although i dropped my car off, & it did take awhile for me to get it back, everything on the car was fixed correctly & perfectly. Throughout the time my car was in the shop, the employees, & service director, Mike Baker, were outstanding workers. They kept me up to date with what was happening with my car, what needed to be fixed, how long certain parts were going to arrive. They always greeted me on the phone or in person with amazing respect & professional manners. Even after i got my car back, Mike made sure that if i had any problems with my car, to let him know & he'd check out the car for me which is great. The estimaters i personally had were super kind & always informed me of what was going on. Hands down the greatest customer service i've ever received in any vehicle shop. Very respectful, kind, sweet, funny & joyful.

Oof. After reading the reviews I immediately looked elsewhere for the repair of my 2019 Civic Type R. If you re scrolling though the reviews looking for a body shop, I recommend Paul s Precision Paint & Body. And no, I was not paid to shout them out. I just recommend it if you want to avoid all these issues people are talking about in their reviews!

If you don't mind having your vehicle sit in the shop for a month than you might be happy here. Last week they called to tell us to bring our car in and that it would take 10 - 14 days. So my hubby drives the 30 miles and is told it would be 23 business days. This is our only car so that's too long. So they charge us a 30% restocking fee for the parts they ordered. Take note, if they would have told us 23 days to begin with we would have gone elsewhere. So because of THEIR mistake we had to pay an $800 restocking fee. We were done with their absolute BS (among many things, they tried to blame their promise of 10-14 days on our insurance!!) and they had already done 2 inspection/estimates on the repairs and say "lol, yah with the insurance we always have to add supplements"...after they did the 2 inspections there should be no last minute surprises. yes we lost $800 but we were DONE. My MIL had a similar experience so I'm not sure why we were dumb enough to go there. Hers was in there over a month and still not done.

Their work degrades after a few years. Had a panel repainted, 4 years now and it is faded, same with my trunk.If you have insurance they will get you right in, but if you have an issue with your insurance and they want to total your car instead of fix it, for minor cosmetic damage, all of a sudden they are booked for weeks, they can't even give you a price to fix it. All of a sudden their estimates are not valid and you have to get another one for the work you want to pay for.A joke. Not happy with them.

Our vehicle took 3 drop offs, 6 months and to this day its still not fixed properly. They blamed a national backorder on a simple part but kept the vehicle the whole time while waiting. The gaps are huge, parts are loose and the vehicle is so loud inside the cabin now. The seals are terrible. Please save your time and money and choose someone else to repair your vehicle.

I had a near perfect experience with this company, I had a small fender bender with my vehicle, but caused enough damage that had made my vehicle unsafe to drive, and the only reason I knew this was from Mike at Permian Collision, I told him what my car was doing and he recommended that the vehicle not be driven as what I was describing, my car was unstable and a hazard. I mention this because I called Permian on Saturday, and they are not open on Saturday, yet Mike took the time out of his off day to help me out with this! Got the vehicle in, and discovered other damage from the previous owner that was a safety concern as well!I could go on and on how Permian Collision saved me time and money, but I will just say thank you for your professionalism, the fantastic repairs to my vehicle, and a big thank you to Theresa and Melody, but especially Mike Baker and his crew for not only fixing my vehicle properly, but also the concern for my safety!I can only give 5 stars for the rating, but this shop deserves a 10 in my book!Highly recommend them for your collision needs!!Kind regards,James Irvin

This place should be shut down. The lack of accountability shown by its staff and general manager was appalling. The general manager was disrespectful, condescending, and inappropriate. They were lazy, their work was poor in quality and they took way too long to repair giving nothing but excuses for their lack of productivity. This place is a sad excuse for a repair shop and General Motors should be ashamed to be in business with them. DO NOT ACCEPT YOUR CAR TO THEM.

This place has gone down on professionalism. Did business with this place couple of years ago. Now when I call on business on my vehicle I am greeted on phone by "hello". Now when you call a business the proper way to answer phone call is "thank you for calling such and such...my name is Cindy...how may I direct your call".Ladies who answer phone never identify themselves nor do they connect you with whomever you wish to talk to. Business starts with customers. First time a customer calls and is greeted with such bad manners, customers will go elsewhere. This place needs a true professional answering service.

My sister has had their car in here for 2 months ..it is still not ready. With her having an amputation and handicapped ..she can t transfer in and out of vehicles. Parts are coming in by horse and buggy I guess ..very upsetting!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Took it in for hail damage and didn't replace left rear fender and there is water stains on my headliner where I guess they left it outside with the roof off . Found body pins needing to be put in and greasy hand prints all on headliner .

Worst repair center in Lea county, expect the slowest repair times you've ever had and the worst job I had swirls in all my paint and they had my truck for 7 weeks and every week they kept saying it'll just be a few days, worst experience of my life haven't been back since.

Get your vehicle back and everything starts slowly falling off or apart. Don't plan on recommending to anyone.
