My car was making a rather alarming noise that I narrowed down to 3 likely problems. They were fully booked until a couple of days later, but agreed to check if it was the simplest problem. Turns out that I was just low on power steering fluid which was fixed in 5 min flat. Fantastic friendly service & my car no longer makes terrible noises.While this issues turned out to be essentially nothing, I will definitely be bringing my families vehicles here in the future when they have real problems.

As much as my car was a trouble to fix, the mechanics tried everything possible to get my car to start and even when they did as much as they could after tireless attempts, they decided not to charge me for their services and maintenance. Overall a great place, reception always answers during business hours and staff is friendly and direct.

We brought a car to get checked out here. We called explained what was wrong and they told us they would look at it so we towed it in. After not hearing from them for a week we called to check on what the problem was. The person at precision stated that they were not going to work on the car. After asking them why not they simply stated in a very rude manner that he didn't have time for that. When we asked why didn't they say anything when the car was dropped off they stated they hadn't opened the hood or hadn't even looked at it. We know businesses can refuse whatever work they feel. But the way we were talked to and having to waste time wasn't necessary. If they would of just refused when we called, It would of saved everyone a headache. Please Note that we own a towing company and refer alot of people a year to this place. We will start sending people else where. Somewhere alot friendlier and with a better work ethic.

This is the only place I will take my vehicle to get fixed. They are completely honest and will let you know costs before even charging you a penny so you can make an educated decision about what you can afford or need to do to your vehicle. They're very fast and do not pressure you to get anything done that isn't necessary.

I do not recommend this place to anyone because of my bad experience dropped off my truck to get fixed two months later just kept getting the runaround of when they were going to get it done then finally just told me that my truck didn t fit in the shop to be able to work on it even after they have worked on it before lame excuses first that parts where taking long to show up then It would be done this week I promise had to pick up my truck and take it to a different shop

Brought my 2017 accord to replace my left axle, got it back the next day. Found out they broke my abs sensor which they replaced for free and my car hops on acceleration which the mechanic said hes dont know why. 3 days later I'm heading to Carlsbad my axle that they replaced shattered on me almost caused me to crash. Paid $400 for a tow truck back to hobbs. Back to square one...new axle..new mechanic shop.

Good customer service but they messed up my vehicle now it has more problems than just an oil leak. They didn t screw certain bolts in right and had to drive it like that all the way to south Texas without knowing until I took it to the dealership here and they checked it for me. Never again will I go back over there

Ask for the exact quote or you ll end up with 3.5hrs of overpriced labor charge for a job that only required a new headlight bulb.
