Chase provided incredible customer service when I came to get my battery changed. He was even patient with my young son as he asked a billion questions. I was very grateful. All around an incredible employee! I highly recommend for the amazing customer service!

This AutoZone has to be the best one in Las Cruces. The employees are welcoming, approachable, and helpful. You can tell they're real gearheads and are passionate about cars. That makes a big difference. I've had to go there a couple times to get error codes removed off my car and they were more than happy to help. They also helped with selecting parts that would work for my car, which was nice too.

Today I stopped by and was unsure what was going on with my car. Until sales rep Aaron came through and helped out a bunch! I left the store knowing what the issue was and it was quickly taken care of with his help.

Elliot, Rocky and Rosa went above and beyond helping me get my car back on the road. The hub/ wheel bearing assembly warranty exchange should've taken an afternoon. The old race and bearing were very difficult to remove. I went to a closer store of a competitor and was offered no help. I bicycled a little further to return to AutoZone #5677 and was completely assisted. Unfortunately the replacement part was defective, making this struggle interesting. Store 5677 is My Store, and I am confident this job will be complete today, my 5th day of working on it. Thank you AutoZone and keep up the excellent service.

Ruben was so helpful and has outstanding customer service. He knew the problem and solved it right away. He also took a genuine interest in getting to know me as his customer. I would highly recommend him and this store to everyone.

I went into store yesterday, ordered an alternator, guy said it s not in stock but it will be in in morning (today). Pep Boys next door was replacing it for me and noticed it was wrong alternator. So that s how I got a call from Autozone saying the wrong alternator was ordered. I couldn t get my money back right away since I used a credit card. I would have to purchase the right alternator and wait days to get my money back on credit card from wrong alternator! THEN she tried to put it on me that I GAVE wrong engine size because I asked how did the wrong alternator get ordered and she says well I don t know what engine size you gave I stopped her right there no no no you ARE NOT going to put this ON ME. That guy over there asked me about my car I gave him correct info and so HE MUST of got the wrong one. NOT MY FAULT! What if I didn t have the money to buy the other one . Their fault! They should of took the loss of waiting instead of making me buy two! I don t care if it was a credit card that s not right!
