The management isn t the best! BUT our sales man River is hands down the best we have had over the years of purchasing vehicles. He was always on top of the information and getting back to us. He went above and beyond the whole time! We definitely will be giving him our service again in the future and telling friends and family to request RIVER.If you decide to purchase a vehicle ask for River he won t let you down.-The Bates Family

I brought my vehicle in and a bald headed guy helped me. He found the issue and tracked down my warranty and made sure they could work on it here in town without sending it out. They ordered parts and repaired in a shorter time than they had initially told me.

Permian Nissan completed my scheduled oil change and maintenance within the time frame given. I had a nice area to wait with a kids center for my 3 year old. I appreciate that each person was kind and helpful.

We were talking with Roman Aragon about a new car for my dad. We had several other appointments book later in the week in roswell and Carlsbad, but just the awesome customer service that wr got from Roman made my dad cancel his other appointments at go with Permaian Nissan of Hobbs. Thanks to your awesome salesman Roman my dad was super happy and he got a Kock out of it!

Im not from the area and drove 1.5 hrs to get an oil change. Waited for 30 min at the Nissan service desk and no one ever showed up. Drove to the Chevrolet service desk and they said there s no one there . They should ve had a sign or something to let people know. The service writers at the Chevy were super rude and wouldn t make any exceptions. If you don t have an appointment you can t get a service done. She was rude and I just came down the road to a quick lube .

Great dealership, Juan your car guy Trevizo is always there to help you at the highest level of service possible and it shows!!! I've bought not just one but two vehicles from this man and let me tell you, the experience is unlike any other. I will keep coming back here time and time again thanks to him and I will tell my friends and family about the exceptional customer service they have here at Permian Nissan

We got our car in October of 2022 and we are hearing knocking coming from the engine. Our vehicle is still under warranty but we are told we have to leave our car there for a week plus and they will work it in when they have time or schedule an appointment over 3 weeks out. We have only had our car for 3 months.

SO a few weeks back I had left a pretty bad review after I was unhappy with some service. Not a day later, the managers at Permian called me up, Mike, and I for the life of me forgot the other gentleman name. Anyway, they apologized if I was unhappy and asked me to bring my car back. They were very accommodating and apologetic in sincerity. I took my car in, they let me get a loaner and they took care of me. I was very pleased. A few days later they called me up to inform that the isle on my car had finally been figured out. They fixed it and I picked it up the next day. Mike was so kind as to walk me through the entire process and they didn't charge me for the work. Ive had my car for about a week and it is no longer having that issue. I am very, very pleased with their efforts to go the extra mile to make sure I was happy.

I went in expecting to be treated the same way i was at a different dealership a few days prior. Oh man was i wrong. From the moment i walked into the building to the moment I drove away in my brand new 2019 car, i was treated with respect and genuine care. From the sales person Dylan and Taylor to the finance manager Shanna. I Would definitely recommend them to anyone. And i will be a repeat customer in the future.

By far the worse dealership I have ever encountered! I have a 2016 Juke and they have deemed the intake manifold to be the problem. This is after 4 times taking it in. The dealership in Oklahoma at least have me a rental for my trouble as I waited to get serviced. Here I got a blank stare and told that the rental was out. I was told on a Friday that the part would be here on Monday. I show up 9am on Monday and told that the part won't get here till 1pm. My hotel bill is about $1400 with no compensation and the only hotel o was able to find is an hour away in Carlsbad. This dealership is horrible with no compensation on providing transportation either.Stay clear because they really do not give a damn about you!Edit:They really have me waiting in the lobby till the part to come in. Telling me it will be here in 4hrs and then wait for the car to be serviced which will take another estimated 2hrs. How does this place stay in business?!?!?!

Extremely poor experience. Was lied to by the salesman multiple times after making a deal on a new truck. Deal was made, ready to sign papers, and then because another person came in interested in the vehicle they added a $5,000 markup. They tried to use each of us as leverage to overcharge for the truck.

If you are getting service, do not schedule it through their website. Do it through a phone call or their system may not reserve the appointment for you. It could cost you a month of waiting.

Do NOT go to this dealership for service. Used the online site to schedule a service appointment the week of June 15, 2015. After doing so, the site indicated I would be contacted to confirm the appointment. When this did not occur, I called the dealership and was told the site did not work, but they could not do anything about it. I then scheduled the appointment (for an oil change, alignment check and alignment) for June 19, 2015. When I showed up for the appointment, the service rep was uncertain whether they could complete the alignment. Another rep indicated they could complete the service. After keeping the vehicle all day, they returned it with the alignment now off (pulling to the left) and the steering wheel significantly off center (turned to the right when driving straight). The rep (Danielle) could not resolve the issue. I subsequently drove 100 miles to Lubbock on June 27, 2015 and McGavock Nissan made the issue right and also gave me a discount for having to correct another dealer's work.Bottom line: Permian Nissan wants your money, but isn't willing to do the job right or provide customer service. Drop off your vehicle at your own risk to your schedule and wallet. I'll make the drive to the dealership in Midland or Lubbock to get the job done right the first time--by a service department that cares.

Best dealership ever, love these folks. If you want to get approved and everyone else keeps telling you no, go see Edgar or Danny at Permian Nissan in Hobbs they will get you done. My brother had a credit score of 432 and he got a Brand New Nissan with no money down and payment of only $300. Best guys in the business I've bought 3 cars in the last 4 years from them and they squashed the other dealers deals. I'm a Permian customer for Life!!!

Absolute worst service! Try to address the manager he won t return calls and is with someone every time you try to contact him. I would never recommend this place to anyone the simplest oil change takes hours to complete.

Parts customer service is horrible. Employees dont have nothing to do yet they will not give customers needed attention. You have to wait forever to get answers from Dale and Keith. Absolutely horrible service, I was waiting for them for an hour to find information, I called Roswell Nissan and had answers in 5 min. I can only imagine how their service and sales are. Think twice coming here.

Took my truck to Permian Nissan and they tried to charge me over $3000 to fix my truck saying my starter was making a squeaky noise on top of other things. Picked my truck up and took it to Bigotes and they got it in right away and fixed it within 24 and I paid less than $950! The extra cost was just to make commission from Permian Nissan.

Only have one tech that can do nissan programming and that tech was unable to do the programming requested and would only give the details of why they were unable to so so if i paid almost two hundred dollars.

Worst service department ever. Got there at 7am to get something to fixed and an oil change . Asked them around 1:30 PM what was taking so long, and no one had even looked at it it was fixed a hour and a half later.
