Fantastic all-round service, top notch craftsmanship and friendly and helpful customer service. They genuinely care about repairing your vehicle damage to the most exacting specifications. Mike gave a really good estimate and a time frame. The company where I work where really pleased with the workmen ship they did on the pick up. Will be recommending them to whom ever needs body work on their vehicle

We were traveling when we had a vehicle issues involving a body shop part. Fortunately we found Paul's Precision online. I explained our issue and Paul's staff was all over it. They ordered the part, made adjustments for our short stay, installed the part at a very reasonable price, and we were back on the road. I will probably never be in Hobbs again, that made no difference to Paul and his staff. I was treated like I belonged. There are not enough accolades I can state for Paul's Precision. Thanks again guys.

Such amazing people at this place. Definite family feel! I felt right at home and was even made to feel okay about my horrible accident with my husband's truck with one of the ladies own stories of what she did to her husband's vehicle. Very helpful and informative. Definitely recommend this place for body work paint and anything else you need for your Auto.

Took my truck in here for repairs from a bad hailstorm, they do a beautiful job I was most impressed by their attitude . They really care for their customers & reputation. I really think they try their best they can t help it if a part is on back order, unfortunately it s like that anywhere you go. Overall I believe these are very good people & was impressed by the outcome of my truck.

Y'all EVER need work done on your vehicle, this is the place to go!! My car was side swiped by a truck and I had never been to any shop before so I had no clue who to go to. I found this place online, read some of the reviews and decided to give it a try. The customer service was great. They made it so simple for me. After I went back to pick up my car it looked like NEW. plus they washed it and cleaned it for me. I am so pleased with them. I will recommend them for a long long time!! This is my go to body shop from now on.

2014 Honda Accord Coupe EX-L: I had a great experience with Paul's Precision Paint & Body. Paul, the owner, and Teresa were wonderful as well as anyone else I came in contact with via telephone or in person. Everyone was friendly, courteous and helpful in every way. Also, I got my car back by the date promised, 06/16/2017, and even a day early. The repair work done on my car is flawless and she is back to herself after all the hail damage. Definitely the best auto repair/paint shop I've ever been to in my life, not kidding. I've been through hell when it came to getting my vehicles repaired in the past. Paul, treated me with respect and was very professional throughout the whole process. Even when I was short tempered about something that was completely a misunderstanding on my part, he remained calm and professional towards me. He exceeded my expectations and was able to deliver my car early. Everything painted to match perfectly, car was clean when I picked it up, and I received my new car looking like the day I bought it (which was 4 weeks before this misfortune). I most definitely recommend doing business with this establishment. Thank you!

Kept being told different things for months and when it came time to repair my truck they made multiple excuses and told me one story and my insurance company another. They never knew what was going on with my vehicle anyway. So now I'm getting around 17k in repairs done at another shop.

As well as major repairs to a vehicle which require an insurance claim, they will also perform estimates for "out of pocket" repairs upon request free of charge.
