Set a valet and service appointment online. 8:24am on Saturday for the following Tues. at 8:45a, for a vehicle pickup and 10:00 for a service appointment. Received a call from Permian service manager at 8:15 the day of the appointment asking about things that obviously showed he had not read the problems I had outlined when setting the appointment. He said he had just received the details of the appointment (which again he didn't read) and that they only have one person who handles transmissions and that they are way behind.He stated he couldn't get to the vehicle for a couple days minimum even if he picked it up. He said it could be a couple of weeks if it was a major problem. He didn't offer to assess the problem at the set appointment time and made me feel like he was getting rid of me as a problem. He also didn't offer a loaner vehicle.I waited 3 days for the appointment, got the vehicle ready and was waiting for the vehicle to be picked up only to receive a call 1/2 hour before pickup time saying it couldn't be done. His question "so what's the problem? You have a check engine light?"Nothing about the conversation gave me confidence that I should trust a vehicle with them. But it's a company vehicle, so........

We have tried using them before, but the service is so bad we stopped. Recently, we had reason to go for an oil change and just under two hours it was done. They didn't use my service plan, charged almost 300.00, and when my husband asked about air in the tires, he took it back and took the tires OFF to air them up. There was nothing wrong with the valve stems and he could've aired them up the normal way, but it took him ANOTHER hour to do that. PLEASE don't waste your time. We would rather drive two and a half hours away to a very reputable Ford dealership.

I've debated posting this for a while, but I think it needs to be shared. My wife and I looked at a used vehicle in July.The salesman that helped us war great. He was patient, never pushed too hard for the sale, and answered all if our questions.I had a few concerns about the vehicle, simple maintance items that can be fixed. The salesman assured me that we could discuss this with his manager.Once we went inside and sat down with the sales manager, the story changed. The sales manager was the pushiest, most assertive sales professional I have ever dealt with.My wife left with teatsnin her eyes because he was so aggressively pushing for the sale.

Just bought my new f350 king Ranch was so lucky they had one Kory was salesman like very much wasn t trying to force it on me at all I have known Roger and watched his sons grow up ( owner) he has always gave Hobbs a good selection of vehicles THANKS MUCH

I get my oil changed here and they are always very quick. I do suggest making an appointment that way you don't have that longer wait time. The staff are always kind and efficient.

I received a notice that my car may have a brake kit recall. I searched for a location to take my car. Permian Ford has a certified Toyota technician to inspect cars. I took my Scion here for the recall. I dropped car off for brake kit recall. They inspected it and found my car didn t have recalled parts on it.I was surprised that a Ford Dealership would have a Certified Toyota Technician work there.Friendly staff working at drop off/pick up service counter.

Purchased two new Ford motorcraft batteries on April 2023. One of them went bad and when I go for a warranty exchange they refused to swap and said they had no record of me purchasing but can sell me a new battery. Said "they don't put names on parts they sell for records". Ridiculous!

I want to thank the team of Permian Ford Daniel and Leah for their customer service and help with all my questions and purchase of our vehicles.If you are looking for a pre-owned or new vehicle they are the team to get with. And just like that they didn t honor their word they sold me a vehicle with a leak told me to take it in anytime it comes back then they wanna say it said 30 days of course they were getting out of it a bunch of scammers never again will I buy from any locations in Hobbs I would rather go out of town. BEWARE SALESMAN AND LIES

I recently visited Permain Ford for a routine oil change on my vehicle. While the service was completed in a timely manner, the staff failed to call me and notify me that the vehicle was ready. It s the weekend and I m going to have to wait until Monday to retrieve my vehicle. I didn't feel like it was anything special. The staff seemed disinterested and didn't offer any additional recommendations or tips for maintaining my vehicle. Additionally, the waiting area was pretty basic and not very comfortable.Overall, the service was adequate but didn't exceed my expectations. I think there are other companies that offer a more personalized and attentive experience. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this company.

