I had the best experience here thanks to Valerie- one of the Managers. My car battery died while parked next door outside the Chavira market. I had my two little dogs with me. I grabbed them and walked to the Auto Zone for a battery and to beg for some help installing it since I had no tools with me. The first battery was too big, but Valerie got the terminals to connect just enough to get the car started and move it to the front of the store. Once there, the return/purchase of the correct battery was a breeze and Valerie installed it in just a few minutes. I was willing to pay for this emergency service but was not charged any extra. That is 5-star service for sure. It almost makes me want to apply for a job at Auto Zone. Thanks Valerie- you saved the day for me.

Had a very BAD experience with a manager up hwy 70 location, I believe her name is Valerie she's very rude with customer's and thinks it's ok to curse . So instead I asked another associate she's a very nice Young lady Breanna helped me with everything I needed. AutoZone needs to recognize what a great associate this young lady is. Thank you Breanna for your hard work and treating people with respect

Excellent service. I was really impressed by Osbaldo F, a great customer service staff at that location (AutoZone on I-70). Not only he replaced the part for us right there, he suspected we might have another issue and plugged in a computer. Well his suspicion was correct. He diagnosed another major problem with had and took time to explain how things worked. Thank you Osbaldo!!

Me and my family come here a lot and never had a bad experience until today with a manager named Johnny A who thinks it s okay to cuss, throw things from the trash and put it on the counter and throw rags right in front of me because of a spill .& when I called him out he just said sorry only because I said something not because he was genuine. That type of management is a joke if this is what he thinks is okay. I will be reaching out to regional and corporate about this unacceptable experience. S/O to main for fixing the issue without hesitation

Joe R. was super helpful and friendly! We needed to do a quick return close to closing and he was very nice. We then decided we needed some windshield wipers and although they were locking up, he helped us install them. I shop here due to the great customer service I always get!

Valerie is one of the first person that took time to help the first time coming here I just fixed my car amsvshe had helped me to het what I nrrf was needed and she took time to help me and i thank her for that she should get a sticker or the day offf pId just me thing out loud.

I was standing in a long line waiting for my turn to be helped. There was a manager, Kimberly L. I think, struggling to take care of everyone. She was the only one up front, the only other person working was outside changing a battery.. Kimberly was answering the phone, looking up parts, and runnin the register. The next man in line didn't speak English and she doesn't speak Spanish. They were going back and forth for a few minutes trying to understand each other. Then Kimberly says she will be right back. She comes back, phone in hand and next thing you know her phone is talking to the customer in Spanish and Kimberly is able to find and order the part. He was so happy. I have never seen anyone at a retail store go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of a customer. I own a business and just might try stealing Kimberly to come work for me. Pleasant disposition and obviously cares a great deal about her customer satisfaction.

If anyone goes above and beyond expectations on what customer service would be in a perfect world; it would be the store manager Kimberly. She made perfect sense when she spoke of the parts I needed to update my vehicles suspension and even provided me with a wide selection of products to choose from. It felt great that I was given the right assistance and even better when I asked her a question and she wasn t sure, she went and researched it for me and came back with the right answer. Kuddos to Autozone, our community can use more of Kimberly and if she ever needs a job she can get hired by me because she s amazing.

The manager was rude and would not help me put my windshield wipers on my car. He had a young lady carry out my battery and install it with the wipers. This does not reflect thier other stores in which I've always had A+ customer service

Rosa is awesome!!! She was so incredibly helpful. My vehicle battery had died while camping nearby, we got it jumped and drove to the nearest Autozone. On arrival and after explaining what was going on Rosa was very receptive, kind, and quick! I really appreciate all she did and helped us to get safely on the road again. Again Rosa thank you so much and happy new years to you!!!

Had to go in to get a battery for my vehicle and was still covered under warranty I live in Arizona but came to visit. Arizona auto zone was insistent that my battery was not pulling up Steven the manager at this location clearly was able to tell that my battery was from autozone and covered still under warranty he saved me 240 dollars that the employees in Arizona could not figure out. Steven we greatly appreciate you going above and beyond and correcting this for me!!!!!

Rosa and Kimberly are the only reason I go out of ,my way to go to this particular store. They are the only ones who will go above and beyond to find exactly what part I need when there is little or no information to go off. They have creative ways of getting names of parts and the part numbers which makes it sort of a fun mystery to solve. I like Kimberly's saying, "I will not accept defeat" and it works, she always finds what I need. Thank you gals for all of your help. When my special project is done, I will drive it up to show what you helped me to build.

The staff was very helpful. Juan went out of his way to assist me. Although we weren't able to find the exact part that I was looking for I was given some alternative choices as to where I might find the part online. I think that they deserve credit for good customer service !

Eric B, went the extra mile today at the bantam store. Temp was 104, i was on zero meds for my disabilty, and honestly struggled to walk. We did business from my car! He was graceful, respectful, and treated me world class. All I know is he completely was of service, and I know he'd have my back. Leadership is not a part time activity, Eric displayed this and went the extra mile! Thank you, Brian DiBiaso

I normally would choose AutoZone over any other auto parts store, but after my last visit I'm not sure if I'll go back. At least when certain employees are working. I don't recall the names but let's just say they can use some training on customer service. I went in for clamps for my door panel and I didn't realize there were different sizes or that there were specific clamps needed for certain vehicles. So let's just say I was in the store for just under 45 min before I thought I found the right ones, but nope!! I had to exchange them and still the wrong size!!! Not one of these men bothered to assist with finding the correct clamps knowing that I clearly had no clue what I was looking for... I still haven't found the right clamps

Worst place I've ever been to. Door was locked when I got there, had to wait 10 minutes to enter. Maximum occupancy of store is 16 due to Covid guidelines. I counted 7 people in the store. Then I get in line waited about another 10 minutes until it was my turn and the associate "Stan" was rude about me walking up to the register and stated that I wasn't next in line. I walked out of the store and went to another location. I will never go to this location ever again. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I ordered some spark plugs online to pick up in store. When i went to pick them up they told me they didn't have them and cancelled the order. I was told nothing would be charged to my card but several days went by and i still had the charge. I called and spoke with Dave. He told me to go with my card to refund the money but he wouldn't be there. When i showed up they ended up finding the spark plugs. Dave, who was out already, went above and beyond to fix the issue and even called me to check if the issue was resolved after he was out. He was able to turn a negative experience into a positive one by his dedication to customer service.

Very kind staff at this location! On our cross-country road trip our fuel line was leaking. My husband spent 5.5 hours working on it and they allowed us to use their stepladder, and their bathrooms to clean our that diesel fuel off our hands.
