The owner Barbra is the sweetest lady. She made sure I was happy with the car I picked out and let me test drive any car I wanted to as often as I felt I needed. This was the best experience I have ever had I will be sending her all my Friends and family to her

I went in in dire need of a vehicle they were very nice, helpful and friendly but was not able to help. My truck is up at Permian Ford and I feel like I'm getting the run around I can't work because I need my truck I am a caregiver $2,625 worth of work needs to be done to the truck and Permain Ford has had it since November 9 I'm tired of playing games

Very very very EASY!!! to get a car from there, Great Veriarty of Cars to choose from $5,000 to $60,000, very easy people to work with. The employee's are friendly and very easy to get along with didn't feel any pressure, like you would any other dealership. I got a great selection on cars when I got approved on. We will defentaly be coming back here again.

I am extremely disappointed with this dealership, bought a used 2005 Ford Escape and not even 3 weeks and 600 miles later it won't come out of 1st gear or go past 25mph, it came with a warranty but when I went through the paperwork it only comes with a 2 week 500 mile warranty, what is the point of it even having one if it's that small? Both me and my father have tried to get in contact with them, Robert let us know he was going to speak to his boss and call us the next day and never did! Do not let this deciteful corrupt dealership screw you out of your hard earned money! I will never buy another vehicle from here again and I'll make sure my horrible experience with this dealership is known!

The Sales rep was very nice and considerate, made me feel very comfortable. The overall staff was so nice in helping us get the vehicle we wanted, couldn't ask for better service.

Not long after I arrived in town in my not-so-trusty pewter Ford Explorer, it decided to explode behind Walgreen's. Thankfully, smoke poured out the dashboard first, alerting me of a serious problem, so I was able to make a hasty (but safe) exit.The crew at Western Motors saved me (and the day), put me in a better car, and have been like family ever since. They can be your heroes too, check them out!

I have had a lot of fun with Jose. He knew what he was doing and made us feel very comfortable with our choice. Barbara was very helpful and informative. Lots of laughs.

I really enjoyed working with Western Motor. The workers are friendly and very helpful. I would most definitely recommend them to others. They were very informative as well which was nice because we were 1st time car buyers.

I trust the Car Lot where I purchased my vehicle. I was treated with respect, all and any questions I had were answered. I will highly recommend my friends to come here when looking for a vehicle.

Was so disappointed when I tried to refinance my car and learned they sold me the car for more than the value of the car so no one would refinance me. Please dont go there unless you are so desperate to get a car.
