Go check out Monica here at Tate branch!! She is a very dedicated person on the lot. Asked me what I was looking for and by the time I realized what was happening my Jeep Gladiator was being delivered. It happened that fast. She is very professional and confirmed if this was what I wanted and got the paperwork together. Signed the paperwork and she handed over the keys.

I rate Tate Branch a negative 0 I don t even rate them I bought a car from there three years ago brand new only 7 miles on it sales lady was great but, now I wouldn t recommend anymore to this place my car has been there three times for repairs and it s still under warranty the first time they charged me 400 dollars tried to get my money back because I shouldn t have paid but did they tell me that nope! second time I had an appointment to get my car fixed and they had it over a month no communication what so ever to let me know an update I had to be the one to check and never got a hold of anyone I always had to drive up there. GUESS WHAT?!?! My car is back up there been there for a month again and still no communication to let me know what s going on I have tried to get a hold of Angie the service manager, Gerald The sales manager , and Aaron the GM and NO ONE!! Has gotten back to me once I get my car back which I m sure is never going to be the same I am NEVER!!!!!!! Doing business with Tate Branch again it s ridiculous and like another customer stated no loaners how are you a dealership with only two loaners SMH do better Tate branch

I had issues with the VIN on the vehicle not matching any of the paperwork from the sale. It's been 2 months still waiting on plates. Will update this review when this issue is resolved.Update: Paperwork was updated. Jordan is a great salesman to work with he will take care of you. I can't however say the same about management.2nd Update: Paid off my vehicle in Oct. Finally got the Paid Off Letter in December after calling them multiple times. It is now January and I still haven't gotten the Title. The communication with the customers is lacking. Still trying to cancel GAP Insurance as well. Worst customer service I've experienced with a dealership. Do not recommend.

This place would be a great place if it wasn t for management I have bought four trucks in four years from them and I can tell you I will never go back again. The front alignment was out the two front tires were severely worn and they wouldn t pass inspection and the front corner, panel, and bottom of the bumper were severely scratched and a couple minor dents in the corner panel I purchased the truck at night and when I took it up north and seen it, I called him and he told me he would get back with me. It took him over a month to get back with me and I got it appraise like he said to do and he paid for the alignment said they wouldn t compensate me for the tires got the estimate was $2500. He said after another couple weeks of waiting again I asked to speak with someone higher than him. He was so rude and arrogant and disrespectful with me I wouldn t recommend my worst enemy to go there. I try to end the situation and said I would bring it down from Ohio to Hobbs to get fixed and then I decided why should I have to take off the week of work and drive it down when all they said that they would split it unless I could get it there, so I ate it and here s the bill and his message to me. I will never go there. I will walk before I buy a car from there.

Was getting ready to write the check on a 2022 Grand Wagoneer when I was told that they could not sell it because there was a recall on it. NO RECALL WAS ON IT. Either incompetent or liar.Custom ordered Rubicon. Did it online then printed it out and brought to dealership to have it ordered. WAS NEVER TOLD it could not be ordered exactly as requested.Slow on doing paper work. Got my plates after the dealer tag had expired and was not able to go on holiday weekend out of town.ALL THIS WAS COMMUNICATED WITH DEALERSHIP AND THEY NEVER REPLIED.

Absolutely the worst service department we have ever dealt with. We live out of state and had no choice but to drop our truck off here when it broke down. They had our truck for almost 4 months for an engine replacement that was covered under the Mopar warranty and was actually told by one of the advisors "other customers with appointments needed to be done 1st", even though we had an appointment when we dropped the truck off, which was March 10th. Constantly told they were waiting on Mopar, yet they did not send the request to Mopar to start the work until April 28th and kept saying we are waiting on Mopar. The service manager, Angie was very personable at 1st but then couldn't get the work done every time she said someone was starting the work for this reason or that. Someone was always going to a class or on vacation and ooopps they didn't realize it would push the start of our work back. Chayson was always very courteous and apologetic but that doesn't make up for the constant smoke blown by Hann and Angie.We demanded out truck back as soon as it was operational even though they did not fix all the work. We picked it up and got it to put home dealership, told them what we were told was still wrong, and had the work finished. Turned out issues we were told were wrong were not what was wrong.Thankfully we will never have to deal with them again and sorry for anyone that does.

I was there with my daughter to get a new car for her and we got helped by Joseph Mendoza. He's an excellent guy did his job to the best of his ability and got my daughter in her new car. The following day I went in and spoke with Mr Mendoza and was also able to drive off with a new truck. We both drove off the lot the same day with the vehicle we wanted. This gentleman was so polite and kind. I have never spoke to a sells person like him before. He went above and beyond what any sells person has ever done for me before. He didn't get discouraged or distracted for any reason. He always has a smile on his face no matter what the day has brought him. If you're looking for a new car or truck I would recommend you to go see Mr Mendoza he will do everything in his power along with the Tate Branch Team!! I will be going back to Mr Mendoza for any other vehicles I might want. Thank you Joseph Mendoza your a great guy

Jessica Sanchez did all the work over the phone and literally took a couple hours for me to drive off the lot . All the other vehicles I purchased from different dealerships took hours and even days! Thank you for your service and putting me into something I really wanted and not just trying to make a sell! Thank you!!

