We shopped Autozone for LED bulbs for our daughter s car. Erik E was awesome, he helped us choose the correct lights and even helped us test them and install them to make sure they were put in correctly. He stayed with us through the whole process. His customer service was excellent!!! He definitely we above and beyond for us.

I am so grateful for AutoZone, first they were able to check my battery and give me a little charge so I could survive. Then I went back and a man named Erik Helped me completely from start to finish when I did purchase my battery, he installed it checked it made sure it was a fresh battery. I could not be more grateful! Thank you. Recommend this location for great service.

Absolutely love the guys that work here. They are super helpful and don't make you feel silly asking questions about your vehicle. Which is huge when you are a female.Erik was awesome. I had a check engine light on and he checked it out and then gave me a printout of the issues also explaining various options to fix the issue. At the end he even helped me put a stereing wheel cover on my steering wheel that I was struggling with.

I was replacing my alternator in the parking lot, and needed to get my serpentine belt back on. Carlos helped me for 45 minutes before closing the store. Please get my friend more hours or better pay, he is fantastic

Every time I come here I m always greeted with a warm welcome and someone asking if I need help finding anything, it s great.Erik helped me get the best deal for the products I needed and even demonstrated how to use the products on my car.The staff are always friendly and informative :)

Erik E. provided amazing service the minute I walked into the store! One of my headlights was out, he assisted me with buying the correct ones and changed both headlights for me. I really appreciated such a stress free experience !

My wife's battery was giving us trouble and Erik helped us out and was able to get our battery replaced under warranty. He went above and beyond getting us in and out, allowing us to leave feeling well informed and in good condition. Great job! Thanks again, Erik!

I had gone to autozone to get oil and look into a few parts not only did this employee help me find what I needed and explain everything to me but he also went above and beyond. He helped my locate two leaks and explained how things worked to better understand how I could fix it. Erik was a great help and had excellent Customer service.

Erik and his co workers are extremely helpful and polite. My daughter and I stopped there to get some oil for my car because I had forgot to place the top back on it after I had checked the oil. So a lot of the oil spilled out on to the engine. So he actually went outside to look at it and let me know what I needed. Also he helped me get the cover off to be able to clean that section. He is so helpful. This store is so Awsome thank you thank you so much GOD BLESS and keep up the amazing job you and your co workers do

Stopped here on a road trip to Texas for some windshield wipers. Eric helped my mom and I. We had no idea what to do and he helped us pick out products and install them as well. We were so grateful for him! 10/10 service

Erik, Matt and Jamie all helped me different days. All went above and beyond. In a world where customer service is a thing of the past, I can't express how happy and thankful I am for their help, kindness and willingness to get a job done...even in freezing weather when I came in from out of town 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday night with a burnt out headlight So sorry Erik and Matt... You guys deserve the best Christmas bonuses ever! (hint-hint) Any business would love to have employees like you guys especially in these recent times when people don't want to work and customer service is almost nonexistent!

This has always been my all time favorite auto parts store. Because of the fast and friendly service, not to mention the helpful, knowledgeable staff who is aiming to please. They will go to any lengths to help, including loaning out tools, and in some cases even applying the parts bought in order to help a non mechanically inclined customer. Maybe it would be a simple bulb replacement but that is still going above and beyond in my eyes. I have had several auto zone employees help with my vehicles, but not anywhere else is this the custom. I have a rewards program with them that really does reward me with points that equal out to cash if you can believe that sometimes I walk out of the store with my cash still in hamd because I had enough points to cover all or most of the purchase!! Now, if nothing else, that alone, is a reason to frequent this clean, organized, decently priced auto store. Don't take my word for it, get over there and check it out your self. You won't be disappointed.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Erik was very helpful with replacing my running headlight within a couple of minutes. Highly recommend autozone location!

Jaime and Eric were awesome! We were out of town and I had my family and my battery had failed. The manager was mopping the floor getting ready to close in 10 minutes and I walked in and asked for a battery and installation. They were very understanding and without hesitation, both came out; Autozone enhanced our Easter weekend pleasure.BTW I did pay for everything

Was having trouble with some wiper blades on my old truck (finding the correct ones and installing them) and Bill not only figured it out but also installed them for free! Thanks so much! These guys are awesome! Saved me a bunch of time.

I went in this morning to buy new windshield wiper blades and I not only had them installed for free, the sales agent also filled my windshield wiper fluid receptacle with some of the free gallon of fluid! Efficient and customer service oriented. He wouldn't take a tip just wanted to me to post a review.

Y'all. I went in to get a part for the car because my headlight bulb wasn't going into place properly. Lord, if Erik didn't help a sista out. He went out to my car to check and I had been trying to put it in the wrong way. Bless my heart. He got the bulb installed and got me on my way, no charge at all. Thanks, Erik and AutoZone!!!
