Agent Kameron Hoddad has failed to refund my money from a policy for my Dad. My Dad died. Policy was never signed. Kameron agreed it would be refunded. Chassing him since August of 2023. Still no refund. I will file with the BBB..i left messages for his supervisors Christine and Ted. Never a return response.

After working an overnight shift, I walked out to my car and could not unlock my door. I called Autoclub service for help. A tech named Armando arrived within a half hour and diagnosed that it was my key fob battery that was dead. Armando replaced it and I was soon on my way home. Armando was polite, professional, and a great help. I have been with AAA for forty years and this was my first service call. I highly recommend AAA and their service.

If it could be less than 0, it would be that. I have been a member for 22 years. I called to have a car towed. The virtual assist is absolutely horrible. After waiting 2 hours for the tow truck I get a call that the tow company can't assist and they would have to get another company. But it was considered a courtesy tow and I would have to pay. This has never been a problem before and having wasted my time I am very angry

Last month I switched all of my insurance to AAA. Once the money was received it has been like pulling teeth to make contact with the agent or her supervisor. I received notification from my mortgage company of the cancellation of insurance from my previous insurer and at this time they believe me to be without coverage as AAA neglected to add my mortgage company to their new policy. I have attempted to make contact via email and voicemail for the last four days with absolutely no reply. In addition I was adamant when the agent made the initial sales pitch (I had just called to pay for my AAA membership) that I wanted exactly the same coverage I currently had and emailed that information to her. I was told yes it absolutely was. In reviewing the documents I received 30 days after switching, while I am paying about 1/2 as much, I also have 1/2 the coverage. This has been one of the worst decisions I have made & cannot recommend this company whatsoever.

AAA has been good for me for many years. January 2020 I bought a battery through AAA because the battery service said if it failed they would replace it. March 2021 the battery failed and would not keep a charge BUT the service battery checker said the battery was okay. After getting a manager on the phone everyone agreed we had to have some other place charge it up and test it. So, we had it hauled away to the dealer. The dealer charged it up and said the battery was bad.I tried to get somebody at AAA on the telephone and could not. So I sent the battery person to the dealer. The battery person said they could not find a car and left without talking to the service manager. After an hour or so I got somebody on the phone and they got the battery person to go back again and replace the battery. I was the person in the middle during this and I think the battery person was also. I finally found some very helpful managers but one of them told me that I would have to go to the dealer to sign for the battery. That just wasn't possible. I would have been better off buying a battery from the dealer in January 2020 and not been charged for so many AAA calls. It seems as if the battery had failed like this one, AAA would have responded, determined it wouldn't work, and have it hauled away. The dealer would have taken it from there. One AAA manager said they would remove one call but I don't know how many calls I've been charged for. My lesson is not to buy a battery again from AAA. Since the AAA rule seems to be you need to be wherever the battery gets replaced, it would be just so much more convenient to have a dealer battery.

I called AAA New Mexico this morning. I was directed to the Las Cruces office this morning to resolve the incorrect names printed on my new membership cards and to request current proof of membership for both myself and my wife. I've been a member with AAA for the majority of my life (32 years old). My request would not be urgent except for the fact that my wife is an immigrant and we are under pressure from the US Government to prove our legitimate relationship or she will be deported. We are gathering as many useful documents as possible to bolster our case and allow her to remain here where we have built our life together. I simply needed ANY document displaying both of our names attached to our joint membership.I spoke to "Liz" who was useless in assisting me. I explained very clearly what it was that I needed and she repeatedly claimed there was nothing she could do to help. I requested to speak with someone else and she curtly told me anyone else would tell me the same. After a few minutes of attempting to negotiate with her, I had to hang up. I was extremely frustrated. She either could not understand what I was trying to ask of her or she was adamantly avoiding any sort of creative thought process to help me out. Unfortunately, I find this to be a relatively common work ethic here in New Mexico.Upon hanging up, I drove the 20 minutes to my local AAA in Albuquerque whereupon the helpful representatives resolved my issue in less than five minutes. It was not a complicated request. AAA is a fantastic company, but you are a lazy person, Liz. Step it up a notch.

Good service with a good price. My long standing issue is being behind on basic internet capability.. slow updates on POI through the net, STILL! So stick to the paper route..even the Android app lags.

This Las Cruces office has been servicing me, including cars and home for 7 years. I have always gotten very good and service from their office and for all claims. AAA towing is indeed another beast and hasn't got a lot to do with AAA itself, as it is all dependent upon the servicer. I have had AAA road service for 30 years and it has only been in New Mexico that I have had crap service, so I blame the towing companies here rather than AAA. They don't have a lot of choice. As I have had plenty of bad experiences here the AAA district manager comped me a year. That said, my last experience I was taken care of in 10 minutes. There is no competitor out there that offers anything better than they do, I have looked.

I love this insurance company. The agent are quite pleasant, never pushy and go out of their way to help. I've started with this company almost a full year now and wouldn't want insurance with no one else.

I recommend coming to AAA. Not only did they get me great car insurance but they also registered my vehicle. All in 45 mins. Hector was great and so was the lady who did the registration.

After 30 years with AAA, I had to go with a different company. AAA does not take into account that the reason one of my vehicles has a lot of miles each year is because we use that vehicle when we go travel into Mexico.

Aweful place, the People is nice but their prices are high af, they don't do a great job when you first applied so I really doubt they insurance work or worth the price. That is my and my family's oppinion. I'll never ever get trata again at least not for auto insurance, their is a lot better options and cheaper too ...

Great services, and great staff. Their insurance though is no bargain. They're quite a bit higher than others and we have perfect driving records. (Hope I didn't jinx myself now)

I only give it 1 star because it doesn't give me an option to give it 0!!!this company is horrible , all of it from the insurance side to the travel agency side, crap just crap !!First off they are one of the most expensive policies out there and then you have to pay a membership fee so that you can call road side assistance when you are in need . well 2 times in the past 6 months I actually needed help so I called for assistance .. and one time was told they couldn't help because my sons vehicle was stuck .. the 2nd time I was put on hold for 2 hours while I was stuck on the side of the road in the freezing rain and then ultimately hung up on .. another issue we and was making a claim when my son was run off the road no one ever followed through with the claim and a month later no one could find said claim and we were told by the agent on the phone that we need to learn how to make a claim because we didn't know whatwe were doing when we had a claim number and everything!!!and as for the travel agency we used them in a family emergency all 4 of us had to travel from las cruces nm to tampa bay florida because a family member was on there death bed .. well needless to say we made all reservations and paid up front they had no problem taking the money .. until we get to florida and our car rental was not available and so many excuses were made took 3 hours to finaly get a car and then on the way home our flights were canceled in dallas and wouldn't get us another flight for 3 days .. and no accomodations were offered .. so we ended having to rent a car ...and they refused to help us ... I'm so mad at triple a ...

The local staff is fantastic. But aaa's customer service and roadside services let me down more than once in the last few months. I've since switched companies.

Experience Bad customer services: lying at me and messing up my account. Had to call toll free number to speak with a supervisor on duty to report and fix the problem.