Horrible quality and customer service. Took out the rubber mats in my truck and left footprints all over the carpet, scratched windshield tint, left my leather seats all black and dirty, and just left the truck all messy, very inconsiderate. Implied that my truck would be done by the end of the day and it was a day and a half later that I had to call to check in and she says she texted me which I did not receive, turns out she texted the wrong number. Lastly after all that, I went to pick it up and they give me the keys to get my truck in front and after looking around everywhere twice, she asks for my keys and THEN proceeds to bring it out to the front. Should have done better considering I paid over 3500 for the service.

I had a very good experience. Danny Baeza was amazing. He worked very hard getting us in the vehicle we wanted. He s friendly, knowledgeable and his day never ends until he s satisfied on moving to the next step. I 100% recommend Danny and all staff at Permian Ford in Hobbs! All the staff was amazing. I don't think I could have have a worse experience, I needed my brake line fixed. Something simple that my warranty should have covered but the service rep told my warranty people that it looked like someone reached under and pulled it apart so they didn't cover it I don't know why they would give their opinion on how my break line tore because I have no reason to reach under and do that. After I payed they pulled my truck around with diesel just spraying out from under my truck leaving a trail of Diesel and on my window and truck. The girl who drove it around said she saw a warning light saying low fuel pressure but kept driving thinking it was low on fuel. The man in charge of service came out (old man, white hair) and didn't even let me talk before telling me he wasn't going to argue with me this wasn't there fault. I would think when something like this happened they would at least hear a frustrated customer out. There is no way I could have drove that truck here in that condition. The whole parking lot smelt like diesel they didn't even drive my truck around after they fixed the break line or they would have caught this since they claimed the fuel line was already broke when I brought it to them which is obviously not the case because I would have not been able to drive it in that condition. I was low on options and had to get it fixed. I asked if they could at least fill my tank up and wash my truck since they drove it around the lot spilling it everywhere, and all over my windshield but they don't care about personal vehicles they are backed up with company trucks that need it be fixed avoid this place if you can I wish I did

My tire light had come on and I noticed my tread on one tire was very low.. I call and was there was no wait and I went right way. I was there in 10 minutes and now there was 4 hour wait. Okay I'll come back later. I come back I tell them I know I need one tire but I want at least 2 replaced so even thing out and not to bother checking it for repairs it just to far gone. I was told no problem they can do that.I wait for 2 hours and have the woman helping come out to talk to me. She says they tried to repair my tire but its not repairable. I told I know I told you not to bother and just replace it. She looked me in the eye and said "I just didn't believe you and we don't keep that tire in stock." Really? I drive a basic 2016 Ford explorer i don't have special tires, there hundreds of that car in town and they have no tires for it?She tells me they can order it but it will be at least a week before they get them. I was annoyed because they had told they could get everything done today. I asked about the tires warranty and ratings she wouldn't or couldn't tell me anything about it just the price. I just asked for my keys and left. I was done with her being rude and dismissive. I went to discount tire got a full set of tires in less then 2 hours and very friendly service.This tire incident was also not the first they have been rude but I looked past it. I was want to mention that i had my oil changed 2 months ago and my tires were marked as green tread levels and nothing about replacement was said. So apparently in 2 months of driving less then 5 miles a day my tires went from fine to almost bald...sure. More likely they just didn't do their job then. I won't be back for some time.

The service advisor was great. He really took care of me and made sure that they got my truck back to me as soon as possible. Permian Ford really took great care of me. The only reason that I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the price for just changing the starter on my truck was so over the top expensive that I don t know how most people could afford to get their vehicle fixed at this dealership!

Awful service on the sale floor. Kept my spouse there all day stating we got approved for what was negotiated, after waiting manager came by with a different offer and stating we were never approved to what was discussed before. I declined what they offer and told them it s fine if they can t do what I was asking but I m not doing this new offer and will either come back later or look elsewhere. Manager became super aggressive for some reason like i slighted him for not taking his deal and started making rude comments. Awful service from apparently professional salesmen. No wonder hardly any customers are there.
