I was very pleased with the service at Birchmeyer Auto. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, fixed my truck and had me back on the road in a timely manner. And made me feel comfortable while I waited in their office. I will be back to have my truck serviced at Birchmeyer s. Thank you.

Went out of my way to come in the day and time that I was told to arrive and "we'll make sure it's one of the first ones looked at." I'm a single mom that commutes to Deming and was told by my regular mechanic that I was going to need a new transmission. I was bringing it in for a second opinion and was aware of the cost of such opinion. I spoke with the tech about the history of my issue, let them know that I was taking the other car for an oil change and was looking forward to hearing back from them. I heard nothing back from them all day. I finally called at 3:18 pm and theyhadn't looked at it yet. I still needed to do things like make dinner for my kids so I went to go get it at 5pm. They still didn't look at it. Anybody know if a transmission place that can give an honest second opinion without having me wondering what I'm going to do about my car?

Needed new breaks on my Toyota Sienna. Found this place through Google maps and they lived up the reviews. They were able to get me in right away and do the work quickly. Recommend them to anyone in the area looking for quality honest car care

They had me waiting 3 months for my car said they were waiting on parts. Then about 2 months into it they said they just ordered the parts and asked me what the part number was. Would not recommend or go back if you value having a car.

I cannot say enough good things about every member of the Birchmeyer Automotive team who I had the pleasure of meeting. Adrian in the front office is incredibly warm and professional, the gentlemen who diagnosed and repaired my vehicle was genuine and hardworking, and the owner of the shop had such integrity and was unbelievably kind. I came in just a few days before a big move out of state with an AC that gave out in the van needed for my littles. The amount of stress and worry I felt over the situation were immense, but the care I received in my service was incredible and it means more than they could have even realized. I only wish shops everywhere could be expected to have such a standard of service. If you re in the area and considering where to take your vehicle, you can t do better than Birchmeyer!

Brandon the owner is a very honest down to earth type person. He was very clear and precise in his explanation of the issue with my truck. I would recommend his service to anyone who is looking for a repair shop which has knowledgeable ,experienced , honest and professional technicians who work for him. My hats off to his tow truck driver Rue who recommended Birchmeyers Automotive to me. I ll definitely have Brandon and his crew work on my vehicles again. MOST HONEST REPAIR SHOP I VE EVER BEEN TO. I brought my car in when it wasn t starting, and after running diagnostics there didn t appear to be anything wrong. Instead of starting to replace parts and charging us an arm and a leg, they told us the truth and were going to have us go home free of charge. On the way out, they figured out the chip in the key was damaged and wouldn t turn the car on, and we went home without paying a cent. They were the most helpful and friendly group of people I ve met in Las Cruces! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be back if I ever need car help!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I highly recommend Birchmeyer Automotive. Great honest work. 5 Stars. Fixed my Cruise when the Dealer would've charged me an arm and a leg. Very bright and State of the art Technology to solve your problem. Brandon is your Man.. He must have about 50 years of experience but he is a young dude. He just took over the Body Shop next to him so be smart and check him out. Very happy with his service.

What can we say except : Wow !First, let me say that the receptionist Adrianne is amazing ! She is so sweet and so kind ! She truly wants to help and it was so reassuring when I first spoke with her on the phone.Just to put you on context, our car is rusty and we travelled from Quebec. No garage around was able to help and was too stressed with the rust, but this one was willing to help.Brandon was so kind to make a quote super fast and to reassure us with our van.Shawn did an amazing job and explained to us everything after it was over.Thanks again so much ! You were all life savers

Highly recommend this place. After being told from the dealer that my back light mechanism was going to be an outrageous amount of money to fix I was recommended by a friend to go to Birchmeyer automotive and I'm so glad I did as it saved me alot of money . The owner Brandon was the utmost honest mechanic I've been too, his team works efficiently and effectively to get the job done they didn't over charge one bit and certainly didn't try to pull one over on me. I have no doubts this business will continue to succeed because of their ethics and sincereness.

Great experience from start to finish. Brandon is great. He ll go above and beyond trying to get you the best parts for your vehicle needs while also still staying affordable. He won t try to be shady like some repair shops, and will walk you through the process of any questions you have. Brandon and his guys are beyond great. I'm from the Midwest and was in town visiting family. Our van had been rattling for a few days and I was concerned about the long trip home. They looked at my van right away, immediately found the problem, and in five minutes fixed the problem...at no charge, saying it was no big deal. This is one the most honest and kind places I've ever been. I wish I had a repair shop like this at home.

Great experience! Brandon and his team were extremely professional and did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied. Brandon spent 15 minutes answering all my questions, called several stores to get the parts I needed to get me back on the road that afternoon, and took time to show me what needed to be repaired and explained why before doing any work. We ll definitely be returning to Birchmeyer for all our repairs in the future. Thanks!

Best mechanic in town in my opinion. Honest work at an honest price. I have had everything from transmission repair to brakes and exhaust done here. Always have gotten my car back by the end of the day. Easy to talk to and does an awesome job of explaining everything. A entirely different car repair experience. The team at Birchmeyer Automotive offered honest, prompt and personalized service. I went there because of the great reviews and those were absolutely correct. Outstanding customer service and great work ethics. After today, they are my 'car repair' place. After our family vehicle left me stranded in a parking lot. I had it towed to Birchmeyer Automotive. To my surprise Brandon understood this was my only means of transportation and had it fixed by the end of the day. Brandon went above and beyond when he did not have to. We broke the alternator bracket in our 1978 VW westfalia out at white sands- we made do with some bolts we had in the van and we re able to drive the 44 miles back to town- couldn t find a bracket that fit anywhere! Luckily stumbled across this place and they were incredible! They didn t have a bracket so they put in the effort to cut and weld a piece of really strong scrap metal for us- bolted it on and it s as strong as can be!! We would ve been so stuck without their help! Now on our way to California without a worry! Seriously so amazing! Thank you!!

I am retired and relocated from Sacramento, CA in December 2021 and I have been looking for an honest mechanic for basic maintenance, oil and filter changes, brakes, spark plugs, etc. Drove by Brandon's shop on the way home several times but all I could see is Three Crosses Auto Body, next door to Penske Truck Rentals. Boy, am I thankful that I finally decided to stop in and walk around. Birchmeyer is in the same building as the auto body shop in a non de script garage, with hard to see signage. What a find! Brandon changed my spark plugs with lightening speed and charged me a very fair price. Based on my 20 minute conversation with him, he seemed to be a very straight shooting, honest guy which is a must have with any mechanic! He is now my go to guy for auto repairs!Service: Auto engine tuning
