We have now entrusted our cars to this wonderful shop several times and with each time we feel happier we can bring our cars here. They really like cars and are happy to discuss any concerns or issues. My car is now elderly and they are happy to care for it even when it means they will have to hunt for the parts required. They are well staffed so when we call with a problem they can get us in quickly.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. They actually did what they said they would do and got it done when they said they d have it done. The pricing was very reasonable and when I had a small warranty issue they treated me like I was the most important customer in the world. I highly recommend them.

One of the best auto repair shops in Las Cruces. They are so good, they always have a backlog of work, so you need to make an appointment.They have multiple bays, and a locked yard in case your vehicle needs to stay overnight.Great place to get your BMW serviceded here in Las Cruces! Parts ordering is same day or worst case overnight.

Stopped by on a Friday with a Sprinter that was no longer getting boost form the turbo. Although they were up to their ears in work they found time to help us figure out the issue. Antonio the expert Sprinter tech took time to diagnose the issue and was able to get us back on the road. Merci!

These kind folks worked me into their very busy schedule to help me with my transmission as I was traveling through. Very knowledgeable and thorough. They were all around amazing and I'm so very grateful to them!

Took my Lexus here with a crank no start issue. They determined it had a bad fuel pump/filter and they would need replacing. They asked $800+ for the work. Upon researching the job on my own i found that the parts were only about $80 on RockAuto and the job itself was far easier than they made it seem. After replacing the fuel pump and filter on my own (only took about an hour and a half very easy DIY) the problem only went away for about a week before the car went back to not starting. Still trying to figure out what's wrong with the car.Along with "diagnosing" the crank-no-start issue they took pictures of a few problem areas throughout the car and some maintenance that also needed to be done, mind you none of these things were issues that would prevent the car from not starting. Having already known about these other issues prior to letting them look at the car, I realized they had also failed to mention a few other parts on the car that I know need to be replaced. Long story short they did a very poor inspection and diagnostic on the car and they were not helpful.

This is a straight up reliable, honest and friendly shop. I am grateful to have found them - I was traveling through the area and had a major issue - my gas tank split on my 2001 Expedition! Not an easy or quick repair by any means.Ruby was very helpful and patient and friendly with me. She helped me figure out logistics and had lots of information and suggestions to get me through the tough time. She handles the front of the house super efficiently, it's impressive how much she's arranging up there and still has time for everyone.Mark was very up-front and explained everything. He has a wealth of knowledge and excellent follow-through finding parts. He was kind enough to take my repairs on and he has extensive resources and experience. If he can't help you, I doubt anyone can.Aguirre is very busy and with good reason- they are fantastic. All of the technicians are friendly and working hard- the place runs very well and you can tell. They did not have to help me, but they did. I would highly recommend this shop for any auto repair-- they go above and beyond!

What a bunch of good people! They come out to my site at Hacienda RV Resort to jump my dead battery and then in an hour replace it! Great service!

Took my Sprinter van to them at the end of Oct 2020. Talked to a head mechanic (Mark I think) beforehand and was very hopeful because he took a good amount of time to talk over my issue. Basically, I was seeing signs of a blown head gasket. I knew it would be a major and expensive job but after talking to mark I thought they were up for it.They were not. They did find a fuel hose that was leaking and replaced it but said that was the source of my problems. They said they tested my van for a blown head gasket but found nothing and gave it back. After driving it for weeks and still noticing problems, (my coolant had gone from slowly disappearing to quickly disappearing) I have discovered a massive amount of coolant in my oil. Basically these guys couldn't be bothered to take the time to find a problem even when told exactly where to look. I could see the signs and I'm no professional mechanic.My mistake was trusting them instead of my own senses and now my engine is probably in way worse shape than it was in Oct. If there was a chance it was fixable then I'm sure ill have to replace the whole engine now. If your taking your car to these guys for anything complex...Be Warned. I could go into a couple other problems I had with them but obviously they are minor compared to this.I have attached a pic of oil syphoned out of my van. After left alone for a while you can see the large layer of water that has settled on the bottom.And yes, There was oil seeping from the head gasket on the exhaust manifold side. Not fuel. Confirmed by the competent mechanic I took it too later. Tests I did before taking it to you showed signs of exhaust in coolant system which points to head gasket. Mechanic I took it to after you diagnosed it no problem. Seems like you are the weakest link.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

I came here after reading through some of the negative reviews. The responses by the owner are what convinced me to give them a try; they were professional and provided additional context instead of trying to sweep it under the rug.My experience was excellent! They had very solid communication throughout, and they documented everything they did accompanied by photos. I felt very confident in what I was paying for and their transparency.Everyone there was friendly, and owner was kind enough to give lift to my house since I live nearby.My only complaint is that they don t sell cheaper tires, but they said it s because they don t want to worry about warranty claims. Perfectly understandable, but a little out of reach for me currently.I would definitely return.

Traveling from Roswell, NM to Las Cruces and our radiator broke Labor Day weekend. Called Aguirre Auto Service and they got us in right away. Kept us posted at what needed to be done to fix care. We highly recommend this place.

