Mikey and Emiliano are awesome!! I was at Keva Juice when my car all of a sudden my car just started not working and not wanting to turn on. Thankfully Mikey and Emiliano were around the area! I decided to ask these two strangers for help and they really helped this college kid out (me)! They had their business come get my car and take it to their shop, within a couple of hours my car was all fixed up and ready to go. I had never experienced someone who I didn t know work so hard to help me out and it really gave me hope for the world that there really is GREAT people in the world still! Mikey and Emiliano, thank you again!Anyone in need of car services, I HIGHLY recommend Border International! Not only was the customer service out of this world but so was the speed and efficiency they worked with! This business gets a 10 out of 10 for me!

We had as good of an experience as one can reasonably expect when dealing with some engine issues in our Class A Diesel Pusher RV. From the advisors to the techs, everyone was knowledgeable, informative and patient. They were flexible with our timeline and our tech did a great job with the repair - and keeping us apprised and included in the process. In addition, everyone we dealt with had a good sense of humor and were enjoyable to chat with. Clean area with a coffee shop to work while we waited. Staff worked hard to make sure the work was done within a few hours so we could get back on the road and that our warranty (from a previous repair elsewhere) covered their work - they went the extra mile for sure! Would get work done here again for sure - and consider driving some distance to have work done here if we were within range! ( Review is of work done / a visit from February 2018)

I was under a hot load and my NOX sensor started throwing codes and beginning to go into derate. I called a couple of international shops along my route and was told of long wait times just to be even diagnosed. Then I called Border International. I was told to come on in they could get me in and have me back rolling asap. As soon as I pulled up the had my truck on the computer and told me they could have me back in the road the next day and they did. Very informative service team and nice atmosphere. I would highly recommend them to my fellow drivers. A lot of times the downtime hurts more than the repair bill. Thank you to the Border International for understanding my situation.

Border International did 60k mile recommended maintenance on our Honda CR-V. They did good job overall but replaced drive belt instead of inspecting it and providing quote as requested. Later took in Dodge Dakota with a list of five items to check. They didn't have the diagnostic equipment needed and Robert told us at least four times they would call us with updates. We waited for updates but had to call and ask or leave messages which were only once returned. After a week they still did not have the estimate complete, so we picked up the vehicle. Not impressed.

For nearly 25 years we have lived full time on the road in our Cummins diesel pusher motorcoach. In mid-October while departing a campground in Las Cruces, NM, we could only get her to crank but not fire, likely a surefire sign of a fuel problem we surmised. Based on a chance conversation with a fellow camper who highly recommended Border International, we talked to Lorenzo Reyes, Service Writer, who told us to bring er in , so we had a heavy rescue truck tow us there. That happenstance suggestion turned out to be one of the best we ve ever had. Within one hour of our arrival Greg Lopez, our mechanic, Doc Holiday, Service Manager, and Jeremiah, Service Supervisor, were doing preliminary testing which pointed to a likely fuel pump failure. Long story short, this was the beginning of a four-week odyssey that ended with a near-complete rebuild of our entire fuel system from the tank to the engine - fuel pump rebuild, new lift pump, new aftermarket in-line filter and custom bracket, new fuel lines, tank interior inspection with a camera then a power wash and steam cleaning of same as well as working on and completing a myriad of other related and several non-related issues. What could have been a nightmare of sorts turned out to be absolutely the most pleasant shop experience we ve ever had. Throughout the entire process we were encouraged to observe, ask questions and even take photos of the major project which we so very much appreciated since that coach is the only house we have and learning as much as we can about her is paramount to our successful life on the road. Everyone we dealt with at Border International was friendly, courteous, informative, responsive, and genuinely concerned about keeping us appraised as well as our personal well being. In the meantime, we spent 32 nights at a nearby La Quinta Inn and checked in at Border International every day to observe, learn and discuss the progress and various procedures which kept us fully in the loop the entire time. Honestly we were made to feel welcome and like family by the entire staff including Doc, Greg, Jeremiah, Lorenzo, Brandon, Mark (parts), T.J., and others whose names we unfortunately didn t catch. In conclusion, we have already recommended Border International in Las Cruces, NM, to other nomadic friends on the road and we will continue to pass the word, both for routine and non-routine service. For us, the entire adventure was made bearable by the up front and personal interaction with the Border International crew and we are so very grateful for that. It was easily the best in shop experience we ve had during our near 25 years of living full time on the road.

