We had problems with our slide on our motorhome. We called and left a message. Patrick called us back in a short time. He came the next morning which was fine with us. He came to the campground at the time he said. He introduced himself, very polite. Fixed our problem in a short time. Highly recommend him.

My generator tailpipe was really bent (AWD isn t high clearance) and I was afraid it would take forever if I had to order a new one, or possibly get one manufactured. John was able to bend and weld the pipe and send me on my way. I would definitely use this shop again.

Had leak in sewer system between the outlet and a macerator. An authorized dealer failed to find and fix so started to do myself and decided the go to an experienced RV repair shop. I was very uncomfortable with the price and layers of folks involved - a preliminary description , necessary use them to get park at high mark up and delay then, talking to a scheduler and never never talking to the person who was actually doing the work. Then I took a chance on Affordable RV in Las Cruses NM. I found the part on my own, Went to them and talked to the owner/technician (2 person shop) , he was ok with me getting my part, said he thought it would take 2 hours at 150 and hour (previous large provided was 250). He took an hour - charged my 140 (only took an hour), explained to me what he did, some risks I had to watch out for - what a wonderful experience for me . Sewer leak fixed, dealt with wonderful people. I would go our of my way to take my RV to this shop whenever I could. -

Driving through to California. Experiencing coolant loss, inoperable water pump, side awning disconnecting from side of RV - complete & utter hot mess. Everyone was great. Very informative & looked at our RV as soon as we arrived. Everything was fixed and we were back in the road within 1-1.5 hours. Highly recommend them. Honest & affordable.

We have had service work done at Affordable RV on six or seven occasions over the last two years and have always received excellent service. We have dealt primarily with John and are impressed with his knowledge, ability and honesty.Five star service is an understatement.

AMAZING!!! We had an issue with our RV refrigerator. We called several mobile RV service people and got various avoidance remarks - quoted $125 mileage + $150. Per hr. Service call fee. Our issue looked serious enough that we may have to replace part or all of the electronic system. We drove 20 miles and a service tech diagnosed the issue, fixed it and showed my husband how to fix it if we experience a repeat of the issue! And get this REFUSED ANY COMPENSATION! QUICK, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND deserving of your attention.

Tom has done numerous repairs on my mother n laws RV.. since her trip from Michigan to Las Cruces,such a friendly & Honest Guy. Installed a new roof. Of you want HONEST repairs & knowledgeable & very friendly, this is the place to go.

I made an appointment to bring in my RV first thing in the am and they weren't there. I tried calling and it went straight to voice mail. I waited for an hour and nobody showed up so I left.
