I came in with a screw in my tire. Once I arrived. They took my truck back and were done with repair in 10 minutes! Recommend this place to anyone! By far the best tire experts in Hobbs, New Mexico! Thank you Texas Tires for the service!

Not one place in carlsbad can balance or rotate 22" rims and 35" tires. This is the only place I've had done My wheels right. They did them right the first time. The customer service was great. I'll definitely be a repeat customer l. Thank yall so much

Was treated ugly by a man named Jose who said he was the district manager, hung up on 4 times just trying to get answers for a tire replacement! Would not allow me to talk and kept talking over me. Called another store in Texas to figure out how to get our tire replaced, the upper management happened to be at that office and got us well taken care of so thank you to Nick in Mansfield! Once we are paid off we will not be doing business here again to overpriced for how they treat their customers!

5 stars from the front office to the back. I want to thank everyone from Texas tires. Got a set 4 rims and new tires. Great guys with great attitude. Fast and friendly guys. Highly recommend, be back for my new set of tires!!!!!!!!

Stop by on a Sunday, guys were friendly. Guy recommended we wait until Monday to get pricing and availability. So we waited, no call back or follow through. We ended up going with their competitors. Gave them three stars, because they were friendly just no follow through to get a sale.

Place is a joke have to hold their hands to do their jobs. Can t leave them alone and pick up and tell u they can t replace a ruined tire that was purchased by them. They are quick to sale you a new tire. Then give you the run around that they can t replace the one with a knot with that being the reason for goin in the first placeGo to LA Sierra they stayed open late to to the job that Texas tire should have done

Real good guys working here, most shops close too soon and or won't touch bigger tires or duallys at all! These guys took my dually in like nothing and took care of it fast. I love it

Don't really leave reviews but with the customer service I received I will.... good set of people they have working that will work with you and make sure any issues are taken care of and worked with me to get it done fast... deff will be coming back for my next lift and rims .. thanks guys for a great experience cus those are hard to come by any more

I had a tire mounted and dismounted way overcharged on price and then after all is said and done it was a brand-new wheel and it scratched it also scratch the old wheel didn't seem to bother them much on their end

Not happy Is the specific ask him if he can have a next day and they told me yes!!so I pay expensive price for one tire and he didn't have it until 2 days.!!

I just went there to buy 2 new tires were rude from the beginning I threw away the business cards they handed me I'll never go back again and I damn sure wont recommend anyone there either

Met the most awesome guys here Troy is the man to talk to I'm putting a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GT and it has factory wheels going with the most sickest wheels and tires on this car going be doing a Raffel on this car when it's all said and done thank you to all who shop here

Service was not good. They didn't care about the customers. I was the only one there and it was going to be a 2hr wait just to mount 4 tires.I left and went too forrest tires and they got me in minutes
