Amazing customer service, Nichole was extremely helpful, called me before any service was done and gave me all the coupons available to help lower my cost! Because of her and how much she cares, I m a new returning customer for anything I need done on my car and truck!

Phenomenal service! They went above and beyond and every aspect of the service. When you walk into the store, you re greeted quickly and everything about the process was efficient. The waiting area was super clean and comfortable. There was an area for working on laptops with chargingports and outlets. Complementary coffee and comfortable chairs. Some of the best customer service in any sector. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service, no nonsense, reasonable prices, and will actually take time to show you the issue with the vehicle/part. The 0% 6-mo payoff option and warranty coverage is incredibly nice to help soften the blow of any necessary repairs. I'm sad to be moving away from this location in particular, I hope these guys are a good representation of the Big Os at my new place.

Excellent service this morning! We arrived with our fifth wheel without an appointment and they were quick to assess our needs. They did 2 patches on one tire and fixed a slow leak in the other tire. No charge! We were pleased with their courteous and helpful service. Thanks!

Joe was very helpful in getting me the information and pricing I needed prior to purchasing four new tires. He got me in and out with no issues. Definitely ask for him by name next time you need to get something done!

How do you know good customer service? When customer comes first. I came in expecting a $400 bill. Final bill? $0. Turns out others had misdiagnosed it. Honesty is worth a lot.

I thought the guy was being straight up with me he even drove the same car as the one I brought him. He told me the car was on the last 3mm of rear brake pads which is in the red but I had replaced them about 6 months ago. I declined his request to replace them and went out, bought new brake pads, took an evening off of work just to find out he lied to me. The brake pads had plenty of life and were wearing perfectly fine. I waisted 60$ and a couple hours of my life cause he thought he could take advantage of me. I am going to call the manager and give him the name of the guy who was supposed to be helping me and hopefully he can make sure this does not happen in the future. The pictures are from tonight when I pulled the caliper off.

Excellent customer service and pricing. Performed extensive repairs successfully on A/C system for one of our vehicles. Free air check/top off on both trailers when needed. Been pleased with tire suggestions and installations.

When i first started going the service was ok but later on i took my car in for acoolant leak that they couldnt find went home and found the leak it took about an hour to find the leak and get the parts and repair it

My 2014 Kia s check engine light and tire pressure lights both came on. Stopped ar BigO immediately as my first go-to to see if they could figure out the engine codes as well as, of course, the tire problem. All was solved and fixed within 2 hours - I didn t have to wait in line at all - and the price for everything was less than an oil change at the dealer. Thanks to the entire team at BigO in Las Cruces!

Very nice and professional here. I talked to some of the mechanics and they know what they are doing. The price is better than others. Only issue is it takes 2-3 hours for an oil change. Got here at 6:50 AM (Open at 7AM) and somehow there is still 6 cars ahead of me. So this place is good if you like waiting multiple hours. Appointments are booked for couple days so you re better walking in

Been here probably 6 or 8 times, and it's just too inconsistent. Sometimes it's fast and friendly, but more often than not it takes wayyy longer than quoted, I've been told wrong information, and/or the vehicle is done but nobody let's you know until you badger them.Will shop elsewhere going forward, it's not worth rolling the dice.

These guys are awesome! While I was disappointed that I didn t remember it took a day to have the tires shipped, the sales team were kind, funny and extremely professional in assuring me that my new tires would be installed on time.Would recommend again and again and already have!!! Thank you Big O team for my piece of mind and new tires!!! You re amazing!!!

Wow, a huge difference from that "other" tire warehouse in town, Big-O has been super friendly. They were able to do a tire rotation and balance on my car...after the place I got the tires from refused to do it. So awesome that I got a set of tires for my truck from them. Funny how many places will sell me (even going so far as to recommend) tires that aren't actually rated for the my specific truck. Big-O went over my options and explained why side-loading is actually a pretty important factor in selecting the right tire for my vehicle. The customer service at the sage location is so good, I will use them for all of my vehicles moving forward.

Cannot say enough positive about this business! Stopped without appointment to get a cut tire checked. Thoroughly tested, and when tire removed for testing, inner dually flat discovered. Repaired for free!Kevin Miller, manager, and Diego the tech, were outstanding. Diego was thorough and thoughtful, need more like him!Thank you again for getting me in and out same day, and safely on the road again!

The staff here is great, Joe in particular is unflappable in his patience and professionalism, even amidst a high volume or anxious customers. They honored my warranty from another Big O and tended to my alignment in a short time and everything is great, as usual. I am a loyal customer for life!

So I like Big O because they don't just sell you stuff and wave goodbye. My "concierge" Danny made sure everything I wanted to do to my truck was correct in fit and looks from time of order to driving off. This organization has obviously trained and practice at a high degree of customer service standards. They should all be proud and eat pizza!

I had a nail in my tire and Big O Tires is real close to where I live. They were so nice and didn t even charge me for the tire repair. I m definitely buying my next set of tires here!

I have been going to Big O for 15 years now. I've been a happy and loyal customer because of the attentive service. All the staff welcome you with a smile.The work and service were outstanding, prompt and way beyond what could reasonably be expected. As occasions arise, I will not hesitate to recommend BIG O Service. Thank you for the time and attention which was spent on my vehicle.We have a few tire dealers here in town that I could have used but none of them take care of their customers as well as Danny does.

Great experience, very helpful staff, I easily found a pleasant waiting area with coffee and water. My only gripe was the prices, you should probably only come here if you can toss some disposable income around. For the owner, offering a couple more affordable options would widen your customer base. Also, charging more than, say, $30 for a tire alignment is pretty silly unless you want to discourage people from getting them because you already have a lot of work on the floor for your mechanics.

It was 20 years ago when I first encountered Big O Tires. I brought my car in and they checked the tires and put air in them even though I told them that I didn t buy them there. They earned a loyal customer. I haven t bought tires or had anything else that they do (breaks etc) anywhere else. These people take customer service seriously.
