Great place! We got a screw in our tire and had to make an emergency stop. They got us in quick and patched us up. Jake was super helpful and got us on our way. These are real people here and not just workers. Didn't even charge us.Plenty of places within walking distance to eat while you wait.

The customer service here is remarkable!! I felt I could trust these guys from the moment I walked in the open back door. I had experienced a blowout and needed a new tire. I was given 2 choices regarding what they had in stock. I made my choice, and my car was taken into a bay immediately. My 2 cats were in the car. Wow, you should have seen these big, masculine he-men melt at the sight of them. These employees are exceptional. I asked "Joe" if Big-O job candidates are required to take personality tests before being hired. He said they weren't. I asked how they could provide such excellent customer service, and he said, "It's easy when you have a boss who's good to you. He encourages us to be our best." I recommend this Big-O location for sure! I think I want to work there Another employee is working even though she is dealing with a physical challenge. Imagine WANTING to work, even though you don't have to? Finding myself unexpectedly at Big-O today was a most pleasant human experience.

I have been going there for years. Have bought full set of tires twice. Had a slow leak in one tire, I had them take off and check. They couldn't find the leak. Had to get air often, they said to come in again so they could look. I bought the insurance as always. They found the leak the second time, needed a new tire. Since they didn't chart the first time they pulled my tire, It cost over $100.00 for a new tire. There was plenty of employees who new about the problem, no one would say it was them who didn't log it in the system. Not fair. I will never buy another tire there. Sam's Club has same quality tires, much cheaper.

First of all I d like to say that Big O an exceptional place to have repairs done. For the most part the mechanics are honest, efficient and capable. I usually always take my vehicles to Big O for light repairs, maintenance, and of course, tires.That said, this particular Big O is an absolutely fantastic place. The staff are all friendly, professional and good at whet they do. It makes for a great atmosphere especially if you choose to wait at the shop while your vehicle is being repaired.I highly recommend this particular Big O. Special shout out to George who usually works at the counter! This young man is a valuable asset to the company with his knowledge and customer service skills. I don t know how well he is paid, but he definitely deserves a raise! Thank you George for all that you do Frederick Jones

In an environment where there are several places to get tires, have them repaired, etc., Big O on El Paseo Rd in Las Cruces stands above the rest. I called them about 10:30am on a Friday looking for a flat tire repair/possible replacement and they were very kind and up front with expectations. They even ordered a new tire in case they couldn t repair it. Thankfully, they repaired it and did not charge. Overall I was in and out within 90 minutes. Logan and all of their staff were great!

What can I say! Outstanding service. This place was recommended by a friend who lives here. I had a nail in one of my tires and dropped in around lunch time to get it fixed. Staff were very friendly and gave me a window of approx 60 minutes till they could get started. After roughly 1 hr, it was plugged, wheel nuts torqued, and ready to go. When I went to pay, they wouldn't accept any money! (Not sure if it was because we are Canadian, or because I had Veterans license plates!). Regardless, they made our day! Can't thank them enough.

This shop was a lifesaver for us. We are visiting the area traveling with a travel trailer and noticed bad tire wear on our tow vehicle. Took the van in and staff noticed a leaky radiator as well. New tires, new shocks and new radiator all done in day. Extra bonus was the shuttle ride back to our campground so we didn't have to wait all day at the shop. Worked with Gus Sanchez, super nice and knowledgeable guy. Thanks to everyone at Big O for the timely and professional work!

Excellent! So glad I chose BIG O on Paseo for a brake flush & alignment. Super easy scheduling and helpful, courteous customer care from first call & convenient shuttle to timely completion of work. Transparent pricing (and better than competitor's) without the dreaded upsell and repair list you get from others. First time with Big O, but won't be the last!

Gus is great!Everyone is friendly and courteous. Every repair or tire replacement I've had, they come in at bid price.They are good at communicating. If an issue does happen, they let you know right away, and discuss options with you.

This place is amazing. Started out this morning with one of our newly installed tires from California being down 10 pounds and Pressure so it went to Big O tires just to put some air in the tires and thankfully the technician checked for a leak and found one. They got us in right away, even though they were already busy and found out that the valve stem was leaking. The owner got involved made sure everything was taken care of correctly so we wouldn t have any additional problems and understood that we were going to be traveling 2000 miles and didn t need tire problems. He went so far out of his way to go to a local hardware store for one specialized screw that was missing from the center cap of our rim. It had nothing to do with the leak, but needed to be resolved as well. Sergio our service tech went to the auto parts store to help get a valve extension for our TPMS. Who does this, exceptional. Customer Service and being attentive to detail is what this place is all about. Drive out of your way to go here if you need tires. We even had a doughnut while waiting. 5 stars

After searching all over town for a very specific tire for my vehicle and speedy service, Arturo Carrasco and Jake Brown knocked it out of the park. These two guys were fabulous! I can't recommend them more.EDIT! I wrote this as i was sitting waiting for my service to be completed. Jake came over, found the EXACT tire i need. He really really really went above and beyond.

