Cynthia provided exceptional assistance in finding the right headlight bulbs for my car. she double checked the bulbs I needed and even inspected my car to ensure accuracy. Cynthia also helped me stay within my budget and went the extra mile by installing the bulbs as it got dark. Highly recommend her expertise in helpfulness.

I called store #2502 this amazing woman by the name of Cindy baca answered the phone she seems really busy but she asked me what I need for my vehicle and she showed me the best customer service I have had at a parts store she asked me what I needed Inform me that it was not at her store went out of her way to make sure it was out of another store again went out of her way to make sure the parts were there and making sure I received my parts again I ve never received amazing customer service like this. Thank you Cindy for everything. It is greatly appreciated. I look forward to doing business with the store more often.

The best service ever at an auto parts store! Cynthia was knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She helped someone who knows very little about cars install a front light bulb, an air filter, & wipers. Wow, amazing service. This Autozone will be my go-to from now on. Thank you, Cynthia!

Radiator bottle decided to start leaking across the street in O Reilly s parking lot. They did not have it. They did help me diagnose the problem. But they didn t have it, but Autozone on the other hand they had my part in stock I called ahead and they had it sitting on the counter waiting for me when I got there, Robin and Dane were the two people I dealt with. Thank you for everything guys. You were amazing

Had a REALLY good experience today at AutoZone on El Paseo in Las Cruces NM. Cinthia helped me with a simple problem but it was her enthusiasm and competence that really made it a great experience! Thanks for the help, thanks for smiling, thanks for making sure I left satisfied!

On my way to Arizona from Texas, my truck broke down - battery issue which turned out to be the alternator. Cinthia and Charlie were fantastic, helped me test my batteries, alternator and were even able to recommend a mobile mechanic that got me back on the road (all on a Sunday afternoon). This store has a great team, highly recommend stopping it if in the area and in need of parts from a knowledgeable and customer oriented team. Cheers!

Update 5/4/23. This store and staff has changed for the worse!!!!! Run from here drive past it to go to another location no mater how far you have to drive.The management and staff att this stores are liars. They do not stand behind the junk "lifetime" warranties.Please everyone boycott this store so corporate shuts it down, and fires all the worthless employess and managers.No specifics needed, just trust a lifetime Autozone former customer, out of all the stores I have visited in the US, this is the absolute worst one.Same on you for giving AutoZone a bad reputation!If you been to one, you have been to them all..... Not true, the staff at this location makes it stand above others you have been to.So friendly, so caring, they will go beyond to help you get exactly what you need.No pushing products, just what you came in for.Every part for every car or light truck. If not in stock, next day!

My car kept cutting off. I received a jump from Your Pets Space. I went to Wal-Mart on Valley, which the mechanic test the battery and said it was good. I was ask to turn off the vehicle and it would not start. I was given a jump and ask to go to Auto Zone. At Auto Zone they found the battery was bad. The two girls and manger worked as a team to remove the battery from the back floor on the passenger side. The battery was replace by the staff. The customer service was awesome. I did not experience any negativity from any staff. Thank you Auto Zone for getting me back on the road.Felicia Shipp

They helped my mom change her battery and they were so friendly. The manager Minjera on El paseo did everything quickly and took care of everything. This is the best auto zone, the one by Albertsons wouldn't help my mom.Thank you, Mr Minjera!

On December 23rd I walked in with my children to pick up a filter and oil for my vehicle. The music that was playing was very vulgar and offensive. I did let an employee know how I felt and they disregard me. I did not even end up buying what I needed because I had to leave due to the loud vulgar music. I felt very disrespected . I will be contacting AutoZone to file complaint talking to the employee's is a joke they don't take you seriously. I want to go with my child, and not have to deal with nasty noise pollution in a place of business .

This place is amazing ! I should've come here for my battery! The wonderful people at this place helped me take my battery out, since the O'Reilly's across the street wasn't able to because of a certain alert in their system.The gentleman here at AutoZone helped me take my battery out with ease & was able to help me take care of what I needed effortlessly, they really know what they're doing here! I will continue to purchase from here.

Literally can not express how thankful the assistant manger was today. Whenever I go to other auto part stores they make me feel and sound so dumb but she explained things in a way that didnt sound belittling and gave advice on future repairs for the car and definitely appreciated the service today.

Horrible customer service from Robin and Cristian. Its understandable when parts need to be reordered, in my case three times. However, they were less than helpful and did not update me.Zeke has always been nice and thorough. His phone skills and communication is amazing. Thank you Zeke and Charlie for going above and beyond fixing this order problem.

Today, I went in AutoZone. I explained to the rep/Cindy my cars AC, suddenly began blowing hot air. She quickly gathered the coolant and funnel and rang me up. She wasted know time in assisting me with my car. She poured the coolant in and educated me on the do s and fonts of adding coolant. Thanks to Cindy, I was on the road again, and she prevented me from further damaging my engine. AutoZone, I thank you for Cindy! Who wasted no time in assisting me with my car issue. Because of such a wonderful at AutoZone she gets 5 Gold Stars for Outstanding Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you Cindy! I was stressed about vehicle, car wouldnt' turn on. She educated me about the make and model , and got me the correct item.She talked me through it and helped me out. While I waited for her to get some tools, she took a phone call and without skipping a beat helped the other stressed out person over the phone. Letting them it was going to be ok. As she had done with me. She is very knowledgeable, professional and her customer service was impeccable. Please visit them and you will certainly agree.

I went in needing a headlight for my car. I don t know much about cars or even my car in general so I was kind of nervous about going in.The assistant manager Cynthia (not sure if I spelled it correctly) promptly greeted me and helped me right when I walked in. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. I really appreciate her and cannot thank her enough. I will definitely visit this location for all my car needs. I was in and out and my light was fixed fast with the help of Cynthia!!!

The staff is friendly but this is the 4th time we were given the wrong part and had to drive back and return it only to be told they don't have the right part. But the store is clean and well organized. I wish they would hire actual car people again.

I can't believe a store manager would schedule two of the few women with children to work on mother's day out of all the males that are employed there . These two women are very great workers and are working every sunday . They offer great customer service and always are going ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure customers are satisfied. Recognize and value your employees AutoZone !! Surely these two amazing women don't deserve to be working on mother's day . HAPPY MOTHERS DAY ROBIN AND CINDY
