Great staff, very helpful and accommodating! Help me with a flat tire on my commercial vehicle. Not money hungry at all and are actually for the customer. Trucker friendly!!

We took them our 2012 Subaru Legacy that was all over the road and wasn't road worthy. They were able to get us in quick, and we had our diagnosis within 30 minutes. Now it performs better than new. Service was great and very timely. Best place for alignment work.

We were stuck with a flat tire in the middle of the desert and made it over to Treadworks. Brandon was an immense help on finding the best solution for us and getting us back on the road before they closed! Highly recommend.

Got a flat on our trailer as we were passing through. Stopped in TreadWorks and Harold the manager and his team provided incredible service getting us back on the road in almost no time. Great team. Super friendly. Highly recommended!

Treadworks in Kirtland is top notch. The staff is great and Harold always goes above and beyond. The majority of companies today lack the customer service that this store provides.

Thank you! Came into shop at the golden hour of closing, staff super nice and excepted our request for last minute 4 new tires. They even took time to recommend and show/tell of inventory in back of facility. We are from out of state, received a instant rebate and manager bonus for "Toyo open country a/t". No wait time, offered just to patch up tires but instead drove off with brand new tires more aggressive.

i was in a tough situation and panicking but i ll never forget the kindness Brandon showed to help me through it. they went above and beyond and fixed my car for a reasonable price. couldn t recommend them enough. thank you Brandon!

This was the only place that had the exact tires I was looking for!Thanks Kirtland Treadworks!Just updated my review, I came in for a rotation and balance and the lady behind the counter was condescending, being short and rude until a gentleman cut her off and helped me. He was great, but she reflected poorly on the store. If you come in here, wait for the men to help you, they're very helpful.

Idk if it's me but I always get the worse customer service at this place. Just had one good one and he is always busy so i get the guy in the hat. I'm fed up, and it's making me wonder if they are doing service on my car.

My family and I barely made it into Kirtland New Mexico on a donut from about 100 miles away. It was literally 2 minutes to closing time! These guys were great! Our tire was replaced within 15 mins and it was done with a smile! Highly recommend this shop. Thanks guys for getting us on our way!! You saved the day for us!!

We have got tires on all of our vehicles here many times. They always sell good quality tires and work with you on the budget you have to spend. Professional customer service and it's nice when you know someone who works there! They are the best tire shop I have been to in the 4 corners area.

Life savers! We blew a tire on the side of the highway on our way from texas to Oregon and didnt have a spare. We where able to get a hold of them 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday, they helps us find a new tire and wheel and came out to replace it for us. We where back on the road in less than an hour! Would highly recommend these guys to anyone, great people. Thanks Herold!

Traveling through this area we had the bad luck of getting a flat tire. It's a "run flat" tire so we were able to get ourselves to this shop. They were so nice and helpful. They didn't have the tire we needed so they called around town for us and found a suitable replacement. We were quickly on our way and we felt like the price we paid was more than fair. Thanks for putting a smile on our faces.

They are great! Understood what I was looking for in my tires and really delivered. They also went the extra mile on a lug nut problem I accidentally created by not understanding the scope of the problem they were telling me with my locking lugs. They called around, found new lugs quickly and had me back on the road in no time. These guys are consistently awesome with their services!

Treadworks in Kirtland took such good care of me! Highly recommend this particular business for their expertise and customer service! I had a flat tire just out of town and they put another tire on my rim and got me going in minutes flat!!!

HUGE!!! Shout out to the crew in Kirtland! Marvin is always sooo helpful & friendly every time I go in to see the guys. He always gets me the best quality tire & service. As long as the same group of guys are there they have my loyalty! I will NOT shop anywhere else for tire needs. The work is done very well & when ever I do go in the wait is never extremely long. They get me in get me taken care of & on my way again. Thank you Kirtland crew & Exspecially Marvin! You are the bomb bro, Thanks for all your help!!!

Great service! I had my tires installed at Treadworks about a year ago. Today, I discovered a slight leak in one tire. Treadworks removed the screw in the tire, fixed the flat, and had me back on the road in less than ten minutes. No additional charges. Thanks guys

I was actually there for the salon place next door on the right side of trade routes very friendly people lady there is good at cutting hair awesome place to get a fade fast they wear masks and that was for the next or the barbershop and for treadworks I give treadworks five stars also because of the service I've already bought tires from them and also customer reliability I can rely on them if I if I buy tires from them I can rely on them to fix it for free as long as you don't let nobody touch it just them

I'd give a zero but can't and this place worst customer service first time there and won't bother here again can't even ask for tire options the guy kept saying what exact tire i want but i kept saying if they have any in stock"All terrain or all season" but they didnt so i wanted to order so he gave me a hard time trying to order an he couldnt even show me a picture of any tire it's not hard to show a computer screen and dude also got mad because I wasn't sure of my tire size and I had to go check while he sat behind the computer and the guy was a tall Native man on the far left side with glasses .

Staff was helpful & friendly tires & batteries were VERY expensive they refuse to repair old tires they say it's a safety issue I think it's a scam
