Outstanding work and customer service! This winter I was traveling through New Mexico on vacation from the east coast. These guys got me in quickly, diagnosed my vehicle correctly (another shop in town not so much) and back on the road far sooner than I imagined. Honest people and honest pricing. Extremely satisfied with my experience at Automotive Services of New Mexico.

Always professional and reasonable with estimates and pricing. Being new in town and a former auto shop owner, it's lovely to find a trustworthy and capable shop to handle extensive and minor repairs. I recommend them to anyone seeking help to address their automotive service needs.

Extraordinary! Hands down the most reliable, and (more than)fairly priced auto shop I've ever been to. And by fairly priced i mean that anybody else I've been to would have charged me a lot more.The customer service is on point too. Lupe pays attention, remembers everything, and is genuine in her desire to make the experience as easy as possible. I'm glad i was referred to Automotive Services of NM! They have made a customer for life outta me!

I barley made it to get my car on Friday they close at 5pm I started calling from 3:30 since i started to leave to let her know i was on my i drive 69 mls I called 4 times she never answer got there at 4:40, they closed at 5 Barely made it. Then to my surprice she decided to charge me for a fuel pump which she didn't let me know beforehand that it needed ti be replaced.

Have had both my VW and Nissan repaired here. Very professional, and knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Never have had any issues with any repairs.

Yo its hard to find legit Auto Technicians. Been in the area a few years and by far this place excels in customer service and their work. Tech Jose went above and beyond in dio and price. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone cuz they got the right tools and right attitude.keep it up

The atention when I was there was good but the fix did not last more than one day so I had to go to another shop and was told the previous fix had used very cheap parts