Aguirre Auto is great! I have an older vehicle that was making an odd noise. Mark and Keith and the team worked very diligently to diagnose and fix the problem which ended up being in the drive shaft. The price was more than fair for the amount of work they had to do. The owner was very helpful and professional. Got my truck in and out and repaired my steering with quality parts and warrantied his work. Friendly and knowledgeable, showed me what needed repair and had the repair done in short order. Shop was the cleanest and most organized auto repair shop I've been in. Highly recommend them. Wish I could give them a million stars!! I ve come to the shop before and never been disappointed. I unfortunately have to go out of town tomorrow for a funeral. My vehicle was showing it had a coolant leak. I spoke with Keith, he voiced a concern about trying to travel with that kind of leak and got me in right away. They found the problem and fixed it with a very reasonable cost for parts and labor. Aguirre Shop saved me $$$ on having to possibly rent a car and pay to fix mine so I could make it to the funeral. Thanks guys for your awesome customer service!!!! They are the first ones I turn to for care of my vehicle, I m never disappointed and think they are more than fair on their estimates.

Have been using Aguirre Auto service now for over 6 years and have never been disappointed. They do quality work at reasonable prices. I will never go back to the dealer for service on any of my vehicles. Keith and Mark always go out of their way to do things right, no matter if the service involves a repair or maintenance. I can count on Aguirre, and so can anyone else who needs anything done to their vehicle. Keep up the good work, guys!!

When I first arrived in Las Cruces a friend told me this was the only place her husband would take their cars. Boy, was she right. I've lived here 20 yrs now and Mark and Keith and their staff are always helpful. It's great to have somewhere to go where you know your car will be taken care of properly and you won't be price-gouged. They're super-friendly and always keep you informed if any additional problems are found. In addition they're AAA Certified which always gives peace of mind.

I cannot say enough good things about these people. They are fair, honest to a fault, highly competent, and most of all, they genuinely care about their customers. I am very particular when it comes to servicing my vehicles and I will not consider going anywhere else. Keith, Mark, Trisha and their staff set the standard for superb customer service. Great service, fair prices and friendly people. Why go anywhere else?

We limited into Los Cruces and Aguirre didn't have to work on the RV immediately and yet took the time to scan the OBD and give us some help and suggestions to continue on. Great service from knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Well it was a horrible experience. I brought it in so they could fix the left side of my convertible top. Turns out the left side wasn't fixable. So they worked on the right side instead and billed me for it. One of the mechanics dropped something on the car. Broke a window and the regulator that worked it. Bang-up the inside of the passenger door, scared it irrepairably. Mark implied that that was there when I brought it in. There was damage all over the vehicle and they didn't fix what I asked them to fix. Plus I lost the use of my car while they attempted to fix some of the damage they caused. They couldn't fix all of it or had no investment in trying. After 2 months of back-and-forth with Mark I gave up. I pray for karma. I would stay away if I were you.

I have been taking my car to Aguirre for about 7 years. I have always been completely satisfied withat theiron service. The staff is always helpful, courteous, and professional. If they encounter additional work that needs to be done, they always call to advise me before they proceed. I have also recommended Aguirre to two friends who were pleased with their service and have remained clients.

We are from out of town and wandering NM this spring. They worked us into their busy schedule to replace a fuel line. I asked them to do their best to complete the repairs in one day, but that I had options for a second day. After closing hours, we received the call that the truck was ready. Their effort saved us unrelated expenses. Just look at their customer ratings, then you will know it is a good place to trust with your car or truck.

CUSTOMER BEWARE: In a nutshell, I was charged over $100 more than I was quoted. I never received a call to let me know that the price was going to increase due to an incorrect quote. They just did the work and then charged my credit card. There was a mark-up on labor cost and over 100% mark-up on the part. I understand that you have to make money when you are in business, but you don't have to price gouge your customers either!After a return trip to pick up a copy of a detailed receipt, I did speak with the owner. He very reluctantly agreed that his son errored on the labor rate and returned $25 dollars.The experience is unfortunate, because the mechanic and front desk lady were very professional and courteous.I do NOT recommend Aguirre Auto for services, unless you have money to burn and are okay with being price gouged.This is such a shame because we are always looking out for good business to refer.

Aguirre Auto went above and beyond to get me back on the road safely. I was visiting from out of town with the plan to drive back to Washington later in the week. On recommendation of family and friends we brought our van to this shop to be looked at due to an increasingly odd noise. On top of our urgency to get home later in the week it was also New Years. It would be reasonable for any shop to be busy and unable to get me in on such a short notice. The owner (and mechanics) went above and beyond to get things done which included coming in on New Year s Day (a day they are normally closed) to finish the last bit. The diagnosis and attempts to keep the costs down were honest and very reasonable. If I lived in the area they would have a lifetime customer.

Every time I've taken my '98 Beetle to Aguirre Auto Service for servicing or maintenance, they've done a good job., and I've been going to their shop since aught seven. They guarantee their work with a 24 month/24,000 miles warranty on both parts and labor, and if you're a member of AAA, show 'em your AAA card at checkout to score a AAA discount on the final bill. So, what are you waiting for?Service: Oil change

A Las Cruces native told me to go here when we were looking to get our van fixed. Even though I felt like they were a little pricey, they did an excellent job fixing our vehicle. It's running perfectly now. They did a great job.
