That there's rude and they don't know their their parts you order a headlight switch for a forklift to give you a hazardous switch they're not very good people

It is the most ridiculous place ive ever seen during the covid "crisis". When ppl want to order parts for an immediate emergency u cant because they only allow 3 ppl in the parts ordering department at a time. When everybody else gets to come and go freely. When u call in parts, sometimes u wait outside 45 minutes at a time when the emergency is over and done with. Everybody packed up and went home on location. Its absolutely absurd. Im from one of the biggest contributors from wagner in our area and we're thinking about switching to john deer because it will be cheaper in the long run.

I know each experience it's different but I'm a usual client and the good manners and knowledge of those two guys at front (Domingo and Manuel) it's unbeatable. Thanks guys you are the best.About price it's normal little high compare to others. We're talking about CAT people that's quality with no compares.

Well organized and very helpful. I usually pick up all orders within a few minutes to maybe 15 minutes max depending on how busy they are when I arrive.

NOT GOOD!!! I own Jarretts Septic Tank Pumping. I coasted through Wagners gate on 12/16/16 Friday afternoon with a fuel issue. Chelsea, the shop boss/Forman..., told me they were busy, under staffed, it would be a bit. I asked if she could get it hooked up to the CATAPILLAR computer, so it could at least tell me what's wrong. She said she would try.12/17/16 the next day. She told me nobody there to run computer.12/19/16 it's going to be 9 days, till she can get someone on it. I leave town for holidays.1/4/17 happy new year 19 days since I pulled in. Nothing done. She says "we are 21 days out" I reminded her 16 days ago, that she said it would be 9 days. If she could just hook it up to the computer, I can go from there.My wife calls Wagner, and the next thing I know, is I get to have the diagnostic, but I have to go pay up front $118.00. I walk in with all that money in hundreds!, and twenties!Jeez!!! I pump this shops septic tanks for 18 years now. I had them put a new engine in my truck in 2011 and payed the $16,000 after it was done!She says they will now do the diagnostic, and have an estimate for me. I need to pay for the job upfront, and I guess it would still be 21 days till they can start!Well I finally got a verbal diagnostic a couple days later. I asked for a copy of the readings. She said she would email it to me. I still have not received that email. Guess I should have only given half of the money. Drove my pump truck out of their yard, and pulled it to my yard. I was told it was the HEUI, the fuel pump, I ordered one. Pulled the old one off, took me an hr. Hey it was my first time!!!! lol I hope that verbal diagnostic was right. 900 bucks for the pump.Sooooo! I have never experienced anything like this, from this company.Under staffed? Nobody knows when equipment can be fixed.... pay up front?When it's time to pump your septic tank again. Have that money up front for me.

They suck just as bad as all the cat dealers but they are closed on Saturday and Sunday with no call out number so they get an extra 4stars for being inconvenient to thier customers and I won't be going back

We're in modern day times, need to get in with technology, always struggling to get complete orders when picking up parts at Will Call......no drop box outside store for picking up parts after hours or on weekends!
