The service was great. I didn't have to wait in line for long at all yesterday. They had the starter in stock that I needed and the price of the starter wasn't bad at all. Thank you for helping me O'Reilly's.

Purchased on 2 occasions, a window motor assembly, which was in stock and ordered a jack kit, which was shipped from out of state to the store, and I picked it up the next day. Both were priced reasonable, and the woman at the counter was cool. The only thing I didn't like was that I called 6 times from out of town to see if my jack kit had arrived, and 5 times within 1.5 hours, they would pick the phone up and hang up on me.

Now that Christine is gone how will the service be? I'm having problems with a battery I got here. My other one was under warranty so I was given another one supposedly new to replace it. The next day my car wouldn't start. I got someone to jump start it. Took ut to Auto Zone because Oreillys was to busy to help me. I was afraid maybe my alternator was messed up. No it wasn't. I was told I could have a dead cell in this "new" battery. I have a bar that us screwed down on top of my battery that has several bolts that have to be taken off to get that bar moved to get my battery out so for me at 68 years old, on oxygen it's not even something I could try to do. So I've jump started my car everyday for 21/2 to 3 months everyday. I'd like a new battery,for real this time because I ended up having my nephew come and pull the battery out and he has all kinds of tools and the tester box. The battery has had a dead cell or cells since I got it. Oreillys you fooled this senior citizen once. Please don't think you can do it again. Replace this battery.There's a real nice lady at Oreillys in Hobbs that's went above and beyond as far as being very nice and helpful. I'd like to thank Christina.

The woman who helped me with my battery was incredible. She was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating to my problem. I wish I could remember her name. Thank you to her and the employee that installed the battery.

Great customer assistance, all staff sounded very knowledgeable, great pricing, everyone was fast and attentive when customers walked in. Overall very happy and will continue to come here.

I asked the employee why he had such a bad attitude and he replied that if I didn't like it, I should go to the auto zone... the manager came out and kicked me out of the store. They denied me service. in auto zone it's the same. the best option is advance auto parts 11/16/20234:20

They deserve no stars. Ivan closed the store as we walked up to the doors 5 minutes before closing while people where still in the building shopping.

Very poor customer service and unprofessional. This used to be my preferred place for parts, but it has been poorly stocked and unprofessional the last several times I have been.

The boss is more worried about getting those big sales on the phone than the customer in front of him. Can't be bothered to help the guy looking for a light bulb, it's not a big sale.. will never shop here again.

This place usually has what ya need! The people here have always been nice and helpful. They do need to stock up on their fuses though, I stopped in several times and were out of the one I needed. Other than that I've had good success here. I do recommend this part store.

My son needed a battery for his Nissan Kicks & it was a hard-to-find battery. The people at O'Reilly were awesome. They were friendly, knowledgeable and we got a great deal.

I needed a set of windshield wipers for my truck. I used the device they had setup for looking for the correct wipers. I couldn't find the set i needed, so when I was at the counter to checkout the cashier/parts clerk looked up the blades i needed. She found the exact match. I will continue to my automobile needs at O'Reillys.

Josh is a GREAT example of an employee who goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for his customers! We are not from Hobbs and we were passing by when we were issued a warning for the license plate light being out. We did not have any tools in the car so we stopped at a well known auto part store but they were far from helpful. Being that we had no tools to put the new light in we proceed to drive down the street to O reilly. That is when we were helped out by Josh. He was so polite and happy to lend us a helping hand. He assisted us by helping us install the new light. He made it a priority to ensure we did not leave their location without a working light! Associates like this deserve recognition!!Thank you for your amazing service tonight Josh!

I would like for staff to keep it professional and not try to joke around with customers. Not everyone is there to be your friends. Poor service with attitudes, especially the younger guys. I would like for them to Honor their unlimited lifetime brake warranty as they do at other locations from the same company. Auto Zone even replaces worn brakes as long as it doesn t touch metal to metal.

This place has really good workers and the people that I would say to talk to would be James Jacob and jardeil. You get really good customer service here from people that have a really good mindset and are full of intelligence when it comes to car parts. When it really comes down to it it's between O'Reilly's and Napa Auto parts that are the best stores so far here in Hobbs New Mexico.

Came in on july 31 around 10:15 an FB the lady working was rude and did not want to do a check engine diagnostic waited in line 30 minutes for nothing no one answers phones HORRIBLE SERVICE!! If i could rate no stars I would

Don't waste your time. Bought a battery that wouldn't crank a little Kubota 3 cylinder engine. Went back for an exchange. And got a bunch of questions pointing to OTHER possible issues. None of which were issues before the old battery took a dive. But yet, their little gadget said the battery was good. Hmmm... the common denominator was the battery. And suddenly it's my fault it's not working. Last time I do ANY business at this or any other O'Reilly store. What a joke of a store.

The guy behind the counter was very polite when I went in to order the part when I got there to pick it up the next day the guy that helped me he said that that is what the book called for and whatever you're thinking I don't know so I told him that's a rude way to treat and talk to you and went across the street and got the same part and even paid more money for it because he was an a******

Always a good place to go to when you need parts, takes a week max to get things in if they don't have them in stock. And as long as you talk to a more experienced sales person they can be a lot of help

The manager Dylan, diagnosed our problem and connected us with the only mechanic in town that was open. He was able to fix our car and get us back on the road. Excellent customer service!!

The employees do their best to help you and are always willing to look for parts and give you prices and help you decide what is better for your application. I just wish they had faster parts delivery.

This used to be my #1 choice for parts. Last time I went in there, the guy asked me if I had a mask, and I said I have a condition (severe asthma) . I told him twice and he said "that doesn't matter. If you don't wear one you have to leave." So, along with another customer that was already in there, I left. I done my business across the street at Advance Auto Parts.