If you want to be without transportation for multiple months then this is the place for you. I dropped my vehicle off in November and it is still sitting there. Each time I check I m told they are waiting for yet another part. I have not had a loaner because they state there isn t one to give me. I ve even reached out for the manager of the dealership and he won t even give me the courtesy of a call back. Trust me when I say find a different mechanic.Update- I finally got my Jeep back after 3 months. I was never offered a loaner and had to rely on others for rides. After posting this I finally got in touch with a director of the dealership. I understand they had issues with their suppliers but the Communication was severely lacking and I wish at any point they would have given a loaner.I will not recommend them to anyone and I won t be back.

If I can give no stars, I would we have bought four vehicles here and never had this much trouble from them saying we would receive two keys and only got one and was told by the sell manager that he only made $12 commission off of the sell and was very rude and unprofessional tried calling general manager, and he never answered not once in almost a month, nor gave any callbacks and still have not received the other key for the vehicle after we were told more than once that we would get it. Don t go there.

I called a week before to make sure they could fix the recall and had the part for my pick up. They had the part and said they could get it done in three days. Come to find out they said they had to order the part and it would be longer, because the tech was busy.

The Service and Oil Change departments are top notch. They always get me in quickly, are very knowlagble and friendly. I did not buy my truck from their dealership but they treat me like I did always going out of their way to help me with my truck. My family even drives here from other towns to get their work done here.

Vanessa Herrera and several of the staff at Tate Branch were amazing!! We had several bad experiences at a couple of other dealerships, but Tate Branch listened to us and helped us out! We are very happy with the vehicle we got and no matter what they do everything in their ability to make sure we were taken care of! Will definitely be going back if we need anything else!

I purchased a Ram here in 2014, and was intrigued to see how the buying experience would differ now in 2022 when I inquiring about a Jeep Gladiator. I phoned in and was connected to a sales rep (Yesenia) who was super helpful and informed about the vehicle I went in to see, and any other I asked about during the time spent showing me different models and trim options they had available. The atmosphere was super friendly and unrushed, and it honestly felt like I was buying a vehicle from a friend who s objective was to make sure I made the best decision to fit my needs, and not the typical cringe dealership experience of feeling pressured to rush through the experience so they can move onto the next possible customer. This was hands down the best car buying experience I have had. And I will definitely be coming back when the time comes for another vehicle, and it will be the place I recommend all my family, friends, and co workers to try out on there next vehicle buying journey.

This is our second purchase from Tate Branch and it was another amazing experience! Israel, Yesenia and the Tate Branch team are such a wonderful group to work with! Yesenia did an amazing job and made our purchasing experience very easy. She was very helpful and kind and had a lot of knowledge on all the questions we asked. Hello there.About the service to the vehicle. I am 100% unsatisfied & i won t be backI had an issue prior to the recall. It took almost 3 weeks to a month but they got it fixed. The issue was a sensor for DEF After the job was done I got a text about we have a recall on your vehicle. After that text message I brought my truck back to Dodge maybe two or three weeks later for a unrelated issueWhat I needed done 1. Wheel alignment2. Tire balance3. Check AC4. Exhaust coming in the cabThe only thing that they done was the wheel balance and told me that they ran out of time to do the rest. At this time my truck was in the shop at least 30 days.I asked for a loaner vehicle they said no loaners were availableMy issue about the recall you knew about the recall before I brought my truck into the shop for the second time & still didn t have the parts ready for a recall job. About the personnel there I give them 100% they were super nicePersonnel Vehicle service

I was told 1 day to put a new front seel in my dodge diesel, then 2 days that turned into 5 days . And good luck for anyone to answer the phone in the service dept.I wanted to purchase a new vehicle for my wife but definitely not from here.

I don t recommend, this place to anyone. My cooling system on my passenger and driver seats were not working. I took my truck here to fix the problem, but instead they replaced the radio without my permission something i didn t put a request for. So paid for something I didn t need. I ask for my refund and didn t get it back.

Jessica Sanchez is definitely my go to girl for a new vehicle! She took the time to figure out exactly what we needed and wanted before just sending us off to test drive a vehicle that didn t fit our needs. She was not pushy and made us feel comfortable about the car buying process. Tate Branch did a good job of not making this a whole day ordeal like it sometimes can be. We will definitely be back!

Kevin Lipscomb was put to the test by my wife and I. He exceeded our expectations and delivered good on his promises to get us in a vehicle we liked. He showed us probably 8 vehicles and took our feedback with each one. It was a bit of a process for him but he never complained. When it was time to sign he worked with his finance department to get us a payment much lower than we previously had. They gave us our options and helped explain what we didn t understand so we were comfortable with the numbers. I would definitely recommend. This is our second purchase with Tate Branch. Come by and see them and ask for Kevin.
