I worked with John today because my battery was not holding a charge. He verified that it was indeed a bad battery, got it replaced and I was back on the road in a flash! Thank you for the quick service and for taking the time to answer my questions!

Bought a new battery from them about 2years ago,car would not start this morning friend of mine gave me a boost took the car to this location and they checked it and it was okay the cable's on the post's had gotten lose David from auto zone worked on it and did an awesome job would highly recommend this place!!

As usual they don't have the part I'm looking for in stock tomorrow at 0900 at the Main Street location oohhrraahh but they always deliver the product they will get it to me within a 24 hour period thanks for always being there in my times of need.

Order parts yesterday, was told they should be in yesterday at 5pm. Never got a call. Called this morning and the part was NEVER ordered. Took all my information, and they had no trail of me even ordering. very disappointed in the quality of service. Do better

I m taking the time to make this post because one person and one person only, Martin F. With his hustle not just to take care of me but to assist all of his other employees by putting in his manager code, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining nothing but peak customer satisfaction. I drove past an AutoZone and three other auto parts stores to return to this one nine times in a row!!! I hope AutoZone keeps people like Martin around so I can become a more loyal customer!!! Honestly the best AutoZone I've ever been to. They helped jump our car after it had been hit in traffic. The manger and noel went out of their way came over two parking lots to help us no questions asked. 10/10 best place. Thank you so much.

Went by the autozone tonight and had a great experience. Young man by the name of Eric was very helpful when I called for car battery pricing. Showed up 15 minutes later, and he helped my mom change out her battery. He was very patient and explained everything. Very grateful for his expertise and kindness.

Best auto zones in town!!! They are lifesavers !!!Arnesto came to help me with my car battery I m so really thankful for everything he did. Its also the only place I like to come and get everything I need for my cars. Best prices and can always count on them to help you out!!!! Thanks again I really appreciate it!!!

Daniel Garcia was very professional. I offered a tip to r battery change out service and he refused. He said it was a free service and wanted to set a good example for his team. I would recommend this location for all automotive services just because of the service. Excellent service thank Daniel

I had to get a new battery or my car wouldn t start. Ernesto helped me pick the right battery and offered to install it in 100+ degree weather. If not for him I d be stranded somewhere

I came here to get a new battery and Nick was the absolute best. Despite the fact that there was problems with the sizing of certain parts, he went above and beyond to help me out and was so innovative to make sure my battery was secured in place. Someone give this man a raise or i m suing.

I don't know who thought of the brilliant idea or why they did but I'd like to express my undying gratitude for the person(s) responsible for the lifetime warranty that comes along with many of the parts sold here!! I was completely unaware that such a warranty existed until someone clued me in to it & I'm so very glad they did cuz my old brake pads were not too far away from breaking instead of braking!! Thanks

Best experience I've ever had at an AutoZone. The service and professionalism provided from George was outstanding! When checking the battery he noticed that the cables were not fastened securely and found that the cables needed new mounting brackets. After replacing the battery and the brackets, I was on the road quickly.

I went to this store on Monday 12/27/21 for a car battery after being charged $85.00 by Las Cruces Auto Pros for a jumpstart. I was waited on by a young man, Ernesto A. He was so nice not only did he help me pick out a battery for my car he installed it for me, which I don t think I would have been able to do by myself like I thought I would. Not only is he a excellent employee he s a really good person! I offered him money for installing the battery and he told me it was part of the job and he didn t mind.Thank you for the kind service!

Great price on a quality continental hose! Autozoner was very helpful and polite. He could help his manager Joel with that area. He looked up the part and was kinda short and rude.

Staff was super helpful. Was looking for warranty from a part I bought 20+ years ago and the lady went out of her way to help me find it. We had no luck but she made sure I could get a replacement part the same day from their hub. Very happy with the attention I got.
