I was not sure about using this mechanic after my initial contact with him even though he came highly recommended. But, I was completely mistaken. Not only did he fix my problem, the price was the fairest I ve had. He keep me informed on everything he was doing, step by step and even diagnosed further issue to keep in mind. Heaven forbid I accrue any additional vehicle issues, but if I do, I m going to him first. You want quality work when you in a bad situation with trustworthy customer service? This is where you need to go!

We are out of town working and our truck to pull out 5th wheel broke. (96 f250 7.3 diesel air problem) We called him on a Monday he came and checked it out and came out that Tuesday and fixed it. Very fast friendly and reasonable priced. He is the only mobile mechanic I will ever use when I m near Hobbs.

My alternator gave out on me last night as I was on my way to Walmart. I was about to call roadside assistance but just around the corner from where my car stalled. Zane, who just happens to be in that business offered to help me out. He went out of his way and drove me down to auto zone to get a replacement and he installed the new alternator. He didn t have to but it was much appreciated. Thanks again Redneck roadside. I d definitely recommend this guy

Not gonna lie, there's only one mechanic I trust with my vehicles and unfortunately he was not an option when my fuel pump went out. I came across Redneck Roadside on Facebook so I gave them a call. Zane, being the owner, was extremely professional, fast, knowledgeable, and reliable. He was able to diagnose the problem within a day of calling. We got the parts ordered. I did forget to order some fuel filters, however, Zane went out of his way and bought some for me while I was at work. Overall, great service, two cool dudes, will definitely call again when needed.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I ran out of gas right outside of Hobbs and this gentlemen showed up with 5 gallons of gas to get me to Seminole to fill up. And the price was fair.

I had ignition issues on my vehicle so I messaged Zane for a consultation. He came to my residence and gave my vehicle a temporary fix just until I got the part I need. He gave me a quick response, got to my residence in a timely matter, was very thorough, and very informative. I will be giving him a shout again in the future for all my vehicle needs.

This has been the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I highly recommend him because he is extremely professional, honest, fair, knowledgeable, and a very good, compassionate person. My 18 year old son broke down outside of Hobbs New Mexico and I was in Gulfport, MS. I asked my son to try to get to Autozone in Hobbs, so they could run some test on the car in an attempt to issolate the cause of the issues he was having with the vehicle. Once he made it to Autozone, they tested his battery and alternator and advised my son that he needed a new alternator. He replaced the alternator (his first attempt at any type of auto repair) in the Autozone parking lot, but discovered that he still had the same mechanical issue with the car after the repair. Autozone advised that he also needed a new ignition coil, which he purchased. He still had the same issue, so I started calling local mechanics, but since it was December 30, most were already busy, with plans on taking some time off for New Years, so they were unable to fit him in until the following Monday or Tuesday. My son was just passing through Hobbs on his way to Gulfport, Mississippi, so staying the weekend in Hobbs would have been challenging.I called Redneck Roadside Mechanic and Zane was able to meet my son at Autozone to perform a diagnostic on the vehicle. He discovered that the alternator Autozone sold my son was defective and not functioning properly. He also took the old alternator to a shop to have it tested and discovered that it was working as it should. He replaced the one purchased from Autozone with the one that was in the car before the problem began. He also advised that he didn't need an ignition coil. He and my son returned to Autozone and got a refund for the items that my son had purchased. However, he was still having the same mechanical issue with the car.Zane was able to isolate the problem (catalytic converter), but what made him an exceptional person, was that he refused to leave my son alone in the car, waiting until morning for a mechanic (finally found one that would try to fit him in) to try an fix the problem (Zane didn't have the capability to fix the issue). Zane took him to a hotel, and when they advised my son that they would not rent him a room (he is only 18 and they would only rent to him if he were 19), he attempted to rent it for my son (they wouldn't rent it to him either because he is a local. Must be something with COVID).Once I got the room worked out, Zane towed my son's car to a shop that would get him up and running the next morning, took him to a store so my son could buy some dog food for his dog and then dropped him off at the hotel. The next morning, he offered to pick my son up first thing and take him to the shop that would be making the repairs. He did all of that and was only going to charge me the diagnostic fee that he mention during our initial phone conversation. I felt he deserved more, so I compensated him more than what he had requested. With all of the bad happening around the country, it is refreshing to know that there are still people that care about others.Services: Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Glad I found this mobile mechanic. Fast and reliable and decently priced. I wish I looked sooner than trying to deal with the Permian Toyota mechanics who didn t even know a part was an actual Toyota part, among other pains. This guy is available whenever and wherever you need him, gets the job done quick and won t gouge you. I will certainly call him up again.
