I guess if I had the option I'd rate 4.9, only because sometimes when I have called, they're scheduling weeks out, but that's during peak RV season, and because they are good!! Twice now these folks have bailed me out on short notice. The first time was something really simple, but it was a weekend, and I was on my way out of town. They took care of me super quick. Today, on a Friday(!), my water pump died. They got me in within a couple hours, and fixed it (in a tight space and with a couple other complications) within another couple hours. Rates are a little less than the big chains in the area. Thank you, Bogart's!!

Bogart's service has always been professional, on time and the service/ people are always respectful to me and all of their other business they get from the other customers, I highly recommend that you give Bogart's Service Center a try.

This store has replacement items we need for our 1993 Lance cabover! Jeff answered our questions with expertise and patience. Loved his 'HEART' analogy when explaining the problem with our camper.

Very professional and did quality work. They take their time listening to what you want done and then explaining what they did when you come back to pick up your rig. The ball on my hitch was coming loose, I stopped in and they fixed me up in about a minute didn t even want to charge me, I paid him anyway because holiday rv down the way (with 4 people standing around the service desk) were too busy to help me.

Our 2020 24-ft Class C motorhome on a Ford F350 Super Duty chassis with 58,000 miles developed a brake system leak while 650 miles away from home. I isolated it to a brake fluid distribution block mounted atop the rear axle; tightened the brake lines attached to it; and reduced the fluid leak from a steady stream to slow, regular drops when braking hard. We continued, stopping regularly to check and top off the brake fluid reservoir.I typically do all maintenance and repair, but I ran out of talent on this brake system failure. Turns out this was a novel failure. So novel that it required Bogart's to do extra research to determine a Ford part number for it (much harder than this reads), and multiple calls by them across the U.S. to Ford factory parts sources to locate the elusive, OEM distribution block. This was far from a regular dealer-stocked item.Bogart's went above and beyond a typical service norm to research and find this OEM part; expertly install it; and check the complete brake system's operation. I trusted their capability and work to the point of immediately driving 3500 miles with no braking concerns or issues.Service: Brakes

I took my motorhome because the generator was not working properly. they told me they removed the generator tested it replaced some parts and that it ran perfectly. I went to pick up the motorhome and the generator did not run. They then told me I needed another part which cost me another $500. Drove the motorhome 60 miles and the following weekend the generator would not run. Took it to a local shop who checked it and told me that the work they said they had done had actually not been done. I certainly will not refer anyone to them and have pass this on to other motorhome enthusiasts. Total bill was $1,700 and I had to pay someone else to fix it. You would think for $1,700 they would have fixed it. So sad.

The customer service here is fantastic! They always seem to know what I need, even when I don't. I went in to get a valve replacement for my RV. If I had gotten the one I was asking for, I would have had to buy expensive tool to install it. They recommended a different valve that didn't require the expensive tool and save me a TON of money. They are always there to help. I highly recommend this place.

We needed work done on our Class A RV however CW and others wouldn't perform a radiator flush. Bogarts was recommended and I needed the work done in a timely manner.April got me in on the schedule and Jeff with the Crew took care of the issues and let me know of some work that I thought was needed was not. They even took preventive maintenance steps for me at no charge. The charges were way less than any other quotes I had received!!You can rest assure, as long as I'm in range of this area, Bogarts will receive my business. They are also pet friendly too!!!!

This is a place that my dad takes his Rv, and not me so much. However, I've never heard any bad things about them. Always courteous and willing to work within any warranties and insurance. Thank you.

Left Michigan only to find out in Texas that our furnace and generator weren't working. We were headed to Arizona from Texas when I called Bogart's. Asked if they could help out the next day as we would be passing through Las Cruces. Was told they were very busy but if we could be there at 9:00am the next day they would try to help us. We showed up on time and they got right to work. Within 30 minutes they had fixed the generator and diagnosed the furnace. Needed a new burner which they ordered. It arrived Monday morning early and they got right on it. We were on our way to Arizona by 10:30am! Couldn't be happier with Bogart's!

I have been using Bogart's for RV service for years. They are an excellent shop. They do great work in a timely fashion. As a result, they are getting busier. Chad handles the customer interface and couldn't do a better job.

Trouble on the road with our Scamp's landing gear traveling through New Mexico from California. All RV repair shops were 6-8 weeks out.They promised 14 days...we pivoted to tent camping while the Scamp was in the shop and despite a little hiccup with a missing part shipment/order, they got us back on the road to continue our journey.

They work on RVs, yet could not give me any idea of where I could find the part I was looking for. Their customer service needs great improvement. At least Camping World referred me to them and other places.

We have taken our RV to Bogart's three times the past few years. They do good work in a timely fashion, and are always courteous and explain repairs clearly. We trust them and will continue to bring our RV to them.

Our fridge stopped working on our drive and they told us to stop by and they would take a look, even though they had a full schedule. Very pleasant folks and very thorough. 5 stars!

Honest, responsive and professional. On return trip from Georgia to California, we developed a serious fuel leak on our 2000 Discovery Fleetwood. Had a tired family and a sick grandchild. Chad got us right in and quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed fuel filter gasket. Despite having to go to 3 parts stores to find the correct filter, we were only charged for 30 minutes labor plus the cost of part. We were back on the road in less than 2 hours. Chad and his team showed us real professionalism, compassion and turned what could have been a real aggravation into a pleasure. Thanks so much! Wish they were located near us so we could trust them with all our repairs.
