Recently went down to get my battery checked. A gentleman by the name of Mike i believe is the store manager went way above and beyond to help me get the battery I needed. Thanks again sir you don't know how much I appreciate the help. Everyone there was friendly and helpful too.

The only place you can still find odds and ends for an old 87 Toyota pickup. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and good customer service. Fast shipping if you put your order in on time and excellent inventory and clean store.

Very easy online ordering and store pickup ready within 30 mins.I bought a steering hub here at a remarkably lower price than their competitors.I'm impressed with the professional staff, here to take their time with each customer and I was assured I had the right part that also came with a warranty!

This parts store offers professional class parts. They're stock is very good and ordering other parts are quick, usually overnight. Their store is not in my area, but they are sometimes the only company that can help me. The staff at the Las Cruces store are also quite knowledgeable.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ONLINE RETAILER UNTIL THEY ARE OPEN.I made the mistake of accidentally buying the wrong Clutch. I ordered it on Saturday at 6pm. I realized my mistake right after ordering it so I'm.within their 45 minute window. They however are NOT OPEN. I checked help desk and and their chat link is broken. I sent an email and wait until this morning Sunday. I call as soon as they open and guess what, I didn't make the 45 minute window so now I have to wait for up till 5 days to get my money back. They can't cancel the order since it's locked and since I didn't cancel in 45 minutes they put my money and order on hold till is ships. Which might not even be until tomorrow (Monday). Don't me like me, if this is their customer service then don't order any parts unless you are on their time and you are 200% that's the right one. It should have been the right one for a T5 trans which is is my mustang but will not bolt up right.P.S. I have no experience with the brick and mortar store front, this is just all online shopping.

They can match your paint from your car and put it in a spray paint bottle!! For 19 dollars it's great. They made mine in 15 minutes. The people that work there are great and are always ready to help.

I had called the LC store looking for a part that was online. It was not allowing delivery to their store -so I figured they could request the part for me. My situation was getting worst by the second as the representative stated that he would not be able to get me the part for another week or so. I then called the Doniphan location and their representative was not only able to FIND THE PART WITHIN MINUTES BUT ALSO ARRANGED FOR DELIVERY TO LAS CRUCES. We were not aware of the level of incompetence by the employees in the Las Cruces store. The part had been delivered later that night & after 2 hours the following morning OF TRACKING DOWN THE MANAGER AND THE PART. Turns out my part had been in the store all morning and the employees not only treat me with such disrigard, disrespect and a hostile attitude. They also had me wait AN ADDITIONAL HOUR AS THEIR MANAGER "WAS OUT GETTING MY PART". - As if this was not enough the representatives at the Las Cruces location stopped answering my calls.I am glad we got the part the vehicle needed- thanks to Alicia at the Doniphan location.

The folks working there were very helpful. Very friendly. The store is setup for COVID. The buy online pickup in store is cool. They open early.

I called on Friday to verify machinist was available Saturday AM to resurface a flywheel before I disassembled my vehicle.Was told he would be there until 2:00PM. Showed up at 8:00 AM Saturday and told no machinist in at all. Employee's response was "I don't know what to tell you. He's not in today."Had to drive to El Paso in a loaner vehicle to get work completed to have my truck ready by Monday.El Paseo Auto Parts Inc in El Paso is open Saturdays and does great work for a fair price.

Just got a battery and was having trouble getting it done with a multi tool. They you woman on duty tonight helped me fix it quickly. She deserves a raise!

Been there twice, once today and once a few months ago. Never got acknowledged or waited on. Both guys on the phone today, waited 5 minutes and left. Won t go back again, plenty of other places to go.

I went in the manager helped me out I went to every auto parts store in town but he got it right away this is the place to go if you want anything vehicle related.
