Great customer service, we had someone who was training and they had someone with them helping to make sure everything was right. Last time I went to walmart for an oil change THEY PUT THE WRONG OIL IN MY CAR (san angelo walmart). The people at this walmart pointed this out and made sure everything was squared away and my car had the right oil.

So I went to Walmart to get a leaking tire fixed. They had one vehicle in for oils change and two open tire bays. The shop was empty except for the one oil change and five guys standing around laughing and having a great time. They wouldn t fix my tire because I didn t have an appointment.Does anyone wonder why they had no tire customers.They walk among us.

I've been here for 5 oil changes, the last two were absolutely ridiculous. I waited almost 2 HOURS before they told me they didn't have my oil type and couldn't do anything. It's not the only time it's happened and I get zero customer service, heads up, or info about my vehicle. Please save time and take your vehicles somewhere else.

went and got my oil change here and soome employee didnt secure the lid nor the dipstick back and all my oil leaked out my truck started driving weird couldnt figure out why my brand new truck was driving like this all to come and find out the employees at walmart did thier job very nonchalant!

**Update**Everyone there is new now and service is terrible now. Do not recommend at all.Got an oil changed and fuel system maintenance. Was completed in the time promised for a great price. The guys there were very helpful and professional.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

DO NOT USE! We took our car for a simple oil change and they ended up emptying our transmission fluid instead and overfilling our oil (and damaging the seal for the transmission fluid so it leaks all the time). We didn't realize until next day when our car started making weird noises so we had to take it to a local mechanic to check it out because we live an hour away from hobbs and didn't think we could make it back safely. Long story short, after several mechanics and several hundred dollars, we finally got told our transmission fluid was leaking because they over tightened the cap so now the cap was stripped and could not stay in. When we confronted Walmart about the problem they LIED and said our car was already making weird noises when it came in. They finally gave us a $50 gift card to cover the oil change but said they couldn't do anything else because we didn't bring them our car back right away when it started making noises (even though we COULDN'T BECAUSE WE LIVE SO FAR AWAY and just happened to be in Hobbs that day). So DON'T USE THIS WALMART AUTO CENTER!Service: Oil change

Called and said was open till 7 and came to get tire fixed so could get my car off highway and they wouldn t fix it

Yep should have read the other reviews. Car has been in the bay for 1.5 hours and still waiting. Only putting 4 new tires on. 15min job at discount. Clearly employees are paid by the hour. They have no sense of urgency or customer service. First and last time here.

Does Corporate even listen to its customers when they leave reviews.They should have a no star option. Mostly one star reviews and only because it doesn't let you review without at least clicking one star. Walmart has the slowest lube centers everywhere in the nation. No matter which Walmart you go to the wait times are ridiculous. 2 hours for an oil change with only four cars in front of me getting only oil changes too. Come on Walmart get with the program. The employees have no sense of urgency because they get paid the same to work on 4 cars in an hour or just one.

Went to get an oil change here because it was the only place available on Sunday. They tell me they don t have the oil filters available but if I get one they will do the oil change. Come back with a filter. Wait an hour only to be called and told they don t have the oil in stock but if I get the oil they can do the oil change. If I do that I might as well change it myself. Just wanted a service record. They are losing out on a ton of money. Saw at least 6 diesel trucks turned away because they didn t have the filters in stock.

I left my vehicle at walmart for them to put new tires on. I was told it would be a 4 hour wait. I was not able to get the auto center to answer my calls, nor did I recieve a call from them. 6 hours later I go to pick up my truck, and they had done NOTHING but move my truck to a parking spot and leave it there.

This has to be the worst Walmart Auto Center in the country. I went in to have my tires balanced and rotated. The head tech told me it would be 45 mins to complete this task. When I came back 45 mins later my vehicle was still sitting in the bay the same way it was went I left it, mind you no one was there because Walmart s oil changing barrels were full and they turned down a lot of work because of that. Needless to say, 1:40 mins later my tires were rotated and balanced. There were several mechanics goofing around while one person worked on my vehicle; they spend more time acting like they were cleaning then doing anything productive.

They have lazy workers! They don t do anything right! Don t come here . You ll have to go somewhere else or come back to fix an issue they caused and manager is no help !!They gave me 2 tires of the same size and one of a different size why would that be okay. They don t know what they are doing. Not to mention theRidiculous wait timesServices: Tires, Tire rotations

Felt lije I was an inconvenience in asking for information and had questions about a potential purchase but went ringer down the driveway to Discount Tires to pay more buy was treated like I mattered and ANY questions were answered. Sorry Walmart. Maybe when store is done with Remodel they will focus on Team Members customer service trainings.

Slow made me wait to be served for an hour got tired of waiting. I just left. Clearly they need help or the employees are just plain lazy. I hate being ignored. I ll fix the tire myself. Never again Walmart in Hobbs nm.

Walmart is trying to be the everything store!! Someone in a suit and tie needs to go out and put air in a SEMI TRUCK TIRE and then go look at the air connectors and parts you sell in the store!!! 45 degree air chucks made in China will not reach the inside wheels on a SEMI or a RV get with the program and quit running us away until you have to let us in to bring your products and supply US with what we need to continue delivering!!

Had an issue with a tire that I bought with discount tire because they couldn't get it. Fixed because of warranty, they still took care of my issues and advised me on what to do anyway. They were very considerate.

I called to see if they had any motorcycle tires available and they unfortunately did not in my size 16r .. Did not offer to order one or any kind of further assistance.

They took 4 hours to change one tire. If you want to get frustrated and start your day out in the worst way possible then this is your place.

Its saturday the hours say 7am to 7pm been sitting out here 30 mins now and they arent open if the changed their hours they need to change it on the outside of the door and on google
