Very good service. I was able to drop my vehicle off before they opened using there key dropbox. They got the car done in a few hours and picked it up no problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for tint or any car/truck accessories.

I took my new 2021 Buick Envision in for window tinting. They returned it to me with screws and nuts in the driver side cubby. I also had a piece of the door handle pop off and it began to make a clicking noise in the passenger side door. Took my concerns to them because they returned my vehicle to me broken and they said it was no big deal happens all the time. It is a brand new vehicle I had for 3 weeks no issues at all. I let them try to correct it and there is still the clicking noise which they say isn t their fault at all. How do I even know they put my doors on right? They made me pay for the service and returned my vehicle to me broken. I am now liable to fix my vehicle at my cost because of their poor workmanship. I will NEVER USE their services and I will make sure to let everyone know how they treat paying customers. This is not the first review of them not putting the car back together so please BEWARE.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Dealt with them in 2013, such good work I traveled back to get accessories on my new Ram 3500. Prices are reasonable for me. Professional and friendly!!!

Earlier this week I scheduled an appointment for 8am. They told me it would be done in an hour and I would be on my way. So Friday came and I showed up at 8am and they told me someone was in front of me and I would have to wait 1 1/2 hours before they could get to my car... I had to work at 10...someone came to pick me up to leave my car there and someone to drop me off. Sun guard called the night before to make sure I was coming to my appointment.... disappointed in how they didn t call me to tell me someone was ahead of me or give me a discount. Inconvenient for sure!

After waiting a week for an appointment to install a ball in the bed of my pick up, I finally get one for Manday at 1:00. I clear my work schedule, drive in from Albuquerque, to be able to make the drop off at the time THEY requested. The guy said it would take 3 hours and they would call me when it's done, and wrote down my phone number. At 5:15, I get a call from my husband, who got a call from a guy, who got a call from Sun Guard ppl, Letting us know that they just figured out, they don't have the correct parts to install it, and it's going to take another day!!!!!! I (the person they said they would call, even took the time to write down my number) have received NO call, txt, or form of communication (that said they would call to let me know), from anyone from this company w an update, or simply an apology for the lack of respect for MY time, their lack of intelligence or neglect in using there brain, to check and see if they were prepared or even had all the parts to complete the installation BEFORE they asked me to bring it in!!!!!! I made plans according to there quoted 3 hour time. NOT HAPPY!!!
