I moved to Las Cruces less than 3 years ago and haven't needed a mechanic in that time except for oil changes at Jiffy Lube. Last week one of my windshield wipers was malfunctioning, going off the windshield. I stopped by today ready to make an appt and the nice man, I'm sorry I don't catch your name, came out and took a look and adjusted it on the spot for free!! That's what I'm talking about! Small town service very close to my house. So now I know where to take my Camry for repairs. Thank you kindly

I had a serious problem with my Jeep towing it behind my RV, I found B&G using these reviews. What a great place. They worked hard to find the needed parts, worked with me on insurance coverage, got the repairs completed a little early so I could get back on the road. They did a superb job, going beyond as it was the right thing to do. I think of them now as friends who I will stop by and say hi when I am ever in Las Cruses. Thanks Warren and all the guys who got me back on the road. Car drives better than it ever did

just great people. never have i taken a car in for a clutch job and said this: clutch feels like new...but it does. no slop no play. great job.

Brought my Mazda in for problems with my power windows. I called first and they were fairly busy and couldn t take my car in for a couple days. But they took my info and when I came in to drop the car off Jake at the front seemed to know exactly who I was and remembered me calling. He was very friendly and professional. Kept me updated with how far along they were and what the price was throughout the whole process. Would definitely take my car here again.

They weren't able to do the job. They told me quickly after looking at the car. They let me know and didn't charge me. They are sooo respectful and friendly. Always calling me by my 1st name. EXTREMELY trustworthy, respectful and friendly.

Warren is very friendly and welcoming. The shop communicates with you during the repair process about what they've done and what they recommend. Very informative. Work is top notch. I've taken all of my vehicles there and have never had a single problem. Highly recommended.

I tried them for the first time about 3 months ago they fixed what tjlhey could and got my truck back to me qhen the parts came in they fixed the rest. Theyre currently fixing my sons vehicle. Super friendly, professional and honest.

Got us in ASAP for engine troubles, worked quick to get us out of the door knowing we still had a long way to get home. Even let us hangout in the nice cool shop with our three dogs and chinchilla! Super friendly and accommodating staff. Highly recommend!

I've come to Las Cruces as a "snowbird" for over a decade. Despite those several visits, it's always a challenge while here, as it also is back home, to find someone to do automotive work that you are confident is honest and trustworthy and that does work of high quality and fair price. Trustworthiness and quality are of special concern while here since it is over 1300 miles back home and problems on the road when the car is loaded with personal belongings is a nuisance of the worst sort. After a recommendation by a friend from here in Las Cruces I checked the online ratings and evaluations of B&G Automotive. They were very reassuring. I made a stop by the shop and met Warren, their service manager, and requested an estimate for some maintenance work that is commonly known to be a pricey procedure. Their estimate seemed fair and reasonable . I decided to take a chance and give them a try. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The car was returned with nothing damaged, left undone or out of place. In the weeks that followed, including the 1300 mile return home, the car proved itself problem free and wholly reliable. Warren kept me apprised of the progress on my vehicle in a responsible and professional manner, and Rusty, the mechanic who did my work, did a stellar job from beginning to end.

Always a great place. Honest service. They'll give you options when it comes to replacing parts. I've been taking my 01 Toyota there for over 10 years and I've never felt like I was taken advantage of.

My family has been going to B&G for years now and there's no question why. Best service in town.I had to take my car in for a diagnostic and turns out there was a minor problem that required no parts and only a little labor. They fixed the problem for free and ever since I have been a loyal customer. ON OCCASION their prices are SLIGHTLY higher than other places (i.e. Pep Boys) but the quality of the service is much higher and you can trust them a lot more.The guys at B & G are easily the best in town and you should consider them first before anyone else.

I took my car in to get a part of my axel fixed and to get my oil changed along with a tire rotation. But they didn't put my front tire on correctly, so when they drove it off the lot the tire came off and they damaged my tire, my hub cap, and my front fender. And I still had to pay the full amount for the original work, after not having my car for almost a month due to they're mess up.

Had a fuel pump changed on my 1998 ram. Fair price with quick service. I will be returning. I didn't even make an appointment and they had my truck repaired in less than a day.

They are very competent, but I realized after checking quotes that I was paying them much more than the local dealership charged for the same services. You expect the local mechanic to be cheaper, but not the case here.

A mechanic here was an excellent help while we were trying to diagnose our vehicle. We didn't end up needing service, but they are very friendly and seem honest.