I stopped in with a flat tire after work and they squeezed me in before closing. Jake Brown was very polite in the front and didn't charge for the patch. Great experience.

I'm originally from Las Cruces and can't believe this location was still there. I knew almost everyone there some left but there was a few. Becky was very helpful and the guys were so prompt I getting me in so quick . I had to leave back to California and my engine light came on so took me in quickly and the mechanic forgot his name he's been there since the shop was open. took care of me. the difference of service between states is crazyI wish I could bring that whole shop where I live at now. thanks to u all. This place absolutely sucks. They WRECKED MY CAR .driving around the parking lot. They refused to offer a loaner .they THEN send me to Napa Auto Body where they LOSE my $850 car fob. Run away .worst couple weeks of my life PLUS they told me that was the second car wreck of the week and it was a Tuesday. Unbelievable how poorly handled all of this was .I am considering litigation.

I wish to change my previous review from negative to positive.Although my first experience wasn't a pleasurable one. But since then, I have used their service 2 to 3 times again. I'm impressed.I recommend them.

Used to love coming here but today I had to go get my tires checked because the tps sensor came on and I waited 20mins until someone finally did something but the technician that put air only spoke mainly Spanish when asking about my tires and didnt bother to get someone who did speak English. When he started to put air he hit my truck with the tire gauge and after he put air in the all the tires and gave me the okay when I was pulling out from the bay and leaving he gave me very disgusting look because I couldn't speak much Spanish to him. Never again will I go to big o awful customer service

Stopped by for an alignment late in the day, they got us in and out in just over an hour. Great crew and reasonable prices. When the time comes for new tires, we'll be back.

So I needed a tire on the rear passenger wheels of my car. Service was good as usual but when I picked up my car I noticed soon after that my wheel and tire had this scrape mark/curb rash.Initially I thought one of their machines scraped it but later I realized that one of their technicians scraped my wheel and tire up against the curb and never spoke up about it.When I brought this to the attention of management I was essentially told that since there is a scrape mark on one of the other wheels they are going to just assume it was me who scraped this one and not do anything to repair the damage.This specific Big O tires parks the customers vehicle on the side of the road (foster) facing El Paseo when they finish the service. Which means that my rear passenger wheel would have been right up against the curb when the big O technician parked it.I was a loyal big O customer for years until this happened.Just be aware .if your vehicle is parked on the side of the road and some reckless driver hits it or it get curb rash don t expect big O to step up and compensate you for it.

My son and I were driving across the country to take him back to college in Arizona. His TPMS light came on. The awesome staff got us on their busy schedule and fixed the problem. Incredible customer service and expertise. Thanks!

Staff is excellent and quick to help. Answered all of my questions and helped with financing options. Got my tires same day with quick and efficient service. Only thing is building could desperately use a a/c unit even though the employees are fast the entire wait is hot and humid.

They are the only tire shop who offered me removing my wheel locks for free because I just did balanced the wheels. They only charged me $30 for the balance which is really cheap comparing with the other stores I talked to. Took me about an hour waiting. The have coffee,water and donuts. Respectful employees and helpful. When they took my locks they put 4 regular nuts on each wheel for free.

I've had to come here to get my tires fixed and they always have fast service here even when there are other people there in front of you. They have good customer service and know what they're doing. They're a little pricey but it's worth it and they offer warranties so that's a bonus.

Wow! A++ service !! After having a slightly bad experience with multiple tire vendors in this city, I settled on doing business here. They ordered in the tire stock right away, arrived first thing in the morning. Artruro was professional and knowledgeable front desk sales. Josh was super thorough and helpful installing our tires amongst helping with a few other things that got brought up last minute. Customer service was excellent.

We've come here twice now, once at 3 and once at 4. Needed a simple alignment done. Today (at 3) there was one vehicle parked in the parking lot, one vehicle coming out of the bays, and 2 trucks on the lifts and they said they weren't taking any other work today, despite the fact that they say they take walk ins and close at 6 pm.