Jeremiah and the team of mechanics are amazing! I took my 2020 jeep gladiator to them after the "jeep dealership" had my vehicle for over a week and didnt fix anything on it. Viva told me tow my vehicle home and that its fixed. I left viva dodge with more problems than when i first took it in. The mechanics at border internation had my vehicle fixed and running within hours of me leaving it there. I have not had any issues with my gladiator since. I will give my business and anyone who asks to these guys for now on. Amazing work, quick work and the friendliest people to work with! Highly recommend this business!!!

Early June, 2023, we had an urgent repair needed on our motorhome. I have a Cummins diesel pusher. I called and explained that we are en route on a schedule and that I needed assistance. I was allowed to bring the Motorhome in early the next morning. The evaluation was done immediately and a part was ordered. The parts needed were ordered on Friday from Texas and arrived Saturday. The repair was done on Monday Morning and we were on the road again on Tuesday. This surely could have been worse. Brandon was the mechanic who made the repairs. He thoroughly explained what needed to be done and he kept us updated every step of the way.Everything was left in order and he was very careful not to track in any dirt or grease. If you ever need truck or RV repairs when in Las Cruses NM, I highly recommend and trust Border International.

I highly recommend this truck service. I was in a unique situation where my truck had engine trouble right after it had been rebuilt at a different shop several states away. Mike White, the service advisor, walked me through my options, gave great advice, looked over my engine and helped me take pictures and get them to the other shop, and allowed my truck to remain at Border International Trucks until the other shop could come pick it up. His expertise and help during a very complicated situation was invaluable. I will be forever grateful. - Christopher Herring

On March15,2022 we were preparing to hook up our toad before leaving Hacienda RV park in Las Cruces, NM and noticed a coolant leak. The park office gave me the card for Richards Mobile RV Repair. On contacting him he immediately directed me to Border International. That s where I met Emilio Campos. He was very quick to join me and agreed with my diagnosis of a cracked expansion tank. We discussed options to repair it. I had a connection to the Coach manufacturer parts supplier and was able to have an overnight UPS delivery to Border International. It arrived by noon the following day and the service department made space to install it right away.Emilio s quick response and strong desire to help get us back on the road dropped our stress level to nearly zero. Knowing it would be taken care of in such a timely manner was incredible. 36 hours from noticing the first drip we were back on the road. Our experience with Border International was great given the circumstances and we would recommend this shop to anyone needing service or repairs. Thank you Emilio and the whole team at Border International.

He got my truck checked in less than an hour and they slipped me in and got it fixed before they closed at 6pm!!!They have a nice Cafe with sandwiches too relax in. Even gave my little dog a doggie treat!!Best shop I have EVER been at! All others would have made me wait a day or 3!!! I was back on road quick enough to make my N Carolina run on time!!

We actually never went there for repair since they refused to let us use the replacement parts which were under warranty and supplied to us from Cummins. They insisted we buy the parts directly from them! So we ended up taking our motor home across the street ro Rush Truck Repair - and were very satisfied.

Cindy and the crew in the service department were AWESOME! We broke down on our way to Az. The ford house said it would take a week to get our car fixed. I called Cindy and she said bring it in and we will take a look. It was fixed before close that same day and we were back on the road. Highly recommend this place. They will definitely take care of you

If you need tires for your RV DO NOT go to Border International in Las Cruces!!! We got brand new tires put on our RV last month and right away had to have a tech come out to the house bc one the tires spontaneously popped!! Not kidding, all the tires had been over inflated!! The tech was awesome, he fixed the problem replaced the tire and we thought awesome one thing we don t have to be worried about!! Not so much!! This morning my husband discovered one of the tires looked low on air. So off we go to find a tire place that can help us (not easy in a class A motorhome!!) Turns out the tire looked low bc the inside tire was flat!!! Yep, brand new and flat!!! Fortunately we found a tire place that specializes in big rigs and they had the equipment to help us. Thank you to Goodyear tire in Yukon, OK!!! Back on the road!!

I had issues with my tires deflating on my class c rv. We are from Florida and the tire techs were able to correct everything. I prepared myself for the financial hit, but my calculations were twice what I was charged, a very pleasant surprise. To the techs: Thanks for your hard work and expertise!!

They are just guessing and changing parts & they don't fix the problem. I took my truck to get the check engine light fix & it was there for 3 weeks and they were still unable to fix it.
