Took in my vehicle (common Chevy SUV) for some A/C issues and picked it back up with the same issues but with $200.00 less in my pocket. This was after the front desk and service tech tried to charge 4 mechanic hours, for a total of over $440 to replace a schrader valve core and recharge the refrigerant. So in turn, not only does this shop have bad ethical practices, but they weren't even able to fix the problem I originally took my vehicle in for. I definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND going to this shop. You can DEFINITELY get better service for less money elsewhere.UPDATE: 4/12/24 11:30pmThe 15 year old neighborhood "YouTube Mechanic" got my A/C working correctly in about 30 minutes for $50. Sounds like the shop wanted to hang onto my vehicle as long as possible for that easy money.

The most phenomenal staff I ever worked with! Extremely knowledgeable about every area of the car and never avoided answering any question I had. The work was completed in a timely manner, and the work they did was done with excellence and precision. If you want to go to a place in Las Cruces and get it done right the first time, go to Accu-Tech LLC!

I had a great experience with Accu-tech. They were very knowledgeable about my car issue, upfront about the labor and price, and solved the issue very quickly. Overall, they were honest which is very reassuring.

I had a great experience at Accu-Tech. They were helpful and helpful to work with. They were also accommodating in working with me as my wife's car was supposed to out of the body shop in a week when I made the appointment, but wasn't so I had to reschedule. They did great work at a fair price. I highly reccommend them.

Took them my wrangler to install a damper door switch and when I picked it up my heater would go from hot to cold and not get the warm setting. took it back so they could check it out and got it back leaking oil when all they had to do is fix the damper door. When I asked about it they said I have a blown head gasket and quoted me 3500. I ended up fixing the oil cooler leak myself and I still have a ac that doesn't get the warm setting. Also another mechanic checked me out and said no blown head gasket . Apparently They blew my seals on the oil cooler pressure testing the water system. and I was charged for it . From what I see they work on Ford. Be careful taking them anything else.

These guys are awesome! On a cross country drive from San Diego to Columbia SC, the week of Thanksgiving, my car started acting up. After four other shops were unwill to even diagnose the problem, I found Accu-Tech. Called and spoke to Travis. He said they were busy, and to bring it in anyway and he would see what they could do. Got to the shop at 10am and he diagnosed it, got the parts and had me on the road before 3pm. Car is running great again and the bill was less than I anticipated. Highly recommend them!

Veteran friendly, Professional, knowledgable, friendly and one of the only businesses that know how to reliably work with after market parts for off road vehicles. I.E. After my numbskull self managed to screw up the parts list AND the measurements they needed to ensure the modifications would fit right. They still helped me out as much as they possibly could, which was not warranted in the slightest because all the blame fell on my moronic shoulders.

Had my truck lowered with a Belltech lowering kit.Accutech did the install and had the truck realigned . Got my truck back exactly when Jacob said they would. Truck is perfect. Truck was clean, workmanship is great. Drives better than new! Awesome!

Great work replacing battery on our MINI Cooper Countryman - they bury the battery on these cars under several jigsaw layers. Fun to drive not to work on! Very professional and affordable.

This is my second time using Accu-Tech services. The first time they replaced my turbo actuator. This time they installed new PowerStop brakes, rotors, and calipers along with transmission, transfer case, and differential services too. In my experience, they have done top notch work and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to them or to recommend them to anyone needing work done on their vehicle.

Was on my way to Florida when my car broke down in New Mexico. The Ford Dealership could care less saying they were booked and I would most likely be stuck in New Mexico for Christmas and New Years. I explained I am a 66 year old single woman and really needed their help. They called Accu-Tech who told them to send me over. I barely made it but when I did it was lunchtime. It didnt matter to them. They did their diagnosis and began checking for parts. Bottmline I was on the road by 4 pm. Additionally I had googled the price to get a ballpark figure and they came in $1 less then the average price. Being in my circumstances they could have easily over-charged me. They were all friendly and their workspace was clean. Left them a little extra to have lunch on me. So grateful and blessed to have found this place. Thanks again guys you are the best.

We were recommended to the shop by another mechanic and that was our good fortune. We were on our way home to Colorado when the engine light came on. We were recommended by another shop and got right over there. They got our Subaru right in and had us sit in the break room while they checked out the car. They cleared the codes in the computer after not finding a definitive cause. (wife left the gas cap off...grrr. They refused payment and got us right back on the road. Having owned and operated an auto repair shop of our own for 25 years we know a bit about the business. They refused our offer of payment for their time and trouble. Just like we used to do. Honesty in an industry that does not always happen. This shop is top tier.

I asked Accu-Tech to please diagnose my problems with tuning my 1980 C3 Corvette with Sniper EFI and a new Blue Print crate Engine. They responded with a great recommendation to install new headers that fit the new engine and stop a huge exhaust leak that was affecting tuning that uses the oxygen sensor to auto-tune the engine. Problem solved and car is running much better especially after adding new Premuim fuel.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

We chose Accu-Tech for the great reviews the have and they did not disappoint us. We had the engine oil and filter changed and the Allison transmission serviced along with the transfer case. They were particular as to the filter in the Allison, as there are some different ones, and they sourced the correct filter for our particular year and model. When we are back in the area (we are full time RV'ers and tow an 8800# trailer) we will definitely choose to have our service work done at Accu-Tech. I was having one of the worst days of my life and I m glad I came across this shop. Although my car was unfixable and needed a new engine this was no fault of theirs. Jon was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, honestly I wish we had service like his in my state. Jon went above and beyond to help me in my time of need, he genuinely cared. He provided a level of service I have not experienced anywhere else and I feel so lucky to have found his business. I would highly recommend his repair shop for any of your vehicle needs and you can be assured you are leaving your car with a very honest and helpful business. They are booked a month out in advance, so make sure to get an appointment ahead of time and don t wait for the last minute. Do them a favor though and if you have an appointment and cancel for any reason please notify the shop so they are not missing appointments or a chance to help others.

John and his team are THE best! They always take care of us and our vehicles, Ford F250 Diesel, Cadillac and VW Jetta. All of them are very knowledgeable and very honest. We will continue to take our vehicles to them and also refer them to anyone who is asking for a reliable shop!

Was referred to Accu-Tech by a neighbor. Took my car in for A/C service. Repairs ended up about $100 less than they quoted originally which was a nice surprise. Mechanic also gave a thorough explanation of the seal that leaked when i picked the car up. Very professional. Would definitely recommend this shop.
