasn t mean but her attitude wasn t the best. You could tell she was annoyed with my call as she was given the burden of dealing with this without any prior knowledge. And I can understand that but as a customer that s not my problem. Especially since even getting ahold of anyone in finance is painful at best. I ve had to email, online chat via their website, and almost harass people to get a call back just to get in touch with anyone there throughout this entire almost 3 month long process.Overall I would highly encourage people to steer clear from this dealership. As I plan to also write my review on dealer rater and call GM customer service and explain the situation to them. Cannot wait to be officially done with this specific dealership personally.Worst part is Eric, Jack, and Elihu have become great friends. Jack being the only one left there from when I bought my vehicle not that long ago the others going to different dealerships due to reasons. They all are great people. Just the support after the sale is pretty annoying to deal with and I ll personally never give my business to them ever again going forward due to this.Update 28Feb2023I called in to request a refund for the extended warranty I purchased as I never used it and you as a customer are entitled to a refund if not used. So I call in and get connected to Juan. And he informs me that I have to come in for wet signatures. I tell him that may be your policy however the law Trump's the businesses policy and inform him I'm active duty and live 2000 miles away.Currently have an appointment with legal tomorrow to seek legal action as they refuse to reimburse me the extended warranty they sold me. Remember to hold people accountable regardless of the cost so they stop trying to tak advantage of you.Highly highly recommend you steer clear of this dealership and have your lawyer ready.

I had a fantastic experience. This was my first visit, and Maria met me as I exited my vehicle. She had my appointment ready and was able to get me checked in quickly and efficiently. I did not have an exceedingly long period of time to wait, and they even washed my car. I will be back, and I will recommend Bravo to all my friends.
