Ernesto and Aaron at Autozone (3050 East Lohman - Las Cruces) saved the day with my car battery. They provided excellent service and took the extra time to replace my dead battery. I strongly recommend them for any and all of your vehicle needs.

ernesto was wonderful! wasn t sure i needed a battery but he checked and helped me select one then he installed it. he was very kind and pleasant even though the weather was not great. wonderful customer service.

Samuel was great! He got us the battery we needed and answered all of our questions. He installed the battery for us right away in the parking lot and explained the warranty to us. I will definitely return if I need anything for my car in the future. Thanks!!

I had purchased an in-cabin air filter and an engine air filter. Not having any experience at changing out the in-cabin air filter, Ernesto the salesclerk volunteered to change it out for me while I waited. He completed that very quickly and decided to change out the engine air filter also. I was very pleased with his eagerness to help a person in need and want to recognize him for his passion and desire to help and go above and beyond what i would have expected.

If you might remotely need help save yourself the time and go to a different auto parts store. I came in the store asking for help finding a part for my car, I got cut off, asked if someone called ahead for me, and then ushered to the completely wrong section. Meanwhile, they also wouldn t help an elderly man, and bragged to each other about how their customer service is superb. After some googling I was able to find the part but I ve never had such a bad experience in any other auto parts store.

Awesome customer service! My battery died so I came in to get it checked and recharged. The battery was fine just empty. Since I bought that battery at an AutoZone a couple years ago they took care of it with no charge. Plus the whole staff was very nice, helpful and they created a fun atmosphere. Thank you

Don't mean to be a Karen or anything, but I'm not sure what's up with this one dude? "You ready to check out or what?" I also get the multi-tasking but he left to help another guy out before giving me my receipt lol. Nothing too bad but I wish the guy that helped me out has a better day.

Staff is great selection of parts and products is great also, but it does get packed and when its packed be prepared to stand in line and wait for your turn if you're seeking auto parts info, for at least 20min. sometimes longer! And their prices are ok on most auto parts, however things such as transmission fluid, engine oil, replacement light bulbs are pretty high!

I was a loyal Orileys customer for years until I recently stopped at AutoZone on Lohman as an emergency. The staff is amazing,very helpful and friendly. The young lady by the name of Monica greeted me with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I can now say because of the amazing customer service she and Nicole provided I will be a loyal customer. Thank you ladys for the best customer service I have ever received.

When I walked in it was welcoming...walked up to the first register and one gentleman said he was working with a gentleman outside but someone would be with me...so the next man asked cash or card, not Hello..nada, I asked if he could take a look at my tail light cuz someone said it was out...he looked at me and said he had to keep the line moving and had to check everyone else out (10ppl) and he left. Thank goodness Christian walked up and ask how he could help me...needless to say he took very good care of me.....the bald man with black glasses fringed scarf on....shame on you!! What happend to customer service or was it because I was a female?
