Walked into store this morning. 5 different workers. None offered to help. So I walked up to counter to get help. Two ladies, neither helping costumers. Completely ignored me and walked off. So I left store. Wont be going back. Terrible costumer service.

Great customer service and good experience. Only down side is that New Mexico is strict about Covid rules not specific to NAPA. Rhonda was a great help and has a great attitude. Will be back if working in this area!

This is a good place to get any of your hardware needs met. Prompt service, friendly faces, and people there that want to work for you to figure out your problem and help resolve any situation you may be in help to create a great overall experience.

Excellent customer service.Ashley help me out to find a air brake compressor over the phone and order it,next day it was there and excellent price!keep up the good work Napa Hobbs! And super Saturday as well!

Good service and we'll stocked and parts but you will pay more for odds and ends stuff but they have to make money and better stuff than from AutoZone and the other two chain stores at least Napa doesn't sell junk like the other chain stores

Complete breakdown of communications between corporate and the stores. We had activity on our accounts that we didn't authorize (turns out it was the stores fault) and they still tried to make us pay for it. Now, they won't reinstate our business account.
